• Jose Miguel (10/5): - El apartamento es perfecto, todo limpio, todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia estupenda. La ubicación en pleno Trasteve que es ideal para visitar todo. Muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor pero sin ruido. No puedo decir nada

• Frans (9/5): Perfecte locatie net buiten de drukte maar alles zeer dichtbij - We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Giulia apartment. Er was heel veel goed en wat mij betreft een paar kleine verbeterpunten. De communicatie vooraf was prima. Wat ik wel verwarrend vond was dat het bij Booking.com niet heel duidelijk was dat je de City Tax contact moet betalen en achterlaten in apartment. Er is alleen communicatie geweest via de Booking app en Whatsapp en er werd steeds snel gereageerd en meegedacht op de vragen die ik stelde. De foto’s van het appartement zagen er heel mooi uit. Te mooi as je het mij vraagt, sommige advertenties op Booking durfde ik niet eens te boeken want ik was er vrij zeker van dat de foto’s met ai gemaakt waren. Bij Giulia zijn de foto’s waarschijnlijk professioneel nabewerkt maar ze kloppen wel. Ik zal een paar foto’s erbij doen van hoe het er met mijn toestel uitziet:) Het was een net appartement. Ik heb niets van andere bewoners boven of onder gehoord. De bedden waren allemaal heel goed en stevig en we hebben er allemaal heel goed op kunnen slapen. Dan kan de rest niet meer stuk :). Wat ik heel, heel fijn vond, was dat er allerlei kleine zaken goed geregeld waren: er was er voorraad wc papier, er waren koffiepad en een fles olijfolie. Ook voor de afwas was gezorgd met een sponsje en afwasmiddel. Vaak moet je dit soort kleine dingen nog allemaal apart regelen maar dat was hier niet het geval. Dit werd erg door ons gewaardeerd! De ligging is ook perfect. Dit was onze eerste Rome reis en sommige toerist traps waren me veel te druk. De wijk Trastevere was ook wel druk maar nog wel aangenaam. Het fijne van dit appartement was dat het net 100 meter lag van waar de drukte begon. Ideaal dus. Ze zijn momenteel de achtergevel aan het verbeteren en er stonden wat steigers maar dat is alleen maar ter verbetering, daar hebben we geen overlast van gehad. Waren er dan geen kritiekpunten? Alleen kleine ongemakken: Badkamer: De douche zou wel een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Niet alleen zijn sommige dingen niet afgewerkt zoals de gaten voor de afvoer van de airco’s, de slang van de douche bleef niet vastzitten waardoor je die zelf moest vasthouden. Mijn lief had dat niet in de gaten en vanuit de slaapkamer hoorde ik de eerste keer een harde gil en iets later zat de hele badkamer onder water omdat de slang was losgesprongen en had rondgespoten. De wc liep ook 24 uur per dag met een heel klein straaltje door. Zonde van het water en je hoort dan ook continu zachtjes het geluid van stromend water (maar met deur dicht uiteraard niet te horen in slaapkamer) Ik zou ook de afvalbak in het toilet afsluitbaar maken, net wat hygiënischer Er zou ook een slot op de wc mogen voor wat meer privacy. Afval: Beneden wordt het afval gescheiden in bakken maar in het appartement staat maar 1 vuilnisbak, dan beter ook kleine bakjes boven (papier, plastic, etenswaar, rest) Slaapkamer Ook was er niet een bedlampje dat je vanuit je bed kon bedienen in de kleine slaapkamer, geen groot ongemak. Geluid van buiten Vanuit de achterkant heb je zicht op het buitenterras van een restaurant. Omdat alles achter enkel glas is, hoorde ik dat best goed in bed, maar met dopjes in had ik verder nergens last van. Alles bij elkaar wegen alle voordelen ruimschoots op tegen die paar aandachtspunten.

• Daniel (8/5): OK - The location is of the apartment is perfect. Very quiet at night and easy to find nearby restaurants. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and the communication with the owners was excellent. The lift is very small and tight, in fact the stroller did not fit. Another thing is that the floor of the apartment was very dirty that our socks were black at the end of everyday. However all the apartment's facilities were comfortable and in good working order.

Problème de fuite à la chaudière et difficultés de régler la température en l'absence de mode d'emploi. Equipement de cuisine insuffisant ( absence de grille pain, micro onde inefficace.), dans une des chambres absence de lampes de chevet.
• Mila (9/5): Great stay - We were sent a great video to show us how to get into the apartment which was very helpful! It is in such a great location, just minutes from the heart of Trastevere and so gorgeous. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed. There is also a lift for your luggage which is a life saver. It was a little bit noisy from rubbish trucks because you are on the road but that’s just what you get in a busy city! The bathroom is quite narrow but we knew that going into it, just something to keep in mind.

