• Loncar (10/5): - The location was definitely the highlight of our stay—it’s surreal to be right across the street from the Vatican and to look out the window at St. Peter’s Basilica. The apartment itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

• Martine (10/5): Semplicemente fantastico - We were a family group of 7 (4 adults and 3 old teenagers) and we had an exceptional time in Rome. This apartment is very nicely located right next to the Vatican on a less touristy and more quiet side. There is a profusion of good restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Also grocery stores not far. The buses to get to historic centre are also just down the street and a train station (San Pietro) just up the street. You can get the bus ticket from the Tabbagi next to one of the bus stop if you don't want to use the tap and go. The San Pietro Basilica is 5 minutes away and the Vatican museum more 15-20 minutes walk. You can easily walk to all the attractions or save your feet and take the public transport. There is 3 spacious rooms with windows and closing doors. You have a view of an orange tree in the backyard. There is ac in each room. We did not hear the people snoring through the walls at night :) The bed were very comfortable. There is 2 bathrooms with a shower in each. We never ran out of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. It is true that there is no couch or lounge area but the dining (with tv) area was big enough for all of us to eat together and talk around the big table to plan our daily itinerary. We had very busy days discovering Rome that when we were there we relaxed in our rooms. The host was very helpful : she organized the taxi rides from and to the airport, she provided fresh towels mid week, there was espresso cups and croissants available, prosecco and milk and juice in the fridge when we got there, was responsive when had questions. There was a WiFi issue during our week there and some actions were immediately in motion to correct the situation. Everybody had a nice trip and this apartment was a central key to it. If you are on the fence deciding if this is a good place, don't hesitate and book it! You might see a papal cavalcade passing by looking through the dining windows if you are lucky. We loved everything but just let you know: The street is a gentle uphill slope to get to the apartment by foot. After the front door, there is 13 steps to get to the apartment door with your luggage. Keep this in mind if travelling with elderly or mobility impaired people. For us, it was not an issue.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect comfortable base for exploring the sights of Rome! - The location of this apartment is excellent. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is also very comfortable and caters for all your needs including tea coffee and snacks plus milk water and even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Ramona met us at the property on arrival and gave clear instructions and was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Nothing, it was amazing!

Petra, to človek tak ľahko nevidí. Pokojná lokalita a v centre diania. Pohodlné rozsiahle priestory, každý tu mal aj svoje súkromie. Vrelo odporúčam. Marián

• stefania (10/5): Energia della casa davvero unica - In questa casa con vista “cupolone” c’é davvero un’energia particolare. Casa accessoriata di tutto. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Fanno trovare un corposo “kit di accoglienza “ e praticamente la colazione di un we intero si può tranquillamente fare in casa. Ci sono tre stanze molto grandi, ognuna con 1 matrimoniale ed 1 singolo. La cucina ha tutto , c e lavatrice. La metropolitana e’ un po’ distante ed i ristoranti sullo stradone principale sono parecchio turistici.

Ramona sempre prestável e disponível para ajudar se precisássemos. Pudemos deixar as nossas malas e recolher após o check out foi um ponto muito positivo e ajudou bastante pois tínhamos o voo mais tarde. Recomendo! Nada a referir.

• Adam (10/5): - Super apartament , super lokalizacja.Wspaniały kontakt z gospodarzem przed wizyta jak i w trakcie, gospodarz zorganizował nam transport z lotniska. Świetne miejsce do zwiedzania Rzymu i Watykanu. Cicha i bezpieczna okolica. Podróżując w dużej grupie raz jeszcze bym wybrał ten apartament. Duży plus za dwie łazienki.

Было все необходимое, очень гостеприимная хозяйка, позаботилась даже о круассанах, печенье, продуктах первой необходимости. Очень рекомендую, всем друзьям и знакомым однозначно буду советовать делать выбор в пользу этих апартаментов. До сих пор скучаем по завтракам с таким классным видом! Спасибо!

• Jakub (10/5): - Absolutnie miejsce, które można polecić z czystym sumieniem. Gospodarze są bardzo mili i służą pomocą. Apartament czysty. Są trzy jednakowe pokoje, dwie łazienki, kuchnia i przedpokój z okna, którego można podziwiać bazylikę, wspaniała lokalizacja. Dosłownie kilka kroków od Watykanu, w pobliżu ulica z knajpkami a za oknem posterunek wojskowy, który nas pilnuje całą dobę :)

• Guillermo (10/5): Can’t miss property - comfortable and close to all the action near the Vatican! - It was extremely comfortable with plenty of beds for our party of 6, all the amenities, and right next door to the Vatican - we could see St. Peter’s dome from the apartment window! And the host made sure the apartment was stocked with coffee & milk and some snacks! Nothing - it was great!

The entire booking process was easy and smooth, and the hosts were incredibly kind and professional throughout. They were in touch before, during, and after our stay, making sure everything was going well. The location simply cannot be beaten — waking up to the view of St. Peter’s Dome is truly unforgettable. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable, easily accommodating a family of 8 without feeling cramped or like we were on top of each other. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and spending quality time together. Highly recommended!

