Çok güvenli ve sessiz bir sokakta olması ve çok yakınında güzel kafe restoran imkanları ile aileler için çok idea bir yer. Bize çok yardımcı olan Fabio ve eşine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca gezilmesi gereken yerlerin çoğuna yürüme mesafesi.

Die zwei getrennten, grosszügigen Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad sind perfekt für Familien mit Kinder im Schulalter. Fabio ist ein hervorragender Host mit vielen wertvollen Tips. Der durch ihn organisierte Flughafentransfer hat perfekt funktioniert.

We will definitely be back! - Very well maintained, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a three night stay in Rome. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, and well stocked kitchen. We even had complimentary groceries like milk, juice, coffee, biscuits and water. Which was unexpected but very welcome. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, for restaurants, take away, groceries, basically anything you need is within a couple of minutes. The colosseum is around the corner too! Bonus! I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome. ‘Tavernelle’ the restaurant was excellent and just at the end of street. It was quiet at night so we all got a good nights sleep, as well as having very comfortable beds. The apartment was exceptionally clean, towels were clean and fresh as well as bedding. Attention to detail like nice smelling diffusers and even a chocolate on our bed! It all adds up to make a great vacation. Thank you Fabio and we will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! The only thing I would say is the sofa is uncomfortable to sit on. But it is a sofa bed so it’s not really designed for massive use as a sofa. It would not put me off staying here!

Además está totalmente renovado, las camas son cómodas y tiene dos baños completos que facilitan mucho la estancia. La cocina está bien equipada y fue todo un detalle que nos dejaran comida para desayunar. Además, el anfitrión fue muy atento y rápido en responder a todo.

The apartment is very close to the main tourist attractions and is also conveniently located near metro and bus connections. We were provided with all the necessary amenities and consumables, including a hair dryer and slippers. The apartment was very clean, well organized, and clearly prepared with care and generosity. You can really feel that the host thought about every detail in advance. The owner was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and at ease from the first moment. Overall, a truly great stay. We are very happy we chose this place and would absolutely recommend it to others.

Turėjome visko lengviems pusryčiams. Galėjome mėgautis skania kava kas rytą. Butas pasižymėjo ypatinga švara. Nuostabūs šeimininkai! Beveik kas vakarą teiravosi, kaip mums sekasi, pateikė rekomendacijas kur arčiausiai galima pavakarieniauti ar užkąsti. Tikrai jautiemės kaip namuose. Ačiū Fabio! • Samantha (10/5): Highly recommended - The apartment is in a fantastic location. Very clean and our family was very comfortable there. Fabio was great, checked in on us multiple times, gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and I knew he was available if we needed anything during our stay. He was also kind enough to let us have a later check out.
• Catherine (10/5): A very comfortable and convenient aparthotel from which to explore historic Rome. - Excellent location, close to the historic area; walkable distances to many sights. Host provided suggestions for some favorite nearby places to eat, and we were very satisfied with those we chose. We were able to check in a bit early, which was good - however, host had identified a couple of nearby dining spots we could have had some refreshments if we needed to wait. Host was accessible by txt for questions, and responded quickly; he also arranged our transportation to and from the airport. This aparthotel worked fine for two adults + an an adult daughter; it is also well designed to accommodate two couples. The place has been updated, the water pressure in the shower is fantastic, and the bedding is comfortable. Both bedrooms are large and have good closet space. The apartment has very good lighting. We cooked some meals in; the kitchen is small but is well-equipped. The sofa is a pull-out sofa and was made up with linens in case it was needed as extra sleeping space. It was a shorter sofa and did not have end tables at each side, so one had to use chairs from the table for this purpose. It's a minor issue.

• DROR (10/5): Great Rome stay for family in great location, well maintained and the best host! - Apartment location is great. proximate in few minutes walk to colosseum, roman forum and Piazza Venezia and to many other sites (15-20 minutes walk max). the street is very quite with many restaurant / bars. location is also great from public transportation perspective: 5 minutes walk to CAVOUR metro station, 7 minutes walk to Via Nazionale with Many bus lines to city center. so location is 11/10 as I see it... Apartment is well equipped. 2 rooms with queen size bed, closet, equipped Shower/Toilet (soap/shampoo/cond. in place, warm water based on gas heating so no limitation basically), lining room with opening Sofa (you can host 6 people in the apartment), TV, washing machine, small equipped kitchen with small fridge, electical stove, microwave, coffee machine, Kettle and cutlery. Fabio is a great host. we got keys in person, inc. tutorial on the apartment. Fabio helped us a lot with recommendations, tips, etc. Parking is an issue in this area, dont mess with car unless if is a must (and than, pay attention to ZTL region). get in/out with Taxi or public transportation. We had several breakfast locations, best one is 'La Licata'. demand over there creates a line, its worth the waiting time. there are many restaurants around, most of them are from mid-day to end of day dining and not for breakfast. No thing. great experience.

The apartment was perfect in every way: close to everything within walking distance, a charming neighborhood with good restaurants and beautiful shops. The apartment is stunningly beautiful, everything is tasteful and has everything. I must thank dear Fabio who always asked if everything was okay and offered help. This is the best apartment in Rome for sure!!! Don't compromise, just take this apartment!!! We will definitely go back there. Grazie Fabio! There is no such thing. Everything is perfect!

