Recomendo. - Localização. Espaço. Mesa para refeições. Box do chuveiro.

- Metcalfe (10/5): Wonderful! - Exceptional communication with hosts. Charming, clean apartment. The location is absolutely amazing. Perfect stay in Rome.

- Olga (4/5): Great location, disappointing hosts and tired facilities - The location was amazing - very close to central sites. The decor was nice in the bedroom (apart from the points in the below section). Kitchen was good. In general my parents decided to stay due to the location and as they only had limited time, notwithstanding the issues I described. I booked this accommodation as part of my parents' trip in Europe (their first trip from NZ since before covid) and compared to other accommodations they had during this trip (including in Rome) this was substandard.
From the beginning the communication with the property management was not great - they never responded to any of my messages ahead of the tri[p and only sent out automatic messages asking that city tax be paid before check in instructions are provided (note that I already paid for the accommodation at that stage). The communication did not get better after my parents arrived - they have tried to contact management a number of times, for example to ask if a second wine glass could be provided `(property only supplied one glass for a 2-3 person apartment) - the management did respond and said an additional glass would be brought by someone - this never happened during the 4 night stay. Not a big deal - but the management could have contacted my parents and told them that they can't do this, instead of going completely silent. Then there were a few other issues that my parents messaged about, but there was absolutely no more responses or communication.
Also when my parents arrived the smell of cleaning chemicals was so strong they could not breathe and had to air out the flat for a few hours by opening the door and window. So they could not leave during that time and do any activities they had planned for their first day.
Some of the furniture was also broken, the bathroom was also covered in mould and was very tired looking.
Appreciate that this is a central location in Rome, but the quality and in particular the communication with the management company is just completely below expectations. My parents stayed right next to the Colosseum just before this place and the management there was very responsive and willing to help, which goes a long way.

- Xavier (8/5): - Localització de l’apartament. Aire condicionat. Llits molt còmodes. Bany molt petit i no gaire còmode. Dutxa molt petita.
- Diana (10/5): - Супер расположение, чистая квартира, есть все необходимое
- Diego (7/5): Excelente ubicacion. Cerca de plaza nabona y el vaticano. Departamento antiguo.
- Gunta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dianne (9/5): quaint comfortable guest house - location. vintage italian style. sweet jasmine over window. concern re fire escape. only 1 door out. window didn't open
- Virág (10/5): Great location, very kind host, lovely apartment - Everything was perfect! The location is great, the apartment is very stylish and the balcony with the many greens is lovely. The owner/manager was very kind and explained everything really well. The apartment can get a bit cold but the heater is very fast. I would definitely stay here again. The bathroom could be a bit small for a bigger person but we didn’t mind it.
- Νικη (10/5): Best vacations at Rome - The house was very nice,in a very good place. You can go everywhere on foot between 10-15minutes.
Very clean, and the housekeeper was very helpful and was answering very quikly in messages. -
- Ida (10/5): Fantastic - Excellent location, cosy street and very central
Comfortable beds, nice size. Third bed is very comfortable also for an adult. Beautiful old apartment. Would highly recommend
Bathroom needs updating and the door does not close, not an issue for us
- Geraldine (9/5): Great location in old town - Location was superb, in easy walking distance to many attractions, bars and restaurants.
Very comfortable bed and was nice so have some coffee, sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen. Bathroom was very small and had to squeeze around door to open and close. Main bed was two singles pushed together which although comfortable would move about and separate through the night.
- Kukorowska-adamska (9/5): great stay in rome - Localization is great! in historic centre, near shops, cafes, you can walk to all the important places but still quiet place! Appartament is clean and spacious; there are two beds in separate rooms, what was important for us; easy way to check in even in the middle of the night; kitchen with everything you need to eat in appartment, if you choose so; easy contact with owners, good hairdryer, close to laundry where you can leave baggage for a 1euro per hour; books in different languages were a nice surprise a lot of minor things that has been in previous reviews - the bathroom's door (still not closing), the curtains- there is still light from the staircase waking up the person sleeping in the first room ; there was no place to unpack our things (a few shelves in the bedroom wardrobe would help) and I was dissapointed that there was no coffee or tea, not even little bit for the first morning.
bigger disadvantage to consider: if you are a bigger person you can have problems to use bathroom; wi-fi practically doesn't work; it's quite cold (in march), especially in the bathroom ( there are two heaters in appartament that you can switch on, but the rooms are very high so it takes a lot of time to get warmer)
Nevertheless I would still recomend the place :)
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Mehmet (9/5): thank you for everything we had great time - great location cozy environment
- David (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent. Located on a small little street, it was a short walk to Piazza Navona and the river.
