• stephanie (7/5): Very convenient location and helpful host. Comfortable apartment with all the basics. - Very close to Metro which made getting around the attractions easy. Lots of local shops and restaurants making it easy to get last minute food with kids. The shower is terrible, no pressure and doesn't stay hot. The bed in the main room is very squeaky made noise every-time you moved in the bed.

• Alexandru (8/5): - Clean and close to the underground The shower wasn’t working properly and the hot water was an issue all along. Also the vertical iron and the boiling water machine were not working at all

• Marco (7/5): Posizione buona, quartiere tranquillo - Posizione, vicinanza alla fermata metro La doccia, l acqua calda durava 2 secondi e poi diventava fredda per poi tornare calda per pochissimo tempo e poi di nuovo fredda…penso sia problemi della pressione dell acqua

• luis (3/5): una muy mala gestión - la ubicación..y el apartamento está bién no funcionaba el remoto de la puerta..en la calle 35 min. sin contestar a llamadas ni mensajes.. no funcionó ningun dia el wifi avisamos y dijo que vendria un tecnico..no vino nadie 1 toalla grande y 2 pequeñas para 2 chorro ridículo en los grifos y ducha..el agua caliente se cortaba a mitad de ducha..

• Nina (5/5): - Lage - Parkhaus , penny und Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe , freundliches und sehr bemühtes Personal was unsere Anfrage sofort beantwortet und gelöst hat Im Elternschlafzimmer war ein großes Schimmelfleck an der Decke neben der Klimaanlage , es war sehr hellhörig. Spätestens ab 7:00 Uhr morgens wenn im Treppenhaus die ersten Bewohner das Haus verließen war die Nachtruhe vorbei …
• Irodabonu (7/5): - Good location, the host responds quickly. There was everything available for temporary stay. Easy Autonomous check-in, using link for opening/closing the door was very convenient. The WiFi works swiftly. There’s a slight smell of mold, as the apartment is in the basement. I had issues with hot water in the bathroom twice — while taking a shower, I was left with only cold water and couldn’t wash my head properly. And It would be nice to change the pillows, as they were uncomfortable.

• Vasil (8/5): Почивка в Рим - Добре разположението, 3 минути до метро, после 10-15 минути до жп гара и историчен център. Поред са магазини, кафе, фаст-фуд. Много приятен и отзивчив домакин. Удобен check-in. Апартамент отговаря на фото. Имаше само 3 чаши на 4 човека. Доста шумно е от магазина поред, че е невозможно да откриеш прозореца. Обаче климатици работаха добре.
• Gabriel (1/5): I will not recommend to anyone, it was a bad decision renting this apartment. It isn’t fare for who’s paying for a diffe - I liked that the host was very gentle and gave us all the information we needed but nothing else.. The apartment is located on the ground floor and smells a lot of mold. In the pictures we saw a nice and clean apartment but in reality it was everything dirty and stained. In the large bedroom the blinds were broken and had no privacy because of that therefore had to put a sheet in the window. The mattress was very old and in the middle it was like a hole. The air conditioner was very dirty and smelly. The view from all windows was towards a small gap between the buildings . Do not recommend to anyone this apartment as for the same amount of money you can find a 5 star apartment 10 minutes away by car.

Sunlight does not reach the roo - location is not bad,but it is not a tourist area . close to the subway station , the area well served by shops bars and supermarkets. The Apartment is in the Groundfloor , that's why, it smells of mold. Sunlight does not reach the rooms, We could not open the window because of mosquitoes. Also, the shower does not work.
• Sundus (3/5): Staff lack professional communication and all cared about was to pay tourist tax before arrival even to give access key. - Basic need present Poor place and unlike the pictures low quality and very small room with the double bed and no AC or fan in that room. Lots of stair to the ground floor and broken stair case lift had trouble with the pushchair access

• Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Very good location and the apartment was very clean. You will be close to a Metro station and restaurants. Very responsive host and easy check-in process. There was a small amount of mold on the master bedroom's ceiling but everything else was fantastic.

• Clement (8/5): Good for a short stay and location is convenient. - The apartment is located a couple of minutes from the Metro A Line which is very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet even though the apartment is located on the ground floor, no noise could be heard from the street. The apartment has no view. The windows opened to sort of like an atrium to the center of the building barely able to see the color of the sky. The apartment needed some minor repairs. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, but only suitable for children or small adults.
• Nienke (7/5): Pro’s and cons - Very well-located apartment, very close to the A metroline in the city, which brings you to most of the important sights in the city. Also, well furnished, and including a kitchen and a washing machine. Communication during the stay was via Whatsapp, which they replied on fast. We were staying with a family of 5, which was a bit much for the apartment, we had to open windows all the time to make sure there was enough oxygen and to prevent humidity. It is a bit of an older residential building, there was some noise from the neighbors. The company who rents out the apartment relies very heavily on online systems: we had to upload a lot of personal data in advance, including passport scans, passport numbers, questions about our nationality, place of birth and place of residence. Also, the apartment opens with a digital key that you access with a smartphone. It worked well most of the time, but sometimes we had to walk a bit back for 4G connection.
• Aleh (10/5): Everything was great! - Nearby there is a cafe with delicious coffee and cakes, a pizzeria with delicious pizza, a metro station and a grocery store.
• Dan (9/5): Nice bottom floor apartment in a residential neighborhood - It was in a nice location near restaurants and close to the metro and had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen had all the needed materials and even had a clothes washer. Owner sent codes ahead of time with info on how to access the apartment. The ceiling in the master bedroom seemed to have mold in the top corner and we could have used bigger trash cans and info on how to dispose of the trash.
• Murthy (9/5): Awsome apartment and would definetly recommend again - Location was so user friendly as there were super markets outside the apartment, metro connection within 3min of walk, restaurants next to apartment and also calm place. Also keyless checkin and checkout was awsome. I am satisfied wiht this aprtment, but some small notes if amde availble is still better - Floor mats to be made available is advisory, also antislippery mat inside the shower ( my kid slipped but nothing serious), also a fan in the bunker room is a necessiry as the place is very hot wihtout fan its not eay to sleep. we did not use the bunker beds at all due to non-availabilty of fan( but there are 2 Airconditioners fitted in tha partment this is nice of you). Wifii on TV inside the bedroom dosnt work. Please rectify this.
• Athanasios (5/5): Disappointment - The location was amazing, in a very quiet neighbourhood and not more than 2 minutes away (by foot) from the “Furio Camillo” metro station which was suitable for our family trip. The furniture was not clean and there were dirty towels with holes on them. The toilet was not clean as well. There were problems with the main entrance to the building and all we saw was a complete lack of interest from the owners to actually solve it and help us actually enter the building. Afterwards, they never sent a message to see if we had managed to enter the building, not to mention that in order for them to respond we had to send countless messages and occasionally we had to wait a lot for the response. They didn’t care about the basic problem of the entrance and the only message from them was for us to leave the tourist tax on the table. A big disappointment overall, while it could have easily been, mainly due to the incredible location, one of the best accommodations in the whole Rome.
