Colazione esclusa, ma ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare bottigliette di acqua e cialde per il caffè. Sono piccole attenzioni che si apprezzano tantissimo. Il quarto piano da raggiungere senza ascensore può essere un problema per qualcuno. L'appartamento non è in un palazzo signorile. Abbiamo avvertito un po' di odore nell'appartamento dovuto forse al fatto che si tratta di casa vecchia.
• Jacob (8/5): Zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar - Wij zijn inmiddels meerdere keren in Rome geweest, maar dit was zonder twijfel het schoonste appartement dat wij tot nu toe hebben gehad. Ook de locatie vonden wij erg prettig. Het contact met de verhuurder/contactpersoon verliep soepel en vriendelijk. Daarnaast was het fijn dat er een Nespresso-apparaat aanwezig was, zodat we ook in het appartement konden genieten van een lekker kopje koffie. Het appartement beschikt bovendien over een balkon. Dit is niet heel groot, maar groot genoeg om er met vier personen gezellig te zitten. Wat wij ook erg prettig vonden, was dat het appartement echt goed was voorzien van de basisbenodigdheden. Zo was er bijvoorbeeld voldoende toiletpapier aanwezig. Onze ervaring is vaak dat je bij een verblijf van een week slechts een klein rolletje krijgt en daarna zelf alles moet regelen. Hier was overal aan gedacht en dat gaf meteen een comfortabel en welkom gevoel. Ook was de koelkast bij aankomst gevuld met verschillende frisdranken en wat kleine snacks. Dat soort extra attenties maken het verblijf net wat aangenamer en zorgden ervoor dat we ons direct welkom voelden. Wat ons iets minder goed beviel aan de accommodatie, waren de bedden. Wij verbleven er met vier personen en met name het bed in de grote slaapkamer vonden wij aan de zachte kant. Dat blijft natuurlijk persoonlijk, maar voor ons had dit iets steviger gemogen. In de woon-/keukenruimte staat daarnaast een slaapbank. Deze is prima voor een kort verblijf, maar qua comfort vonden wij deze wat minder. Het is te doen, maar daar is eigenlijk alles mee gezegd. Boven bevindt zich nog een extra slaapkamer met een eigen badkamer en toilet, wat juist weer erg prettig is. Wel is het bed daar aan de kleine kant. Voor langere personen, vanaf ongeveer 1,80 meter, steken de voeten al snel over de rand heen. Tot slot nog een kleine opmerking: het appartement ligt helemaal bovenin het gebouw en is eigenlijk een verbouwde zolder. Je moet dus meerdere trappen oplopen om er te komen. In het algemeen zijn de ruimtes goed te gebruiken, maar in de grote slaapkamer met het tweepersoonsbed moet je wel even goed oppassen. Daar zitten namelijk de balken en die hangen op een hoogte waarbij je je hoofd kunt stoten als je niet oplet. In de andere ruimtes is dit niet of nauwelijks een probleem.

• Neha (9/5): Great affordable accommodation for a family or small group - Perfect location. Great restaurants and piazza del popolo is very closed. Having multiple showers was very nice. Low ceilings. Shower curtains leaked a bit till you get used to it. Bathroom doors don’t close fully.

Easy to communicate with owner. Enjoyed the sunshine on the balcony in the mornings. Other reviews have mentioned the low ceilings and beams, this was not a problem for us as we are short ! Internal stairs to the smaller bed and shower room are steep, but again not a problem if you have good mobility and are smallish.

A hűtőbe bekészített vizek pedig nem csak hatalmas figyelmességre vall, de egy hosszú út után egyenes életmentő. Ha ismét mennék Rómába, biztosan itt szeretnék megszállni. Habár végül nem főztünk a szálláson, de sót és olajat nem találtunk.

• Marco (9/5): - Hosts have been amazing! It is rare to find such a service in Rome. From key collection, to check out, they have been really flexible and clear with us. Location is perfect. Only limitation is that it is on a 4th floor without elevator, which was a bit challenging for us, as we had heavy luggages.

