• George Scott (8/5): Good value for 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with unusual layout. - Good value for 2 bedroom, 2 bath accommodation in a very good location for walking, bus or tram access to major attractions. Small 2-person or luggage elevator begins one floor above ground level. 50ish step climb to apartment. Response time to hot water heater problem was nearly immediate on text & phone and 35 minutes for additional needed onsite support. Very good prices & food at next door restaurant with live piano playing on Monday - Wednesdays (as of April 2026). Good nearby shopping and self-serve laundrymat. Offsite owner insisted on a phone call 1 hour before arrival (while we were still in transt) and refused to use our supplied train arrival and either my or their own additional time estimate for taxi travel to set the meeting time in advance. Called from taxi queue departure and had to wait 35 minutes at unit for access. Master" bath tub with partial fold-out shower door, that precariously rested on edge of tub, was not well secured to wall. Unusual layout of largest bedroom on 1 exterior wall and its bathroom on the opposite exterior wall with a much smaller bedroom and connected bath (with small conventional shower) in between. This means "master" bedroom occupants have to walk through the living room to get to "their" bathroom at night. Hot water went out late Saturday night, but was restored with onsite support Sunday morning when we had to check-out by 10AM. No paper towels or napkins.

• Chris Mig (7/5): The location made up for a lot of shortcomings. - The owner Gulia and her Supt Gulio were excellent. They were the perfect hosts and helped us with info and car service arrangements. The location was absolutely perfect The apartment spacious. The elevator was very small and started on the 2nd floor - so we had to lug our bags up a flight first then of which the stairway was very narrow. While the apartment was a 2 bedroom two bath apartment, it was not private at all. You could hear someone sneeze from anywhere in the apartment.

• Marie (9/5): This is the best location in Rome. - Location is unbeatable! Walk to all the best sights in Rome, or easily access the tram and tour buses. Minutes from Via Very clean and quiet apartment. Josh is very kind and helpful. Second bedroom is very tight for adults and the one tiny window in that room looked into a dingy courtyard.

• Churchill (7/5): Mixed feelings - The apartment wasn't cleaned by the time we got there however it was 11.30 and we were allowed in. It was cleaned by the time we came back from lunch. The sofa beds are unbelievably uncomfortable. Some of the pictures on the website did not match the apartment. The apartment is listed as luxury. Personally, I would disagree however, it was perfectly adequate for our one night stay. The details should state it is extremely noisy in the morning and late at night because of the businesses downstairs. I can't fault Joshua who communicated well, recommended great restaurants for us to try and was on call if we needed him. He also arranged a late check out for us which was brilliant. The apartment is in a fantastic location for sight seeing. The apartment was also very spacious

• Daniel (7/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location. - Property is very well located, near great sights and restaurants. Property was also very quiet and cool. Be aware, if you have a car, you cannot drive to the property as it is in a ZTL (car free zone - with heavy fines). Therefore, park at Parking Via Giulia and walk 10mins. Photos definitely make the place look nicer than it is but it’s fine. Could do with a redecoration. Quite stairs to the apartment so not suitable to those with mobility issues. There was an elevator on the first floor to the second floor but it was the smallest elevator I’d ever seen. Was a bit of a faff with our big pram.
• Family (6/5): Great location - The location is central to sites and buses. The apartment came with an iron and hairdryer. The ac worked. Beds were all made when we arrived. At exactly 10am the check out time the house cleaner ran the bell to get us out. Yet when we arrived we had to wait outside with luggage for more than ten minutes for someone to open the door. Then they charged us money to leave the bags in the room for a few hours and they charged us for an extra child. The sofa beds in the living are too hard to sleep on so do not count on them as beds.

• Aimee (10/5): This apartment is the perfect location for a stay in Rome. It is large and decor is chic inside. - Location was fabulous. Size of the apartment was much grander than I expected. Needed more pillows on the bed.
• Cheerful (7/5): Mis-representation of apartment facilities. - The location is superb. Easy access to many tourist sites by walking or easy public transportation--either bus or tram. Well located to several great restaurants. Ceilings in the apartment are wood and give it a very rustic feeling. Air conditioning worked very well and made our stay comfortable over very hot days. Coming back to the apartment at the end of a long day in the heat and turning on the air conditioning to rest and recharge before dinner was appreciated. MISREPRESENTATION. The description on booking.com clearly states that there is a washing machine. THERE IS NOT A WASHING MACHINE in the apartment, nor offered in the building. Rome was the last stop of 4 and we counted on being able to do laundry. We specifically chose this apartment due to a washing machine being included. We then needed to go to a laundry facility and take precious time out of our vacation. I brought this up to the person who met us and she said that the description must be old. There used to be one over a year ago, but they took it out. I messaged on the booking.com site chat function about it as well with ZERO response. (washing machine now removed from booking.com--I still have screen shot from the previous description). There is still listed a dishwasher of which there is not one, and a bidet in the bathrooms of which there is not one. While the apartment is rustic and comfortable, I would not classify it as "Luxury". Majority of flooring is vinyl. Vinyl flooring is not luxury. The bathroom is in need of update. The tile in the shower wall is dirty/mildewy. A television is missing from the living area, but the wall mount bracket remains on the wall empty---not luxury. We also specifically chose the apartment due to there being an elevator, and while indeed there is an elevator, it does not go all the way to the ground level. You first must climb the first set of stairs to the first level and then take the elevator up. We were traveling with someone that has knee problems/mobility issues and having to first climb a set of stairs to get to the elevator was a challenge. Overall, we enjoyed the stay here, but were disappointed in how much the description mis-represented this property.

• Juliet (10/5): Exceptional - The location is incredible and the host just wonderful. We were allowed to check out late and then leave our luggage until later as our flight was an evening one. It meant we got to explore for another day without worrying about our massive suitcases. It is also a really big apartment. The restaurants down stairs can be quite noisy but it sort of adds to the whole experience of being in Rome.
• Shailena (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The host was really friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent! A great base to see all the sights of Rome within walking distance.
