• Anna (10/5): - The location was very central and easily walkable to all the sites, the apartment was comfortable and clean, the terrace was lovely and our host Francesca was the sweetest! She gave us a map with great recommendations for our stay and was super accommodating. She even let us check in early and leave our luggage after check out. Would absolutely recommend it to other guests.
• Denise (10/5): Absolutely amazing visit to beautiful Rome. - Firstly the host Francesca was amazing and so helpful. Francesca was in touch with me as soon as I booked the property and was very helpful. Francesca met us at the property to let us in. Also gave us a map of Rome and so much information about the area. Explained all about the buses and where to catch them. Which was just up the road. Travelled with my 81 year old dad who said he slept so well and the bed was very comfortable. Apartment very clean and everything you needed to cook a meal. There are lots of restaurants and supermarket in the area. The Colosseum is so close by. Looks beautiful in the evening. A fantastic apartment in a brilliant location with an amazing very helpful host Francesca.

• Kerry (10/5): Great, clean, place to stay with awesome hosts and close to everything - The location was awesome and so close to everything. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Everything you needed was there and the hosts were awesome and attentive. The bed could of been a little more comfortable. But it was clean and nice.

• Gisella (8/5): Good stay for two days in Rome - Great location close to the Colosseum, many shops, restaurants and other Rome highlights. Communication with Francesca was excellent. The terrace was lovely. It has everything one would need. It is not a large apartment and that might be challenging for some but it served our needs just fine.

• LIsha (9/5): Lovely apartment! Highly recommend! - The apartment was in a amazing location. It was close to everything. It was clean and comfortable and the terrace was a wonderful addition. Exactly what was shown in the photos. The hosts were amazing! It had everything we needed, however, the shower was on the smaller side.

• Caroline (10/5): Very much recomended. - It is near to a Subway Station and very near to the Coloseum. The host is very welcoming and even give us few suggestions places to eat and visit. There are two asian restaurants near to the property too. The amenities in the property is well equipped too. The mattress might be too soft for our liking. None the less its comfortable to sleep on.

Francesca was an excellent host providing great information on sights and places to eat all provided on a handy map. She happily accommodated an early check in and allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day until our train at lunch. She also checked via WhatsApp that everything was going ok and even booked a taxi for us at the end of the stay. None

She sat down with us on arrival and gave us a detailed explanation of the area (and a highly rated pasta restaurant and gelato place so close by!) She was very kind and helpful if we had any questions along the way. She even set up the sofa bed for us before arrival! The property was spacious, clean and tidy, with a lovely balcony. • Ricardo (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect! Close to the most important places to visit in Rome. The apartment was clean, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the terrace is huge. Francesca was super kind and flexible to let us check-in earlier and provided us with all the information to visit around. It’s a bit difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower.
• Luciane (9/5): Great! I would recommend to anyone who wants a nice sport in Rome. - Amazing location, really close to most important spots. The host is super nice and friendly, she provided very good tips to restaurants nearby, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment is super cozy and perfect for 3 adults (maybe even 4) or a couple and 2 kids. The balcony is definitely a very good extra. Really good value for money, I highly recommend this place. My boyfriend is a tall guy, and maybe the shower was a bit too small for him. But he managed anyways.
• Wally070 (9/5): A Gem in the heart of Rome. - A 30 meter stroll, turn left a further 50 meters, look right and you are 200 meters from the Colosseum, what more could you want. The Apartment is up 18 steps on the first floor and was immaculately clean. A lounge, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and your own private terrace. Remarkably quiet and was well equipped. The host Francesca was amazing, and always available to help and gave a comprehensive handover of all the sights, supermarkets, dining option etc. I found the bed harder than what I wanted and the shower cubicle a little small for a 95kg person from Australia. Apart from that absolutely no complaints. A little hard to find as a foreigner so I suggest a taxi.
• Marzec5 (10/5): If we come back to Rome, we will definitely choose this place again, so again: we 100% recommend it! - Our stay at Francesca’s place was so wonderful and we recommend it to all the people who want a pleasant stay at Rome. The localisation is great, it was 5-10min to the most famous places and monuments in Rome, but also few steps to small cafes and restaurants (one minute to al42 pasta - the best pasta ever). We arrived at Rome in the morning and there was no problem to check in earlier. Francesca showed us the whole apartment and then showed us a map where she marked all famous places, buildings, how we can go there, what is worthy of seeing etc. She did that all for us and that was so unexpected, we appreciate it so much, she’s such a lovely person! Through our stay she connected with us if everything is alright and also called a taxi for us which took as to the airport. Apartment itself had everything what we needed, it was a pleasure to spend there some time, rest and also chill at the huge terrace.

Francesca was incredibly welcoming and gave us loads of tips, checking in throughout the stay. The terrace was a great addition for breakfast and evening cards & snacks! The property was a little tired and the bathroom especially the shower was a squeeze for my husband!

• Maksim (10/5): Great! - Perfectly located apartment, street is very quiet, but you have a lot of amazing places to eat just a few minutes away + Colosseum is like 5 minutes walk. Rooms are spacious, and air conditioning works well. Host is very welcoming and can share a lot of knowledge about the city. Apartment has its own terrace.