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση και επικοινωνία με το προσωπικό. Όμορφα ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα με υλικά ποιότητας. Δεν έχει ασανσέρ και είναι στο 4ο όροφο. Αν είσαι ψηλός θέλει λίγο προσοχή να μην χτυπήσεις το ταβάνι σε μερικά σημεία.

• MARIA (10/5): Very good central location - The building is old as most of the buildings in central Rome but the flat was very well renovated and very modern; everything was as described. We were a group of 4 friends and our stay was very good. Robert was very pleasant and friendly and we communicate very well since our flight was a bit delayed and he had no issue to accommodate us. The flat was very clean, kitchen with all supplies and water and snacks very thoughtful. For sure I will stay again here.

Muy limpio ,da gusto llegar y notar ese olor a limpio Apartamento perfecto perfectamente equipado,aunque no hay 3 baños,son sólo 2 y una ducha dentro de la habitación principal ;porque el lavabo de la habitación principal es tamaño infantil El personal nos facilitó mucho la entrada(gracias especialmente a Rober),para tener todo disponible a nuestra llegada y no tener que esperar Que fuera un 4 piso SIN ASCENSOR,esa condición se debe informar ya que es muy importante por posibles problemas de movilidad. Las 2 habitaciones son abuhardilladas,con vigas bajas que son un núcleo de golpes con facilidad. Deberían facilitar ,dado el precio nada barato,un sistema para poder dejar equipaje considerando además que obligan a un check Out muy pronto (10 am)

• Talitha (10/5): The perfect apartment in a central location! - It was my sister and my first trip to Rome and The Flat, Piazza Del Popolo our second welcome the first was an amazing taxi driver. We were met at the door by Robert who was super friendly and welcoming even though we were an hour late due to our flight being delayed. The apartment is absolutely amazing, more then I expected. From the incredible location, we loved the area, to the comfortable beds, great showers, and loved the outdoor patio for a late night glass of wine. It was perfect, I had searched high and low for an ideal place for our first visit, and we found it. It's not only comfortable and really quiet, its a perfect location. Wether off to the sights on foot, all easily walkable, or jumping on a local bus just a few feet away it was so convenient. But added bonuses are the wonderful local restaurants just outside the door, with great food en-suite. It's super central, yet so peaceful for a perfects night sleep. I was with my sister so we made use of the single room, for me, which was really comfortable, clean, cosy, and just perfect. We would book again when back in Rome. Nothing..it was perfect for us

• O'Brien (9/5): The location is incredible, the apartment is adorable, and the accessibility to the whole city was fantastic! My husband - The location is incredible and the apartment is wonderful! It’s within walking distance of everything you could need and has wonderful restaurants and sights at every corner. Staying in the flat was beautiful — it’s clean, well maintained, and lovely. We could not more highly recommend a stay here! I think this is probably typical of Rome, so we weren’t too concerned, but the air conditioning was much less cooling than expected. It was a little tough to keep water inside the shower while using, but we managed with the towels provided. Again, I believe this is common in the city — so very understandable.

• Mami (9/5): Very nice and I would recommend it to my friends - The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed. 3 beds were prepared nicely and we had a good sleep. The terrace was very nice and cosy! We had breakfast there, feeling like we were locals, not tourists! The owner and the staff often contacted us by message and they are very helpful. The apartment is located on the high floor and there is no elevator. So I guess it is not for elderly people. The person who showed the room kindly helped us carry a luggage, so it was no problem for us.