• Abram (10/5): Perfect location, complete amenities and great hospitality! - Close to major attractions and located next to St. Peter's Basilica. Lots of free snacks. Ramona was very attentive, and Fabio was helpful even before our arrival. Beautiful view of the basilica. Clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen and dining utensils. We’ll definitely stay here again! The air conditioning took some time to cool the room, possibly because it was extremely hot outside. We had to use the remote from the first room as a workaround, since the universal AC remote in the second room wasn’t working properly. Perhaps next time provide still/natural water, rather than sparkling as not all prefer the later.
• Ildefonso (10/5): It was a pleasant stay - Stayed at this apartment in May. We were 9 and it was good that there were 2 washrooms. The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine, sparkling water, juice and some cookies, I think that was nice. Apartment was clean and the linens too. It was bright and airy. Location was perfect because we were mainly there to attend the Jubilee in Vatican which was just a 5 minute walk to the main entrance.
• Wojciech (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has 3 spacious rooms, a small kitchen, and a small dining room. The dining room has a great view of the Basilica di San Pietro. The apartment is on the 1st floor, but there are steep stairs. The street is mostly quiet, except during the times when workers or other personnel enter/leave the Vatican. There are 24/7 soldiers guarding the entry to the Vatican, so you can feel safe. The apartment itself is new and very well equipped. Ramona has provided some biscuits, milk, juice, coffee, and tea. The only thing I couldn't find were pot lids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds have hard mattresses, but no one was complaining. Each room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, so it can accommodate up to 9 persons. In my honest opinion, it's best for 6 people, but for more it should be acceptable. The only thing missing is a sofa on which you could rest after an exhausting day, but I don't see a place where it could go. There is an air conditioner in every room, but we didn't have to use it. The location is great if your main point is the Vatican, but keep in mind if you want to go to the Basilica di San Pietro or Vatican Museums, you need to walk around Piazza di San Pietro or Vatican, so reserve 15-20 minutes for the walk. For the City Centre, there is a bus station just a couple of minutes' walk away, and the buses (depending on the traffic) can take you to the historic locations in 20-40 minutes. I recommend buses over the metro, as you might see much more, however, watch out for the busy hours. There are multiple shops close by, and plenty of good and inexpensive restaurants. Ramona is very helpful and provided us with tons of useful information. If you need, she can organize a taxi for you for your transfer from/to the airport. We decided to go by bus - it's best to go to the Termini Train Station, and from there take bus 64.

• Maria (10/5): Fabulous - This location is perfect. We were 2 couples. It's has 3 bedrooms with double beds in each room and a single bed. Perfect for 9 people. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped. The fridge was stocked with water milk orange juice and spumante. We had coffee pods for the nespresso and Croissants Cookies cereal for our breakfast. It had a washing machine iron and everything you need in cleaning products. There was soap for the shower and plenty of towels. You are 5 minutes away from St Peters square. The metro and train station is about 10 minute walk. The place is extremely clean. Our check in was smooth and were greeted by Romina who explained everything to make sure our stay was perfect. They reply to your messages quickly. Your appartment is facing the entrance to vatican city and there are 2 military guarding 24/7, so we felt very safe. Parking in front of the apartment is limited. We were lucky and got a spot. It was inexpensive, though, at 7 euros per day.

The 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms are clean and comfortable, kitchen and seating area offer a great option for making breakfast. I think you can''t beat the location. Waking up, making and drinking coffee with a view of the vatican cupola is unforgettable:) The hosts were very responsive, kind and informative. There were zero problems with getting to the apartment and finding the key. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Amazing value apartment.
• Tina (9/5): Perfect place and excellent location - Their host were wonderful to work with. They checked in several times to see if we needed anything and had numerous restaurant recommendations. The location cannot be beat. The only downside you might want to know is that Uber has a hard time finding the apartment. This is no fault of the hosts but be aware if you are using Uber like we were. We loved everything about the apartment. Would absolutely book again if we come back to see my son before the semester is over.

• Florez (10/5): Amazing Rome trip - When I made the reservation, the owner sent me a list of things to do in Rome, plus a contact (person) thst could help me organize my trip to Rome, plus offered help to come pick us up at the airport. Even though we didn’t use that help (since we already had other plans), it was really cool to see they offered the best help possible. Also, we arrived before check in time, so they did let us go esrlier to the apartment to leave the bags. Roberta (the owner), met us there, helped us organizing our tour, gave us recommendations, etc. I would recommend this place 100%

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this apartment. - There was a wonderful selection of breakfast items including croissants that were vegan as well as gluten free option! There were some milk left in the fridge as well as dairy, free, milk, and juice. And even a bottle of Prosecco. It was just so lovely. Everything was excellent. The only recommendation I have is to replace the dining room table and chairs with a couches and make it into more of a lounge.
• Brandon (10/5): Stone's throw from Vatican City - Excellent location, just beside Vatican City. Easy to walk over to visit Basilica, Sistine Chapel and Vatican museums. Rooms were spacious. You can see the Basilica from the windows. The hot water supply needed some getting used to. A little tricky to adjust. There were stairs from street level to the apartment, so large luggages would be an issue.
