Gentilissimi per accoglienza e per il servizio bagagli, disponibili a risolvere ogni imprevisto. Andrebbe sostituito il frigo, emana troppa luce la notte. Poiché l'asta nell'armadio è troppo alta per appenderli, basterebbe dotarlo di un bastone appendiabiti. Attenzione alla luce sopra la porta del bagno che è un po' in bilico. Peccato non ci fosse un buono per la colazione in convenzione con un bar in zona, visto il prezzo della tassa di soggiorno...

- Laura (5/5): Locatie top, kamer minder maar weinig geweest. - De locatie was top, 2 minuten lopen vanaf het station waar je de trein of metro kan pakken om heel Rome door te reizen. Het bed lag lekker, al is dit persoonlijk. Overal in de kamer was schimmel aanwezig, niet goed voor de gezondheid. Airco deed het matig, koelkast maakte enorm veel herrie en moest hierdoor in de nacht uit. Gordijn heel dun en doordat het raam op een binnenplaats uitkeek kwam er veel licht van buiten naar binnen. Douche was een heel dun straaltje, water afwisselend warm/heet/koud. Wasmeubel erg klein en de kraan zit te ver van de wasbak af wat het spoelen van je mond na het tandenpoetsen bijna onmogelijk maakt.

- Mario (5/5): Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft passabel, aber man darf sich nicht viel erwarten. - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Bahnhof und ist somit ideal erreichbar. Das Team war sehr freundlich und hat auf meine Anfrage bezüglich eines früheren Check-ins umgehend reagiert – dieser wurde problemlos ermöglicht. Das Zimmer war immer sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Für einen Aufpreis von € 5,- kann man seinen Koffer nach dem Check-out in der Unterkunft lagern. Als ich meinen Koffer abholen wollte, wurde dieser aus der Unterkunft entfernt und mir an der Straße übergeben (die Besitzer dürften an der Straße einen Verkaufsstand haben). Das hat mir nicht gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht und eher karg ausgestattet. Die Matratze war deutlich durchgelegen und dadurch wenig komfortabel. Zudem funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht. Der Sessel am kleinen Tisch wies zahlreiche Flecken auf. Der Toilettensitz war vergilbt und lediglich an einer Halterung befestigt, da die zweite defekt war. Für mein Empfinden war es im Zimmer außerdem etwas zu kühl. Ein kleiner Teppich wäre angenehm gewesen, da die Fliesen stets kalt waren. Insgesamt wirkte das Mobiliar älter und teilweise bereits etwas abgenutzt.

- Michele (8/5): - Vicino a alla stazione. Piccolo frigorifero e bollitore in camera. Il bagno, che è ad uso esclusivo della camera come indicato nell'annuncio, si trova però esterno: per accedervi bisogna uscire sul balconcino su cui affaccia la camera. Questo non era indicato nell'annuncio.

- Giovanni (5/5): Det enda som var bra var att jag fick ha rummet lite längre än checkout tiden och att läget var - Tunn vägg till receptionen, telefonsamtal hördes in i rummet. Sängen lite för enkel (madrass av skumgummi?) sängen för kort, 190 cm? Inga glödlampor i sänglamporna, svårt att läsa. Taklampan hade plats för 3 glödlampor, bara 2 fungerade.

Ogólnie raczej pokój do remontu meble do wymiany, a łazienka do poprawy.

- Reza (3/5): - The location itself was accessible and convenient due to the distance to the train station. The air conditioning system was faulty and it was too hot to sleep, the hotel personnel didn't make an effort to help us solve the air conditioning issue, we had important property but the hotel safe was broken and also the kettle was broken. The shower head was faulty, and water pressure was weak . Lastly, the bathroom/shower door lock was also broken, and it caused a lack of privacy. The fridge light was also on overnight, which we had to cover it with a cloth to sleep. The staff took an image of our passport using their mobile phone, which was not a proper way of checking. There is no guarantee to get them deleted by the staff after checkout.