The apartment itself was perfect—it had everything you may need plus more! There was coffee, cream, snacks, water and so forth—such a nice personal touch! The host Fabio was incredibly helpful with suggestions and checking in to see if we needed anything. I accidentally left one of my AirPod buds and he found it and mailed it to our next destination! This has been one of our favorite places we have stayed during our 5 week trip. Nothing—everything was perfect!

Fabio, the Owner was very responsive and helpful to my requests. His wife Emanuela greeted us when she came and was extremely nice. The property is very clean and smelled good. We definitely will stay here again if we come back to Rome. There was nothing I didn’t like.

He supplied some snacks water and juice which was perfect for the kids. Doorway is narrow into the building, making it a challenge with a stroller. The lights were out in the building hallway, so entering and unlocking door was difficult at night. But overall we managed.
• James (9/5): Superb - Apartment is so tastfully and beautifully decorated and was an ideal size for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (two double bedrooms each with ensuite). It's a modern apartment which has been recently remodelled, upgraded and decorated. Excellent air con in all rooms (vital for Rome in the summer months) and Smart TVs. A small food welcome pack was there for us on arrival which included milk, water, OJ, coffee and bread. There is a small washing machine and drying rack. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and hob. The location for touring Rome is ideal - everything is within close walking distance. The only metro you're likely to need is if you go to the Vatican, otherwise you can walk to everywhere very easily. The Colosseum is only a 8-10 minute walk away and you can you see it in the distance as soon as soon as you step foot into the street (Via Del Serpenti) behind the apartment. Lots of local restaurants, cafes, gelatoria (ice cream shops) and mini supermarkets on Via del Boschetto and in the surrounding streets. We even found a gluten free bakery (Taliana Roma on Via Genova) filled with delicious pastries and buns, and an amazing gluten free pizzeria restaurant (Cimarra 4 Pizzeria) just around the corner from the apartment. It really is a lovely, old-worldly style, buzzing neighbourhood with independently owned, modern artisan shops. Handover was seamless and Enrico answered all our queries and even arranged a private transfer for us to the airport. I highly recommend this apartment, its location and commend the owners attention to detail. You will not be disappointed. Nothing.

Location wise, it was exactly what we were looking for. A short walk to the Colosseum, bars and restaurants. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to tour beautiful Rome, look no further! He made sure to provide guidance and suggestions throughout the process and provided great restaurant recommendations. The location of the apartment is perfect. Walking distance to all major attractions and close proximity to public transit stops. There are fantastic restaurants near the apartment and not a lot of road noise. The apartment is spacious with plenty of amenities. The bathrooms are well equipped. The host provided an assortment of refreshments and breakfast items in the kitchen. This was my third trip to Rome, and this was my best lodging experience. Nothing.

The property has great amenities including clothes washing machine, very comfortable beds and was quiet in appartment. Fabio checked in on us via WhatsApp and provided useful information about best restaurants, bars etc. The appartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned midweek during our stay. I didn’t have any issues during our stay would definitely come here again.

Very safe area. The host Fabio and his team are very welcoming and very kind.

• Kerry (10/5): when I return to Rome I will be definitely staying here again - To all the new Travelers out there going to Rome for the first time I traveled with my husband we are in our 50’s and my 2 teenage sons 17,19 . we are a big burly family and when I was choosing my accommodation in Rome I was looking for 2 double beds 1 for me and my husband and 1 for my boys to share, I did not want sofa beds, this is why I chose this apartment, it was exactly what I got when we arrived and to my surprise I even got a sofa bed with a big thick mattress not the thin useless ones. so my boys slept separately it was perfect, we had 2 bathrooms a kitchen fully equipped coffee, biscuits, breakfast, drinks etc the location was absolutely amazing my kids praised me everyday for picking this place to stay. I was able to walk all over Rome even in my condition being overweight, bad back and bad knees. it was perfect the colosseum was up the end of our road, what a view each morning. we had pizza shop,coffee shop, Gelato shop restaurant all on our street but in saying that the street was quiet and you felt like a local. there were no steep stairs to deal with and the arrival was flawless, the host Fabio was so helpful with the washing machine and the heating, if you go in summer you will have 3 split systems so I imagine you will be very cool in the peak months. it has 3 tvs one in each room so at the end of the day we all had our privacy and down time. i absolutely loved my time in Rome and I’m so glad I chose this place to stay nothing

The location makes sightseeing Rome a pleasure because the apartment is very close to the major attractions so you can always come back to it and relax after long walks. I highly recommend it! I could not find a single negative thing about this place or host :-)

• Aaron (10/5): Fantastic, we would definitely go back to the same place. - The property had a number of items there for us when we arrived including milk, croissants etc. The hosts were fantastic and created a WhatsApp chat so that we always had communication if we needed advice.

He arranged for airport transfers, handed the key to us in person, gave us great suggestions on where to go, what to eat, and most importantly was accessible to answer any questions we had. PROPERTY: In my opinion the property is in the best location for tourists. It's tucked away in a quieter neighborhood yet only minutes from the Colosseum, and probably within a 1 mile radius of all the important sites to see. Two generous bedrooms, clean bathrooms, really comfortable mattresses make it a great place to unwind and relax after a long day of walking around the city. If we ever come back to Rome, we only want to stay at Boschetto 124! We didn't like the fact that there is literally nothing to complain about! Fabio and his team do such a great job that it's almost impossible to find anything wrong.