• Spencer (8/5): Location, location, location! - The location is excellent. Right in the centre of the city, within walking distance to many attractions but also close to metro/bus stops. Despite being so central is was generally quiet. With such a small space they have done well to fit in two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Imaginative use of space. Very responsive and helpful staff. They left some food and drink for us. A bit cramped. Only A/C in the living room, which was nice and cold, but the two bedrooms a bit warm. Low ceiling in main bedroom. My wife and I both hit our heads on the beams!
• Rachel (9/5): Superb - The apartment was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and it was so well designed with clever storage (lots of coat hangers which is a bonus), sinks, showers and TVs cleverly fitting into the small space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The owner had provided some soft drinks, sweets, snacks, sugar & coffee pods which was lovely. Very good air conditioning which was needed even in May! Really cute terrace off the kitchen that I missed from the listing pictures so enjoyed breakfast each day out there. It’s so well located with all the major tourist spots a leisurely 15-30 mins walk away. Robert who met us with the keys was very helpful and Germana provided us with some great restaurant recommendations that we booked before we travelled. Couldn’t recommend the place highly enough. Thank you The following is a little list from one UK holiday apartment rental owner to another so isn’t “what didn’t you like”, more some suggestions… We knew it was in the eaves from the pictures before we booked but my tall daughter and husband did bump their heads quite a few times as they got out of bed so just something to be mindful of. Perhaps if the beams were painted a different contrasting colour to the ceiling then the brain might see them before the head hits them :-) A small recommendation would be to provide a full length mirror by the door as you leave. We didn’t have bins in our bedrooms or kitchen so I’m guessing they exist but were just emptied and forgotten to be put back into the apartment. A plug in sensor night light on the top stairs would be handy for bathroom visits so as not to trip on the different levels. We had to leave the bathroom light on all night for my daughter which is a waste of money for the owner. Again, another in the kitchen as you pass across to the main bathroom would be appreciated. There was no washing up liquid amongst all the cleaning supplies under the sink so must have run out and not been replaced. The TV remote control in the upstairs bedroom needs its batteries replacing. An extra light above the shower in the master bedroom would make that small space just a little brighter for guests at night time. None of the above detracted from our stay, the place is perfect!

It was very clean and the facilities were wonderful, you have everything you need including coffee pods and a nice selection of drinks in the fridge. Location is good and a metro station is nearby. Check in and check out went smoothly without any issues. Would come back here. Not a problem for us, but might be for those who have an issue with climbing stairs as it is at the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

• Margaret (8/5): An unforgettable stay, thanks to the lovely accommodation and the exceptional host. - The location was fantastic, and the flat was absolutely charming; compact but incredibly comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having supplies ready for us, and when we ran out, the host was amazingly quick and helpful in responding. When I booked, I understood there would be three bathrooms, which there were; and they were all so sweet. The only issue was that the en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom was open-plan and didn’t include a toilet. This was a bit inconvenient, as it meant that the three people staying downstairs had to share access to just one toilet. But this was just one minor inconvenience in this lovely flat.

• Olivier (9/5): Great stay in a centrally located & well equipped appartment! - The appartment is located around the corner of the Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghesi, and we could walk to all hotspots. But even with such a central location, it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very proactive providing all information for the access and other information about the appartment. The place was super clean. Coffee cups and some drinks & snacks were provided (thank you!), we couldn't think of anything that was missing. The airco units are véry silent in operation. The pictures and description on the site are 100% correct, what you see is what you get in a very nice way! Next time we will for sure check this appartment again. There is no working elevator in the building and the appartment is on the 4th floor, so avoid heavy suitcases. This was not a surprise by the way, it's clearly mentioned on the site.

• Botha (10/5): Rome family stay - Very cozy little flat. Our host, Germana, spoiled us with lovely treats and her communication throughout our stay was excellent. We had a late flight out of Rome and Germana offered that we leave our luggage at a nearby hotel until we had to depart - this helped so much!
• Philippe (9/5): Superbly located top floor Roman city flat - Modern little haven with a little city terrace to reminisce and start and close activity-packed days in the city - everything in walking distance, and many excellent restaurants nearby. Excellent location, modern nice looking facilities, feeling of staying among the Romans, and not as a tourist in a hotel. The reception desk in the nearby hotel was super-friendly and helpful. It’s cleverly using sparse city space, but can feel a little dark inside when you are there for a longer time. Don’t take it if you have trouble climbing stairs (although the hallway is broad and accesssible - it is not a narrow creeping stairway - it is on the top floor). You can cook there in theory, but it is a very basic kitchen (and given the many eat-out options around, we didn’t).

