• Natalia (10/5): - Localização excelente em Trastevere no meio dos barzinhos e restaurantes e mesmo assim silencioso. Apto espaçoso com ar condicionado, cozinha. Host mto gentil. 25min caminhando até o centro histórico. Super recomendo.
• Anton (10/5): - We start with the excellent location of the accommodation, situated in a great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants serving delicious food. Secondly, if you want to experience what real Italy is like and how Italians live, the apartment is designed exactly in that style. It is clean and well kept. Thirdly, the hosts are very welcoming and will help you figure out where to go and what to try. This is not my first time in Rome, but this accommodation will stay in my memory forever.

• Guest (6/5): Buena ubicación pero pierde muchos puntos por la limpieza - El dueño era muy amable, tuvimos una muy buena atención por su parte. Además, nos permitió entrar antes, todo con él genial. La ubicación era muy buena, en pleno trastevere y cerca de todo lo importante caminando. Se estaba calentito con la calefacción El piso necesitaba más limpieza y quizá alguna reformilla, hay un fuerte olor a tuberías por toda la casa y la cocina es muy antigua, la gran mayoría del menaje estaba sucio y había mucha comida que, bajo mi punto de vista, se debería tirar. En general, el piso estaba sucio, hacía falta una mano de limpieza.
• Daniel (10/5): Con poco se puede mejorar - La atención del propietario y lo rápido que fue para solucionar los problemas de la calefacción No había ni gel ni champú, además la ducha funcionaba un poco mal y el grifo del lavabo funcionaba mal
• Angelo (7/5): Très bon séjour - Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Rome à pied. Le quartier est animé avec ses nombreux bars et restaurants. L’appartement se situe dans une rue au calme. Il y avait une odeur très forte de remontées d’égouts.
• Proto (10/5): Weekend perfetto nel cuore di Trastevere - Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana presso l’appartamento. La posizione è perfetta: nel cuore di Trastevere, ma in una via tranquilla, ideale per godersi la vita del quartiere senza rinunciare al riposo. L’appartamento è pulito, accogliente e arredato con gusto, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host, sempre gentile e disponibile. Un posto dove tornare volentieri!

• van Nijburg (6/5): Voldoende maar ik zou hier niet terug komen. - De locatie. De badkamer en keuken zijn aan vervanging toe. Daar is ook niet meer tegenop te poetsen. Tevens vond ik haren in de badkamer en op een kussen.

• Witzaney (7/5): The place was a great location where we could cook and rest containing almost all the we needed. - The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The TV had entertaiment options. The appartment was cluttered with things. The amount of stairs to access the appartment became annoying. the porch was too small.
• Patricia (3/5): Poor - The location is great. Communication with staff was easy. The bathroom was not clean, the sofa bed was worn out and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not functional. It felt like no one had stayed there in awhile.

• Marina (9/5): 3 day vacation in Rome - Adorable appartment at a really good location in the heat of Trastavere. The appartment had everything you need for a staycation in Rome. Even a washing machine, and this was the cutest machine I've ever seen. Easy check in and check out. The owner was kind and responded quickly to messages. We would have loved to have had the late check out that we agreed on but there was a communication misunderstanding.

• Florentina (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent, in a lively and authentic part of the city. It was even possible to find a free parking place nearby. The late check in went smoothly. The apartment has a small, but charming balcony, a useful kitchen and everything needed. The host is very friendly.

Moldy and dirty space. - The location is great and the host seems friendly and flexible with earlier checking-in This place itself is absolutely filthy, smells and has mold and dust everywhere. They charged us an extra fee for an airport transit that they couldn’t offer and booking wasn’t able to do much to get us reimbursed. It’s hard to believe but they charge 200$/night for this place. I wouldn’t advice anyone to go there.
• Hanna-mari (8/5): Well worth the money - would stay again! - The location is excellent and the appartment very spacious. A bonus for the washing machine! Everything went smoothly with communication. There’s some moisture damage in the appartment, so if you’re very sensitive to mould, there might be some problems. We were fine though, so nothing major.
• Robin (8/5): Very good - The location was where we wanted and the tariff was reasonable. The bathroom could do with a good clean, particularly the shower. The amount of mould in the tile grout was disconcerting. The kitchen could do with a brighter light globe. All the old food should be chucked out so there is not any question about the freshest or expiry date. Some wine glasses would be nice. A plug is required for the kitchen sink. The tiling behind the sink needs repair to prevent water from seeping down behind the sink.

• Cosette (9/5): Superb - The location in Trastevere was charming and well located to access most of the sights of Rome. Our host Simone was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and had all the facilities needed for a 10 day stay.