Our room was a small apartment. It had a very nice small kitchen, complete with stove, fridge, coffee, and coffee maker.
The sofa bed in the sitting room was comfortable.
- Fritz (7/5): OK for Central Rome - The location was near restaurants and a small shop for Drinks, Fruit and Cheese, Narrow stairs in Building dificult to navigate with suitcases. No cars allowed in the street so had to take luggage about a block on the street.
- Vasiliki (7/5): Very satisfying - It was comfortable and the location was great. It smelled like humidity probably because it was very close to Tiber.
- Sarah (9/5): Really lovely apartment in great location. - Really lovely apartment in great location. Only 10 min walk to many major sights. Close to bus stops.
The host kindly left a bottle of cool water in the fridge and there was an ice tray which was much appreciated. There were also a few essentials (shampoo, shower cap, soap) in the bathroom. Little supermarket 1 min round the corner. It was perfect for our needs. I’m struggling to think of anything I didn’t like. The air con was a little bit loud in the bedroom but it didn’t bother me.
- John (6/5): Not bad, just wish the bathroom was bigger, location worked well for what we did. - Location Bathroom is tiny, shower tiny, and back door needs caulk because the lizards were getting in, loose wire on AC so I came on and off if you moved it
- Alan (7/5): Overall the place is in an amazing area. Its an old building that deserves respect. It wasnt for us. - Location was excellent Bathroom is Tiny. We arrived late when it was dark. Impossible to find. Put a light outside please
- Simona (9/5): Superb -
- Rosa (7/5): Good - The location was great Very very small bathroom. The shower had just enough room to stand in. And the door to the bathroom hit the bidet and if someone is oversized they wouldn’t be able to get into the bathroom. Could have used more toilet paper and soap bars for the three of us.
- Mirjan (8/5): Very good - The property is in a really good location. Very close to Piazza Navona, Pantene, and Spanish stairs. The kitchen and bathroom are quite small, but there is nothing to worry about.
- Ruzica (6/5): Adequate flat in a great location - We appreciated the apartment's location and the convenience of having a small kitchen. While we didn't cook meals, having a kitchen was convenient for a quick snack between meals and for making coffee. The apartment matched the description provided, but we were surprised to find that the single bed for the third person was located in what seemed to be a hallway near the entrance, lacking natural light and with a window above the bed facing the hallway. Whenever someone entered the shared hallway, the light would flood into the apartment, making it challenging to sleep throughout the night. While there was a small curtain at the door which helped somewhat, the setup was not ideal for a restful night's sleep.
The apartment was relatively clean, but we were taken aback to discover a lady's underwear on the ledge of the only window in the property. Additionally, the covers placed between the flat sheets were stained. It would have been more hygienic and comfortable if a duvet had been provided within a duvet cover, rather than using two flat sheets.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Shmulik (8/5): Amazing apartment, too small bathroom - Perfect location, very clean Tiny bathroom
- Kara (9/5): Great place within walking distance of all the sights - Amazing location - so central to everything we wanted to see and do in Rome. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed and couch were both comfy, and the temperature was just perfect. The bathroom is on the small side - clean and has everything you’ll need, but was a tight squeeze in the doorway and shower, so may not be right for some.
- Julie (8/5): Perfect location for 6 Nations Rugby weekend - So close to restaurants, shops, bars and especially the sights and attractions. Bus stop 2 mins away takes you anywhere (Roma Termini, Olympic Stadium and Coliseum) but we walked mostly. The apartment had good heating which we needed in January. The host answered questions quickly and was very helpful. We arrived in the dark and were concerned we'd struggle to find the building as the street is small and dimly lit, but we were sent extra photos to help identify its exact location. We didn't mind the small bathroom but felt it needed a deeper clean to remove mildew around the shower edges, especially behind the door.. Water in the toilet cistern was constantly running. Little natural light owing to foliage growing over the window. Poorly fitting mattress cover and bottom sheet meant we were always lying on a bumpy bed as they kept riding up. We moved the bedroom chairs near the kitchen so we had somewhere to sit for breakfast. None of these factors spoilt our stay, just observations.