• Kathy (8/5): Great location in Rome - We picked up the keys from a nearby hotel and the hotel clerk walked us a few doors down to show us where the building was located. We also dropped off the keys at the hotel and they arranged a taxi to the train station. That's a nice feature, to have a relationship with a nearby hotel although the host was very easy to communicate with. The unit is in the 4th floor (no elevator) so it's a long walk up with bags but once you're there then it's easy to come and go. It's a small apartment, very clean and very quiet. The host left water and some cookies which was very nice. The location was excellent, right off of Popolo Square and close to bars/cafes. There are two bedrooms but the second bedroom is up very narrow stairs and is a small single bed so really best for a child. There are 3 bathrooms but really the best one is the main one which is on the main level. The ceiling heights are low so if you are 6' or taller you will have to be very careful. The kitchen/seating area is also very small. There is a small outside seating area but it looks at the interior of other buildings so not too scenic. I think this unit would be ideal for someone traveling alone, and I would book it again if I were alone. The apartment met our needs so it was fine.

Even facets are fun to use and very nice to touch, and kitchen is very usable. Very fun place to stay and sleep. Detailed in every aspect. Much nicer than many other apartments in the same price range in Rome! Small balcony adds a great touch. Lots of good A/C units. If you are tall, beware that angled roof is real, you have to keep this in mind. Stairs only, and they are quite narrow. We didn't mind a bit of work out.

• Jp (10/5): Nice location, super clean and completely remodeled! - Location is nice and it is very quiet. The apartment has AC in each room and worked great. The beds were all comfortable along with nice pillows. The apartment was very modern and super clean. Host had coffee and snacks for us which was very thoughtful. She was also very helpful and responded quickly when we had any questions. There are 4 flights of steps so if your not in shape do not stay here. Also the master bedroom has a sloped ceilings so if you have a bad back be prepared to bend some. The apartment worked great for us and was comfortable for us but we do not have any issues walking or bending some. So if your in shape its a great place to stay.

• Nikolatosic (3/5): Poor - Internet was 0.5 Mbps making it impossible to work, make calls, watch streaming. Additionally cell phone reception was very bad and we couldn't even use data. We had to walk all the way down to call our kids and make work calls. Internet is the basic infrastructure, like water or electricity. The real problem was the attitude of the owner. We informed her quickly of the problem and she shrugged it off saying it is because of the bad weather. This was utterly ridiculous. A day passed and we again said we are limited, and she again took no action saying she never had a complaint before. At that point we contacted customer support. Eventually Internet was improved just before we left and we got a refund. The price was a luxury price - higher than most hotels and flats. The quality and attitude were very far from luxury. Even with a discount this was higher what we paid this season in Firenze, Matera, Palermo, for much better located, bigger, better equipped, and more attentive rentals. For example, in Firenze in peak season we had a place in top location for almost half of this price. In Matera and Palermo we had much bigger flats again at much lower prices. In Matera especially we had an amazing location with breakfast included for half. We had to accept this price because of the emergency trip and there were not many options on Booking. But the lack of internet and poor attitude made us really regret this choice. I suggest that you avoid this location. They are not attentive to problems and are argumentative.
• Carmen (10/5): fantastic property, great location! - amazing property, clean quiet, but close to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and all the high end shops! property was spacious, clean and comfortable! lots of stairs….but this is not a negative as I didn’t mid, but be aware that there are about 5 flights!
• John (9/5): Almost perfect apartment in perfect location in Rome. - This was a wonderful apartment in a perfect location in Rome. The clever and attractive design of this apartment made a very bright and comfortable living space on the top floor of a large building housing shops, offices restaurants and other apartments. It is close to everything, but it is on a delightfully quiet side street. I would give it a perfect rating except for two small detractions. The walk upstairs was essential because there is no elevator. When I was young, 45 years ago, that would have been no problem, but my knees began complaining on the 3rd floor. The 2nd small problem was the sloping ceiling in the bedroom. One must be careful getting up at night to avoid bumping your head on the beautiful, but low, old beams holding up the roof. no elevator. low hanging beams above bead
