• Michael (7/5): Well located, comfortable and quiet hideaway. Overall the apartment was very pleasant for 2 people. - Wonderful location in the heart of the old city. Quiet and spacious room with a comfortable bed, quiet and very clean. Kitchenette and Living areas were well designed and perfect for 2 people. The common areas of the building were dirty and run-down, The toilet in one of the two bathrooms malfunctioned. The apartment has no windows with a view - only a very small internal lightwell/courtyard. And unfortunately, some adjacent property construction work began pretty early in the morning.

• Ruth (9/5): Quaint unit right in the middle of Rome's Navona district. - Amazing location, right in the middle of the best of Rome's ancient attractions. Restaurants all around, and close to markets and main bus route. Provides a tiny elevator to the floor if required, particularly for getting luggage up and down stairs. Washing machine worked well, and there are two bathrooms. Loved the personal service from Donatella, who arranged our transfers to and from the unit, and being met by someone with the keys! She was very obliging to let us store our luggage and have early access to the unit when we arrived early. Spiral staircase is a bit scary, this unit is on the 2nd floor. Elevator was helpful but very small and needs to be driven with a key, which takes a bit of working out.

• Line Perrier (9/5): - Un emplacement vraiment idéal pour tout faire à pied. Un "forno" délicieux et des supérettes à proximité. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Donatella (et son français parfait !). Le coin chambre des parents et les deux salles de bain (très propres). Il y a en effet des travaux qui commencent tôt dans l'immeuble d’à côté. Toutefois, aucun bruit entendu les trois premiers jours (week end).

• Anne (10/5): Lovely apartment. Great location - We were my, brother, my son and I. The location.was perfectly centered so basically 30 minutes walk to main attractions. The apartment had a really good distribution of the rooms with a sliding door, so my brother had his "own room" and it was really nice with two bathrooms. We came by train from Naples and Rome is really expensive. Everything from Taxi, trains, entrys evt. Even the supermarkets.in the area has different prices from place to place

• Vikas (10/5): Exceptional - Right in the heart of Rome. Every attraction was with 15-20 minutes by walk. All the amenities were available. The owners were quick to respond to any needs. And their assistant Arnold was amazing!

• Paul (10/5): Beautiful location, great stay. - The location is amazing. The layout of the apartment is also great, particularly for a small family - bedroom and fold out couch. The interior patio lets in lots of light and makes the apartment feel more spacious. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well taken care of.

Donatella & Riccardo really helpful and got an issue with the WiFi password sorted really quickly and efficiently and even arranged a dentist when a minor emergency arose! Sadly no view of Rome, but the terrace would make up for that on warmer days than December!
• Deena (10/5): Perfect apartment, perfect location! - Excellent location. Close walk to all the sites, Campo di Fiore is just steps away, nice patio, 2 bath with showers was nice for 3 adults. Very quiet at night. Everything you need. Michele met us and helped us with luggage. There is a luggage elevator which was a huge plus after our Florence stay with 6 flights of stairs. That we weren’t there longer!

He explained everything so well when we arrived, as well as checking on us during the stay. The place is way better than it is in these photos. the space is bigger as well. Suitable for 2-3 people to stay. Overall, the place was quite clean, no complaints about it. But the bed linen should be more clean. It was a bit uncomfortable sleeping in the bedding of this condition.

• Sarah (8/5): Great location, close to shops etc with 2 bathrooms, kitchenette etc Very comfortable. - It was a great layout for 2 people, great location and the 2 bathrooms were handy. The stairs were quite steep with suitcases and the lift was a bit hard to use! The sofa bed not so comfy.

Around the corner from Campo d'Fiori and close to restaurants, cafes, and taxi stand. Very central to historic district, walking distance to Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto and Travestere. Excellent spot. Rome is an old city and the cobblestone streets are hard on one's feet.
• Jussi-pekka (9/5): Superb location with super helpful host. - Superb Location, air conditioner in the bedroom guaranteed good sleep, two showers and bathrooms were nice. Host Michele was really helpful and answered all the questions really quickly. He even gave some tips from the restaurants. There could have been more of some minor things like shower gel and f.ex washing liquid.

• Cynthia (10/5): Relaxing, beautiful, convenient, and so harmoniously wonderful. - We arrived the afternoon, and the Landlord was waiting outside to greet us. He even arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport, which we paid separately, but it sure eased my mind. I was always able to text him before the trip and asked questions. He speaks and writes english so that was a super big help. He showed us all the light switches and how everything works. The place even had an indoor enclosed patio to sit out and have lunch. So quaint and very special. It was so beautiful, and comfortable. I had such a good night's sleep. He even showed us on the map where we were and how to get to the most sought after tourist spots. EVERYTHING was in Walking distance. The location is super! the longest walk was to the Vatican, 25 min or the Colosseum, 25 min. We attended a cooking class, and it was 5 min walk away. We were in the heart of Piazza Navona. WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE, AND WOULD GO THERE AGAIN AND STAY LONGER.

• Mike (7/5): Prime location. Place could do with a refurbishment but both bathrooms were modern and clean - It was in great location. It was exactly like the advertisement. Value for money if you don’t need anything fancy but apartment has all facilities required for a few days. We were 3 people and sought 2 bathrooms which is fairly rare Nothing because it was as expected

• Sorina (10/5): The perfect Rome holiday - The host, Filippo, is an extraordinary person, very helpful, very keen on explaining everything right, very quick in answering all our questions. The apartment's location is just perfect. Close to all the important Rome sites, it was a pleasure to walk everywhere. The neighborhood is full of life, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, shops, basically you can find anything you would need or want. The apartment itself is very well divided. Our family needs were extremely well met with the two bathrooms, the terrace, and the kitchen that is in between the living room and the bedroom. We had common areas, as well as privacy when needed. I would definitely come back to the place and I would like to meet more hosts like Filippo.

• Kerry (10/5): Exceptional - Where to start? Filippo was an amazing host and welcomed us early and made some great recommendations and tips for how to get around the neighbourhood. The location is incredible and so many things we wanted to see and do were within walking distance. The apartment itself is wonderful with a lovely terrace, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a spacious bedroom. We felt very comfortable and relaxed here for the three days we spent in Rome and would recommend it without hesitation.

• Bente (9/5): Small, cosy apartment with the best location. - We had a wonderful week in this cosy, small apartment. Everything was working just fine. Two bathrooms were luxury. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location was the best. The stairs to second floor a bit steep but no problem. There is a terrace, which must be wunderful in the spring and summer. We really missed a proper coffee machine or even better a Nespresso machine. A week with Nescafé is no fun. There was a small Bialetti Moka Express but we don’t like them much.

• Grzegorz (8/5): Generally OK, but also noisy heater, smaller size than in the offer, local taxes to be paid - Great location, friendly host. Apartment generally OK, but a lot of remarks appeared: 1. size is not 70m2, definitely. Maayyyyybe it is 50 m2 + terrace, but appartment itself is much smaller than in the offer 2. Host requested additional local fees during check in - he told me that such information was given on Booking offer, however I cannot find it. Be prepared to pay additional 3,5 EUR/person/day 3. it was new but currently it many cases it is seen that it was not renewed since a longer time. 4. it is not at Piazza Navona, but around 400 meters from it. Good location but again: not fully fair. 5. windows are to the terrace, so it is separated from the traffic. However there is a really noisy heater/cooler just close to the window that makes really noisy. Summarize: to be fair total score must be lower that better appartments. However it exists, it is comfortable enough to spend few days.
