Guest Reviews
- David (9/5): Comfortable stay in a part of town midway between Piazza Spagna and Piazza del Popolo. A well equipped mini apartment - Fascinating set of buildings, and a lot of thought put into the facilities provided. Unventilated kitchen was always damp (we stayed there in winter when it was too cold to have the doors open).
Bed was comfortable enough but pillows were not great. Lighting was a bit stark.
- Dušan (6/5): One gets for what paid - Location is our favorite. The conditions of the place. Smelly, dumpy.
It is a prime location and this place was quite cheap in comparison to the surrounding other places - yet for a reason.
- Poustovan (9/5): Superb -
- Alekyan (3/5): Poor - Very dirty very old
- Marcela (4/5): Disappointing - The location was amazing. Via Margutta is beautiful, quiet and in the center is everything. The place smells badly of mildew, gave me sneezing spells. It’s also not clean except for the sheets. Kitchen had dirty coffee machine and kettle, also the cups were not very clean. Cobwebs and stains in the walls and chairs. Bathroom floor also needs scrubbing/bleach. The internet sucks. The host was responsive and offered a refund for the cleaning service but I realized it’s a recurring problem since people have been complaining about these issues since months ago.
- Julija (7/5): Good - The location was excellent, friendly host, good restaurant recommendations, clear instructions for a check in. The apartment needs a deep clean. Mold in the shower, bad smell in the kitchen area.
- Maria (7/5): Great little place for 1-2 people right in a great location. Could use a deep clean though! - The property was at a great location just blocks away from the Spanish steps! The overall layout was good with laundry and an outside area! The property was not very clean. The bathroom had mold and didn’t look like it had a thorough cleaning. The kitchen area also smelled like garbage I’m guessing from the previous tenants.
- Mikhail (7/5): Good - Helpfulness of the owner,
Location
Good for short stays The apartment wasn't clean.
Trash/garbage collection bags were in your face in the middle of the kitchen.
Unsuitable for longer stays.
Overpriced.
- Ivan (10/5): Perfect apartment with the best host! - the apartment is in the top center, has a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The place is in the top center and at the same time it is calm and cozy. The host is a very kind and responsive person. Highly recommend!
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional - the best place to stay in Rome!
- Carmelita (10/5): Exceptional - the location
- Naghmeh (6/5): Very nice host and a great location - Location is fantastic, the building is charming There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment
- Mariana (10/5): Best apartment I’ve stayed in! - The host was so kind! We loved our stay and we hope to come someday again! :)
- Paul (9/5): Beautiful, calm, perfect location. - Location and the building was lovely. It was a oasis in a very interesting part of the city It would have been nice to have some milk and coffee / tea sachets / nespresso pods which we have had elsewhere.
- Wilko (8/5): quite place near main attractions - right in the centre of town, easy walk to most attractions, heaps of restaurants nearby, quiet, easy access. no maps of Rome
- Louise (9/5): Living the dolce vita in this elegant, traditional Roman building - Great apartment for two, bijou but had everything you needed.
Brilliant location moments from Piazza del Popolo, in a quiet cobbled street.
Beautiful traditional Roman building, set round an exquisite courtyard replete with ferns, palms and possibly the biggest wisteria in the world! You can pretend to be a cool local, not a tourist... Very little to improve on, it's a great flat.
For me the (kingsize) bed would be improved with a memory foam topper, and new pillows.
Would also be great if there was a bottle or two of water in the fridge when you arrive, and a handful of Nespresso pods for the machine - but there's a mini supermarket nearby, so no big deal.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is perfect. 1 min from metro piazza di spagna. Clean. Perfect spot. Totally recommend.
- Giulia (8/5): Very good -
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Cute apartment for two people. Quiet and lovely street . Excellent location, you can walk to all the tourist attractions.
- Eloise (10/5): i would absolutely stay here again if i was returning to Rome, i loved it! - the property is in a beautiful building, on a very quiet street, even though it is right in the middle of Rome! the terrazza is a nice place to sit, and the bathroom was excellent (good water pressure and very tidy and clean). the host was excellent and so helpful, he sent us a list of activities and nearby restaurants that he recommended, which was really useful. there are so so many nearby restaurants and things to see/do that you won’t get bored staying here i promise! it’s so central that we walked to everything we did except the catacombs, no public transport needed! i really don’t have many nagar i’ve things to say: there was no kettle to make tea, the coffee machine does make just hot water but it doesn’t come out boiling and isn’t the same as a kettle. the only other minor thing is the walls are quite thin and you can hear people having a conversation in the stairwell, so if you’re easily disturbed then this might not be the flat for you
- Kelly (8/5): Very good -
