• Daniele (1/5): Horror è dire poco…. - La posizione strategica La casa si è presentata fin da subito in condizioni igieniche precarie. Stabile e casa con arredamento antiquato. Di seguito alcuni dettagli come da foto in allegato: - Polvere su tutto il letto e sulle mensole, e in generale ovunque nella casa, che ha causato grave reazione allergica e assunzione di cortisone - Capelli sui cuscini - Copritavola e tende macchiate - Pentolame unto e in condizioni non idonee per poter cucinare (pentole bruciate, teflon usurato e quindi cancerogeno) - Credenza con all’interno pacchi di pasta aperti e in generale molto sporca (polvere e insetti) - Cuscini con macchie gialle - Scomodità dei letti, in particolare nel divano letto si sentono le molle direttamente sulla schiena ed è impossibile dormire, si tratta di brandine di fortuna - Alcune parti dell’arredamento sono rotte (maniglia finestra della camera da letto, asse del water, ecc) - Condizioni del bagno pessime (peli su dispenser del sapone, vecchi prodotti lasciati vicino al lavello e nella doccia) La proprietaria ha restituito 40 euro relativi alla pulizia banalizzando però la situazione, e rimproverando di aver utilizzato le federe pulite messe a disposizione (a causa della scarsa pulizia dei cuscini).
• aubin (10/5): Rome est superbe ! - Appartement Très bien placé et Barbara très serviable et accueillante. Elle nous a réservé le taxi et recommandé de bonnes adresses. Pas de vrai cuisine/ salle à manger. Étroit pour déjeuner sur place à 5

La WiFi un poco floja. Compramos estropajos nuevos para poder fregar, ya que el que había no inspiraba mucha higiene...
• Lena (10/5): Great apartment in a brilliant location - Our hosts were very helpful with getting us settled in and letting us know to contact them if there were any problems - which there weren't. The apartment was clean and big enough for our needs, with lots of little touches to help, such as a sewing kit and some toiletries. The apartment was very quiet, as were the ones around it. The location was great - only a mile from Termini Station and near to bus routes to the Vatican and Pantheon if you had walked too much already! There were lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. We will definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family! There wasn't really anything to dislike - it might have been nice to have another comfy chair in the lounge, but otherwise everything was great.
• Ewelina (5/5): Bardzo słabo. - Lokalizacja Rezerwacja mieszkania nie spełniła naszych oczekiwań. Mieszkanie nie było przygotowane na liczbę osób zgodną z rezerwacją – zarezerwowaliśmy nocleg dla 6 osób, a przygotowano jedynie dla 4. Pokój obok, który miał być przeznaczony dla nas, został wynajęty komuś innemu, w efekcie czego dwie osoby musiały spać w kuchni. Stan mieszkania był niezadowalający – dawno nieposprzątane, z widocznym kurzem i brudem. Brakowało podstawowego wyposażenia: sztućców, talerzy, a nawet kubków dla wszystkich gości. Nie przygotowane kołdry i koce dodatkowo po wyciągnięciu z szafy brudne z włosami po innych gościach . Właścicielka była zaskoczona liczbą osób, mimo że rezerwacja jasno wskazywała sześć gości. Nie polecam pobliskiej restauracji. Ogólnie brak zainteresowania potrzebami gości i niski standard przygotowania mieszkania sprawiają, że nie polecam tego noclegu.

• Celeste (10/5): Lovely place with an equally lovely host. Very accommodating and warm. Would stay there again - Spacious and you have everything you need in the apartment. It looks exactly like the photos It was unusually hot in Rome the week we’re there so it was a it hot but Barbara provided fans and if you take a shower before bed, it shouldn’t be an issue

• Mary (9/5): Nice comfy apartment, in safe location, within walkable distance of Termini & central Rome - Quite a central location, within easy walking distance of Termini train station. Our family also walked to sights around central ancient Rome from here, about 35 mins. Many places to eat nearby. Safe area. Apartment was very comfortable and spacious enough for my family. Host Barbara was very helpful. Not any view,, just into internal courtyard of building. Typical nice old Roman residential building, but lift to 4th floor was a little scary!

• Erika (10/5): Fabulous apartment in an amazing location! - Barbara was so kind and wonderful, she really made our stay special. Great decor and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all six of us. We will definitely be staying here again. We really fell in love with the neighborhood. Great trattoria across the street and abundant cute cafes and wine stores.
• Eva (6/5): Location fantastic, apartment rundown - Barbara was really friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the bathroom sink, and she fixed it right away. The apartment was very quiet and the location was great. We could walk to the center and to the main monuments and there were several really nice and not too expensive restaurants in the area. The apartment was run down. The pictures in the description are for the 2 apartments she has. So we were surprised not to see the mezzanine in the one we were staying. We had 2 individual bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 3 single beds) and the very small living room had a sofa bed. The beds were not comfortable and the apartment had a lot of little issue (the knob on one of the bedroom was broken, the shower head was full of holes and water was going out anywhere, we opened a cabinet and the handle broke,...). Don't forget the tax when taking in account this apartment, for the 6 of us for 5 nights we had to pay an extra 180euro.

• Caroline (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Barbara was very friendly and was available if we had any questions. The apartment is a short walk from Roma Termini and had a lot of options of good restaurants and supermarkets within 2 minutes.

• Beth (8/5): Very good - The three individual beds for the kids in a separate room were nice. The location was out of the crowded area, yet still close to everything. Air conditioning would be a nice benefit as it was pretty hot when we were there, but there were fans.

• Violeta (1/5): Bad - Without air conditioner in the and of July , it was unbearable to stay inside. the ceiling on the second floor is too low and cannot stand up normally, must stand only on the bed. gas stove is not suitable for guests, there is no normal coffee machine and microwave.