- Natalya (10/5): Would like to stay there again - Nice made rooms Comfortable bad Kitchen set up perfectly There is wine opener too
- Emanuele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (7/5): Nice apartment in a great location for the price of a cheap hotel room - Cute little apartment in Rome Pressure in shower was non existent. Also, water temp fluctuated between liquid nitrogen
and boiling. The low pressure is mostly a Rome thing in general. I believe they still use
the ancient aqueduct
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Rebecca (4/5): Very dark appartment with tiny shower in bathroom - comfortable bed but disappointed that there was no mattress protector on the mattress just a sheet.
Good location Extremely dark due to windows being covered with greenery. No natural light.
Bathroom access difficult, door opens inwards onto bidet so small space left to manover. Shower tiny my husband could not move around to wash without the shower door being open and me holding the shower hose pointing into the shower.
Air conditioning was a portable unit in bedroom and found it noisy during the night, but was needed because hot and unable to open window.
Could hear people moving around in the above apartment early and late which disturbed us.
- Kristóf (8/5): Very good - It is in the city center, close to everything. The apartment is big enough for 3 people. A little noisy.
- Anonymous (8/5): Incredible! - Location, very clean and organized. Equipped with everything you need. Very clear instructions. We loved our stay! The one issue we had was with the light in the hallway. When you enter the property at night is pitch dark. If there is any switch to turn on the light it was not very visible. Maybe they could put a sign or something to make it easier. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.
- Epeiro (10/5): Love to stay in this apartment, I will stay here definitely everytime I visit Rome. - excellent location, supermarket nearby, you can walk almost everywhere beautiful street, this is my second time in this apartment, so I felt like coming back home, very cozy apartment. Is a tiny bathroom, but it was ok, for big people it might be a problem.
- Nataliia (10/5): Perfect) - Thank you very much for everything! We had a great time in this apartment. At the beginning we had a few questions and Katerina helped us right away. She is a very kind person. We will be happy to stay in this apartment again. None
- Samir (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (9/5): Had a really nice stay and would stay again next time I visit - The property was close to everything and was in a quiet area. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to my friends Could be updated a bit
- Jemma (10/5): Arriving at the apartment we were so happy with the cute street it was located. We found it super easy to find and was a - Location was awesome as it was close to everything and the street where the accommodation was so cute. Apartment was clean, well maintained and felt Italian.
- Adriana (10/5): Great value, perfect location! - The location is absolutely perfect! 15 minutes walking to Vatican, 20 to Colliseum, 15 to Spanish steps, it's just perfect. It is located in a charming street, with lots of cute restaurants and there is a mini market just around the corner.
It is quiet, clean, the queen bed is very good, the sofa bed ok. Very comfortable to rest after days of walking around.
We enjoyed the stay very much in this place and highly recommend it, it's an absolute great value for the price. The only one small thing to watch out for is the hot water to shower. It seems to have a trick, so just watch out for that trick.
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- Auli (8/5): Very good - very good location and comfortable room. 10 am checkout time is quite early.
- Ania (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic, close to any city attractions, we walked everywhere. Didn’t have to use any public transport. Lovely clean comfortable apartment. Nice host, very good communication. Highly recommended!
- Małgorzata (10/5): Lovely, cosy apartment close to everything - The place - close to metro Spagna, Pantheon, piazza Navona and even piazza san Pietro. Even a supermarket within 5 min walk:)
Comfortable beds and fully equipped little kitchen.
Some opinions mentioned little bathroom as uncomfortable, but for us it's size wasn't any problem - there was enough hooks and shelves plus the water was hot so everything fine "bathroomwise" for us.
Overall cosyness and style - it was so "roman":)))
There is a bike rental place next door - we haven't use it's services but worth mentioning
Supernice and friendly host:) The building doesn't have elevator and stairs are rather narrow, which could be a problem probably, but I was travelling with mum and auntie, both in their 70s and they found the stairs manageable.
- Lilia (8/5): Very good -