• Arlen (8/5): I would recommend this apartment. - The apartment was very centric, walking distance to the Colosseum. The shower in the bathroom was very small and we had big luggages and had to carry them up one flight of stairs.

• Amanda (9/5): Great location, comfortable and well equipped - Location of the apartment is great. Generally a quiet road, but not far from restaurants, bars, metro station and the Colosseum and Forum. Well equipped apartment with comfortable furniture and nice terrace area. Bed was really comfortable and good to have air conditioning in 2 of the rooms. Francesca was super helpful and very welcoming and accommodating. She helped us sort out a taxi to the airport and also provided lots of helpful information. Worktop space in kitchen is limited so preparing food is a bit tricky. It is possible to use either the outside table or the dining table, but we didn’t cook or prepare that much. Personal preference would have been to have had tea towels to dry up rather than kitchen roll. Had to close shutters in bedroom as there is a street light outside the window. This helped to block out the light and meant a better night’s sleep.

• Wilson (10/5): We would really recommend this as a first choice for any couple wanting to have an authentic Roman - Our host Francesca was a delight to deal with before, during, & after our stay. She organised a private taxi to meet us at the airport & take us to the apartment. The location is ideal for visiting the historic sites & many restaurants in a short walk. We stayed for a week & were reluctant to leave. The apartment is very well supplied & perfect for a couple wanting an authentic Roman experience. The terrace is great for alfresco meals in warm weather. Security is excellent, and just one short flight of stairs gave easy access. We really loved Francesca’s caring attention to detail. TV was only in Italian, so something like a Netflix channel where you can select languages would be great for those nights when you stay in.

The location of the apartment was excellent and everything was in a short distance of less than 200m. Despite it being close to restaurants and the Colosseum it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Only con was the early checkout at 10am. An 11am checkout would be better.

Francesca was - the flat is situated in a charming neighborhood, only some minutes away from the Colloseum. Francesca war extremely helpful and helped us to get back our luggage that was lost at the airport.

• Aida (8/5): Very good - Great location, and the host was very nice. She explained us all about the neighboring spots we could visit. We were unlucky that the heating system broke while we were there so it was naturally a bit of a discomfort. But it was fixed quite fast so we cannot complain too much. But it is simply something that stays in the memory as more of a negative. The TV did not have any English channels. The bathroom needs some changes - I saw some mold on the walls (probably the heating should be on more often so that it doesn't become so damp) and it didn't feel very cozy.

• Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome with my family. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the Roma Termini train station, and it was very close to the center of Rome. We were about a 5-10 minute walk to the Forum. You can see the Colliseum just by walking out to the closest major street, about 5 minutes away. The apartment is small but clean, and it has a great outdoor patio. Francesca is a wonderful and responsive host. She went above and beyond by texting me (using WhatsApp) directions to the apartment, and she provided us a map with handwritten highlights and recommendations of all the major destinations nearby including sightseeing, pasta, gelato, etc. Plus, she ordered us a taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend. The shower is functional but pretty small.
• Somasundaram (9/5): Centrally located with ever-helpful hosts - The host (Patrizia) went out of her way in sitting down with me and listing down all the great places to visit in Rome and how to get there. Plus, she also recommended great places to eat. Plus, all these were marked on a map with details written down by the side, along with info on the Metro lines - I felt so welcomed and appreciated the time and effort put in by both Patrizia and Francesca. The location of the apartment is great as it allows you to walk to nearly all the main tourist sites - for the Vatican City, you may want to take the Metro though.

• Jennifer (9/5): Two nights in Rome - This 1st floor apartment has one set of stairs to get to the apartment. You can walk to the Colosseum in under 10 minutes; it was beautiful lighted up at night. Monti neighborhood, 2 minutes from the Piazza della Madonna dei Monti. Quiet street and building. FABULOUS, large patio!! My husband and I slept on the sofa bed in the entry room, and it was surprisingly comfortable. Master bedroom was large with a large bed. Kitchen was stocked enough to make a simple meal. Great gelato around the corner up Via Serpiente between the Monti piazza and Via Panisperna. No microwave.

• Annie (10/5): Impressive and comfortable stay near the colosseum. - Francesca’s apartment is very roomy with all a beautiful private terrace. It’s on a quiet street close to the colosseum. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with a secure outer and inner door. You have 1 flight of stairs to navigate and the entrance is well lit inside and outside.
• Deborah (10/5): A great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood - The property is in a great location for both sightseeing, the local eateries and bars, we loved the neighbourhood. The apartment is really quiet and has a great terrace where we had our morning coffee, we honestly couldn’t fault our stay and we will most definitely be back when we next visit Rome. Francesca was amazing and gave lots of handy tips for places to see and local restaurants.

Fr - the apartment was location was perfect. was in the center of town and was able to walk to almost every major attraction and on all the main bus and train routes. easy walk to some of the cafes and restaurants. absolutely perfect nothing bad to say about it
