• Camila (8/5): It was good. - The building was nice, the apt was comfortable and the area was good surrounded by stores and restaurants. They change the towels every other day. There was some issues when we arrived when management said there would be no AC before June and there was a fan at the apt. They fixed the issue and brought an AC unit which fixed the issue but that was not a pleasant interaction.

• Adam (10/5): Everything we needed and very comfortable - Lovely man fern and clean apartment on a quiet residential street amongst the bustle of Rome. A lovely restaurant below which was great to begin and end our sightseeing days. The WiFi stopped working after two days so no tv and used my mobile data but since l was never really there l chose not to raise the issue to our helpful host, Antoine to resolve. Therefore l would still rate a ten out of ten score .
• Riccardo (9/5): Would be more than happy to stay here again. - Overall, the location and accommodation suited us. Apartment was clean, comfortable and modern. Host was in contact prior to arrival and met us to handover keys and walk us through the apartment. The only issue was the air conditioner wasn't functioning properly and got a bit noisy.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet - die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb 10 - 30 Minuten erreichbar - sehr zentrale Lage - Frühstücken kann man ausgezeichnet in einem Cafe direkt unter der Wohnung .
• Ann (9/5): Fantastic location and great host! - The apartment was perfect for us, a fantastic location, very close to the busy Corso and central to all the major sights and attractions. Antoine was a very helpful host, quick to respond and went out of his way to help us with airport transfer. Everything with the apartment was fine. The only downside was noise from the back of hotel opposite us and street noise, but it is the centre of Rome!

• Arthur (6/5): - Shelving or night stand at each side of the bed. Nobody wants to put their clock, book, etc on the floor. #2. Bigger kitchen knife for cutting. Your knife is only good for slicing a tomato. #3. Towel hooks in bathroom. #4 shelf in shower for stuff. Having to bend down to get your shampoo is not good. #5 End tables by couch for drinks,coffee, etc. Nobody wants to put their cups on the floor. #6. More closet hangars. If you are staying for five days, six hangars for two people is not enough, try 15. #7. Ice cube tray for freezer. Even it it is left empty, a person could make ice for themselves. #8. The ad did not mention you have to supply your own drinking water. Yes, you left some, but not enough for two people for five days.

• Liza (10/5): Absolutely loved every minute of our holiday, all needs were met. - The apartment met all our needs and more, everything was there to make your stay comfortable and well equipped.. the little touches of bottle water, coffee and tea, washing machine and maiden was very useful as I could wash n go as I pleased…Location was superb as we was local to everything. Definitely recommend this apartment… service was impeccable… I will be back! Personal reference….. I would like a spare set of bedding as I like weight and warmth on the bed… saying that I was able to buy a hot water bottle from the chemist which was a solution to my problem. My bedroom was next to the restaurant, which is next door. Was little noisy at times.. though they do close by 12… on saying this ear plugs solved the problem and I slept well as the beds are big and comfy.

Como aspecto a mejorar, el check-out a las 11h sin posibilidad de ampliación ni de dejar las maletas resultó una gran incomodidad, especialmente viajando con una bebé de 8 meses. La única opción que nos ofrecieron fue un servicio externo de consigna a 15 minutos, lo cual no me parece una solución adecuada, ya que finalmente tuvimos que esperar hasta nuestro vuelo en la calle con todas las maletas y el cochecito.

Dès le soir de notre arrivée, nous avons ressenti des mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain (odeurs d’égouts) et le problème n’a pas été solutionné durant tout notre séjour. Ensuite, il est dit que l’appartement est insonorisé… ce n’est pas du tout le cas ! On entend les voisins comme si on vivait ensemble et je ne parle pas de l’extérieur qui est extrêmement bruyant (le restaurant juste sous l’appartement n’a aucun respect pour le voisinage). Donc si vous souhaitez dormir la nuit, trouvez un autre appartement !

The apartment was clean, modern and well outfitted. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and towels, the kitchen well equipped. The noise from the Bulgari Hotel opposite- it was unfortunate that our view overlooked their triage and garbage area.

The dishwashing liquid, body wash and shampoo were all the same product. Thought that was a little cheeky.
• Baohua (8/5): Very good - I stayed at this property during my recent trip to Rome and was overall quite satisfied. The location is truly excellent — just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to most of the city’s major attractions. The area is lively with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, yet it remains surprisingly quiet in the evenings, which made for restful nights. The room was clean and the check-in process smooth. However, for the price point, I expected slightly better quality in the amenities provided. The toiletries (like shampoo) and other consumables such as one-time slippers felt a bit cheap and not quite in line with the otherwise nice standard of the property. Still, if location is your top priority, this place is hard to beat. I’d consider staying here again — especially if a few improvements are made to the in-room amenities.
• Bisht (10/5): Comfortable and well kept accommodation - One of the best locations to stay in Rome and well kept and spacious accommodation. The host was nice and welcomed us with wine. Clean rooms and all facilities provided in the room. Location close to supermarkets and public transport and was located in one of the most vibrant neighbourhood of Rome. Everything in walking distance from the accommodation. Noise from the adjacent area due to proximity to road and stores at night.