• Evgeniia (4/5): Noisy nights and unexpected ZTL problem - The apartment has a great location — it’s easy to walk to all the main attractions of Rome, including the Colosseum and the Vatican. The flat itself is quite spacious, and our family of four fit comfortably. However, it definitely needs some renovation, especially the bathroom. The toilet was leaking, and the floor was constantly wet. Another issue is the noise — there’s a restaurant in the courtyard, and every evening there were loud parties until around midnight. After that, the staff cleaned up until 1 a.m., and because the window is very old, all the noise came straight into the room as if it was happening inside. We go to bed early, so we didn’t get a proper night’s sleep during our entire stay. The biggest problem, though, was that we were not informed that the apartment is located inside the ZTL (limited traffic) zone. We wrote to the hosts several times before arrival, clearly mentioning that we would be coming by car, and they never warned us about it. As foreign tourists, we had no idea about these restricted areas and that entering them could lead to a heavy fine. Only after returning home did we find out what it was and realized we had driven through one of those zones. We feel this was very unfair — the hosts should have informed us. So please be careful if you’re planning to come by car — make sure you check the ZTL zones beforehand. We’re now anxiously waiting to see what fine we’ll receive.

Alles is aanwezig en het appartement is ruim en ligt op een perfecte locatie om Rome te verkennen en ‘s avonds te slenteren en te eten in trastevere. Badkamer is echt aan vervanging toe, maar het functioneert en het was schoon.

• Arkowsky (10/5): Klimatyczna i przyjemna dla rodzin baza wypadowa na Zatybrzu. - Duże mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji, niby jest to tętniące życiem Zatybrze, jednak w okolicy jest bardzo spokojnie i cicho, natomiast wystarczy przejść kilka metrów i ulice tętnią nocnym życiem. Wszędzie jest blisko wystarczy tylko przekroczyć most. Mieszkanie posiada dużo łożek, byliśmy tam z 4 osobową rodziną natomiast spokojnie zmieściła by się jeszcze jedna para. Na klatce schodowowej jest typowa dla zabytkowej zabudowy winda ok 2 x 1. Bardzo dobre ciśnienie wody w łazience. Od upału ochronią nas zewnętrze okiennice oraz klimatyzacja. Gospodarze bardzo pomocni. Trochę zdziwiłem się że balkon to tak naprawdę część klatki schodowej, przez którą wchodzi się do mieszkania ale można to wywnioskować po jednym ze zdjęć. Proponowałbym przenieść router w inne miejsca, aby sygnał WiFi był lepszy.
• Oren (9/5): - The location is great! Easy to get everywhere, so close to Trastevere attractions but quiet enough. Good and comfortable apartment for 5 or 6, with good beds and kitchen! A/C is perfect for summer time! Few small stuff can be better to be a truely super 10: door locks for all rooms and bathroom, sliding door for big room does not isolate noise from other rooms, reading lamps for small bedroom. But still would truly recommend this place for a visit in Rome!

It was a bit outdated, small touches could make a big difference. There is only one bathroom. The restaurant close by can cause some noise at the evenings/nights.

Amazing value for the neighborhood. better for families. - There was no breakfast so I don't think this is applicable. it's quite run down and there were major internet problems. The hosts are eager to help guests but there didn't seem to be any checking if things are working before a new guests arrival.

Naima was easy to contact and very responsive through WhatsApp. She even arranged a driver for us to get to Santa Marinella at the end of our stay. We were able to check in early. The apartment was clean and comfortable and close to amenities. We enjoyed the Lavazza coffee maker and using the kitchen to cook our breakfasts in the mornings. The bedrooms were quite spacious and the beds were also large and comfortable. There were four of us, but the space could hold six if guests don't mind sleeping two to a bed. I would definitely stay there again! This is a very small thing.... one of the bedrooms only had a ceiling light and could have used a lamp for lower lighting at night. There is no living room, but that was okay for us.

• Claudia (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - Giulia Apartment is a beautiful and spacious home in Trastevere located at the start of the beautiful and vibrant area where restaurants and bars and shops are located. We loved the two rooms and the kitchen area that has a large table. The apartment was clean, offered a balcony where we had our first coffee in the sun in the morning. From the apartment, you can do sightseeing walking tours easily and enjoy a relaxed day in one of the coffee shops on the piazzas. Our host was great as well, very communicative and made sure all information were provided and we could always approach her via WhatsApp. Thank you for such a great time in Rome! Nothing to add here.
