The location of the property is literally a 5 minute walk to the walls of the Vatican City. The area is surrounded by numerous restaurants and the area is very clean and feels extremely safe when out at night. The communication with the owner was excellent and the collection of the keys on our first night was facilitated with ease despite our late arrival. Nothing

Host was super responsive and helpful to our travel needs. Chiara and Andrea were very friendly. The location to the Vatican and the Subway (Ottiviano) made all the other points of interest easily possible- Trevi Fountain- Spanish Steps- Colosseum- Termini Train station, etc. not to mention all the great restaurants nearby. Nothing to say my family had a great stay! Our stay was too short!

• Rebekah (6/5): An ok apartment but could be better with a little more care and understanding of travellers needs. - The location was good, especially if you wanted to visit the Vatican. There were a few jigsaws to play. Spacious and clean. We were asked to pay the city tax and an additional 40 euro late check-in as soon as we arrived which put us under pressure to unpack our bags and find the Euros we had packed somewhere feeling tired and stressed. The WiFi was not very good and mostly didn’t work. There were no juices, toasts etc for breakfast which are common in previous apartments. I asked for a late check out but was told this was not possible so we had to check out at 10. Several pieces of furniture had old fashioned covers on which gave the apartment a very old feel.

• Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Very close to Vantican City. It is very roomy, private, and convenient place to stay. Bathroom was nice and clean. Full kitchen with all the kitchen equipment for use. Dinning chairs were not sturdy. Sofa cover was dirty. Water filter need to replace. Kitchen pots and pan were not washed probably. It was still wet in the cabinet. Our bedroom on level 3 looking down at the side street restaurants which was very noisy at night until 2 am. Beside some of these minor issues, Otherwise, we would have rated excellent.

Lovely beds and bedding, a very well equipped kitchen and two very good bathrooms. Although my son and I only used two bedrooms, the apartment is easily big enough for three couples to share. The property is very conveniently situated to the Vatican and there are lots of good restaurants close by. We would most definitely like to stay here again and hopefully it will be sooner rather than later.

• Regina (10/5): Exceptional - This is a lovely spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location - a short walk from The Vatican and most of Rome's main attractions. The rooms in the apartment are large with lovely high ceilings. This apartment has everything you would want while staying there including air conditioning. The host responded to any enquiries very quickly and was very helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay in this lovely apartment, and I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay while visiting Rome.

• Shan (9/5): A great stay, with just a few small niggles, easily addressed.. - The apartment was spacious and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. A great location with easy walking to restaurants and for sightseeing. It would be a bonus to have another sofa or some armchairs in the sitting room, so that we could all sit comfortably together. Towels were rather threadbare, and we only had one set for a one week stay, a refresh mid week would have been nice. Also, toilet rolls were plenty for a short stay, but we had to replenish during the week.

Method of communication, was passed back and forth between the owner and booking.com when I wanted to increase to 6 guests from 5, so waited till we got there and paid the extra but never got an extra set of towels for the 6th guest!

Kitchen was fully equipped with coffee maker, coffee, oil, water etc. TV with Netflix and good WiFi was provided. Excellent location - 10 min walk from both the metro station and the vatican. Lovely restaurants and cafes in the area with a convenient supermarket close by. Communication with the host was excellent and they organised a taxi transfer from the airport. Could not recommend more, would love to stay again. Everything was perfect.

• Diane (10/5): The perfect apartment for Rome centre - We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of staff, cleanliness and size of the apartment, proximity to everything: restaurants, markets, points of interest, metro station, etc. You can easily walk everywhere, felt very safe. Two very nice bathrooms and all required amenities. Beautiful large windows, double pane so cut down on noise. The only thing that was unsightly was the garbage area on the street. Bins are overflowing with food and other garbage which smells bad. But that was only in front of the door of the apartment building. Once you walk in, it's perfect! P.S.: the smell of incent in the apartment was overpowering. Made it challenging for allergies.

My mum almost had heartattack when she went to the kitchen during night to get water and there was something moving in bread pack. - not as clean as we would expect, found something like blood on headbord in bigger bedroom - walls are far away from white, i know that all the suitcases mess them, but its not expensive to paint it or something(looks more than 1 year damage) - just 2 toilet papers in each bathroom for whole stay. (5 people during 4 nights) - you need to pay 25e fee for checkin after 20h. - let us know to pay 25+80eur(city tax) in cash 3hrs before arrival

We had the support from Chiara at all times, very quick response and effective. Will definitely repeat. In the scale of the things we like the most about Rome, this flat was in the podium :)
• Kathleen (10/5): Excellent space and amenities and perfect a.c. in 40° heat - There was a lift. It was quiet and clean and exactly as it was pictured. There were two bathrooms that were fully equipped, and the laundry facilities came in handy at that point in our holiday. I didn’t like that they change the checkout time from 11 am to 10 am after I booked. But I showed them my original booking and they allowed is to stay till 11 am so in the end it was okay. There was also no safe in the property but the place was very secure, so we did not worry.

• Mihai (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a fantastic location, right next to the Vatican wall and 2 minutes away from the subway, but still within walking distance to most main attractions. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They've arrived earlier than usual to greet us, knowing that we had an early flight, which they didn't have to do, so it was very thoughtful of them. Anything we needed our hosts responded to very quickly and there was nothing they couldn't help us with. The apartment itself was very clean and very comfortable, lacking nothing. Very suitable to larger families and groups. We've loved our time here and we will definitely be back! The fact that we had to leave

• Jay (9/5): Awesome Location and Nearby Facilities - The location of this property was closer than I expected to Vatican City. It was literally right around the corner. It was also very close to the metro; so access to Rome was very easy. There was also a Carrefour (grocery store) right down the street from the property and plenty of restaurants at which to eat. So the location was excellent. I was also grateful to have a washing machine and a drying rack at our disposal. Our host was also very helpful with arranging taxi transport to and from the airport. The only negative was that the chairs and couches weren't too comfortable; they were a bit hard with not much give. Otherwise the place was very comfortable, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A very spacious and beautiful place, two fully equipped bathrooms, great facilities for a stay with baby/toddler, good air conditioning, communicative host, excellent location. The elevator doesn't stop to the apartment level so you have to walk some stairs. Wasn't a big problem for us but needs to be taken into account if you have accessibility issues. Also a bit more kitchenware could be useful - we missed e.g. bowls for cereal and an espresso pot that could make 1-2 cups, only a big one was available.

Perfect location just close to the entrance of the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel with very close access to the bus and metro stations. The neighborhood was lively and full of nice restaurants. In all great experience.

The owner of the apartment was very responsive and even helped us with a private transfer from the airport to this apartment. She also allowed us to store our luggage early as we arrived several hours before check in time Nothing comes to mind
