• Lucia (8/5): Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva - Ho scelto questa struttura perché dovevo discutere la mia laurea all’Università Guglielmo Marconi, che si trova praticamente di fronte all’alloggio: una posizione davvero perfetta, quindi la consiglio assolutamente a chi ha esigenze simili. In generale, la zona è molto comoda, ben collegata con la metro A (fermate Lepanto e Ottaviano) e con diverse linee di autobus. Inoltre, nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono due supermercati e tantissimi ristoranti e bar, quindi non manca davvero nulla. L’appartamento è ben organizzato e spazioso: ci sono due camere separate oltre al soggiorno, e ogni camera ha il proprio bagno, il che è davvero molto comodo, soprattutto se si viaggia in più persone. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza della lavatrice e del ferro da stiro, così come i balconi in entrambe le stanze. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati semplici e ben gestiti, e l’host è sempre stato disponibile e velocissimo nel rispondere. Non ci sono aspetti realmente negativi, ma solo alcune piccole accortezze che potrebbero migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno. L’ascensore, ad esempio, è piuttosto piccolo (solo per due persone alla volta) e, considerando che l’appartamento si trova al quinto piano, può risultare un po’ scomodo dover aspettare. In cucina mancavano alcune cose essenziali, come una spugna per lavare piatti e bicchieri e uno strofinaccio o tovaglioli per asciugare. Inoltre, per due notti, due rotoli di carta igienica per bagno risultano un po’ pochi. Infine, il ferro da stiro era arrugginito e quindi non utilizzabile con il vapore perché rischia di macchiare i vestiti.

• Sandra (4/5): - Bed Linen was in a terrible state as well as towels were in a very bad condition. You cannot even use it clean a floor. The linen had holes in and stained. It is unacceptabe
• Favaro (8/5): - Ottima posizione, servita da ottimi servizi, quartiere sicuro, appartamento tranquillo e pulito. Più che un giudizio negativo vorrei dare dei suggerimenti: L'acqua calda durante la doccia si alternava all'acqua fredda, questo provocava uno spreco d'acqua e allungava i tempi della doccia, penso si tratti di un problema di regolazione facilmente risolvibile. Il piano di cottura ad induzione aveva delle crepe sulla superficie di vetro, questo non ne comprometteva il funzionamento ma secondo me questa situazione potrebbe creare dei problemi di sicurezza elettrica se dei liquidi penetrano nelle crepe della superficie, quindi secondo me il questo elettrodomestico andrebbe sostituito.
• José Benito (7/5): Bien, pero no excelente ni perfecto. - La ubicacion, está bien comunicada con el centro, con paradas de autobus y metro a unos 10 minutos andando. La limpieza de la casa es muy buena. Falta menaje, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir y sale fría en cuanto cierras el grifo y vuelves a abrir. Salta el diferencial de la luz en cuanto enciendes la placa y el horno. Los tv de las habitaciones no se ven bien, no pillan casi canales y Netflix no funciona, no puedes ni poner tu cuenta No había gel, ni champú, ni bayetas, ni mistol, ni tostador, y muy escaso el menaje. Cuatro tazas, cuatro vasos y cuatro cubiertos. Tampoco hay sala de estar con sofá ni nada de eso.

• Seema (7/5): Great modern two double bedroom- overall would recommend! - Great location Very safe Lift only takes two people at a time and it’s slow. Water is slow to react when you turn the heat up. AC was on timer is had to change it so could work at night. Cleaner turned up half hour early before check out making the last bit of getting out more stressful! She even rang the doorbell ten minutes before the time!!!

• Shefali (9/5): Superb - Very spacious, modern and clean. Good location with connectivity by bus and metro. There was someone to help us throughout. Maybe the hosts could provide some very basic things like tea, coffee, oil, salt and sugar in the kitchen. Only dishwasher soap was provided though there was no dishwasher so it wasn't very practical. But these are minor things. Overall, it was a very nice stay.
• Cristina (10/5): Fab apartment close to the Vatican - I love the location - quiet neighbourhood, easy access to bus and metro stations, a few blocks away from the Vatican. The apartment itself was awesome and perfect for our travelling group (2 couples). It's well appointed, has a homely feel, has wonderful renovations, clean overall, comfy beds, two tidy bathrooms. It's a shame we were only there for 2 of the 4 nights we booked (due to flight cancellations) as we weren't able to maximise our stay in Rome in that lovely apartment. The washing machine was also a welcome amenity. The antique but perfectly working elevator added a nice touch to the building atmosphere and usability. Was asking for the a/c remote as I wanted to turn up the cooling in our room (it was quite warm when we were in Rome) but was told this wasn't needed as the weather was mild - it was too warm for me and a cooler a/c would've been nice at night. And as we only stayed there for the last 2 nights of our booking, I didn't have the time or the energy to push on with this request.
