Paolo was a fantastic host who communicated perfectly before our arrival and was incredibly helpful with all of our requests. He went above and beyond to assist us with our airport transfers, which we truly appreciated. Upon arrival, he personally showed us around and ensured we were well-settled. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Thank you again, Paolo, for your wonderful hospitality, we really enjoyed our time here.
• Caroliene (9/5): Uitstekende plek om hier vandaan Rome te bewonderen - Prachtig en ruim appartement. 2 balkons en mooi uitzicht vanaf 6e verdieping. Harde, maar lekkere bedden. Ca 15 min lopen naar St Pieter, 25 naar Vaticaan museum, vlakbij bus naar de stad -
• Krisjan (8/5): Convenient, Safe & close to both Vatican and Roman old centre - Paolo did a great job in keeping us informed ahead of our arrival, and helped explained a lot about the area as well. We really felt welcomed! Wifi was good!! Walls are slightly thin but the neighbours were quiet. It does help to have something that makes white noise if you need it. The shower is small though doable.

• Stefania (9/5): Nel complesso consiglierei assolutamente questo appartamento! - Soggiorno veramente piacevole. L'appartamento è in una posizione centralissima, a 2 passi da San Pietro e Musei Vaticani, in una zona ricca di bar, ristoranti ed altre attività. Inoltre è perfettamente collegata tramite il servizio bus, efficiente e puntale. Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check-in è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito tutte le info necessarie per semplificare le nostre esigenze. Inoltre è sempre stato presente e veloce a rispondere alle nostre domande. L'appartamento è grande, ampi spazi comuni e ampie camere. Un'unica cosa. I materassi non sono comodissimi, consiglierei di rinnovarli.

• Sandra (10/5): Inmejorable apartamento y anfitrión - El apartamento muy bien situado (cerca del Vaticano y con parada de bus al lado) y muy bien acondicionado, con muchos detalles. Paolo fue encantador. Nos recomendó sitios donde poder comer o cenar, como coger los medios de transporte según donde fuésemos .Cualquier duda que nos surgiera nos la resolvía.Si el apartamento es un 10 Paolo es un 20 Que el agua de la ducha salía poca cantidad, pero imagino que eso dependerá de las cañerías del edificio.
• Mark (9/5): Very good choice for a city break - Very nice apartment, close to the Vatican (5 min walk) and Castle St Angelo. Also easy to walk to the city center. A bus comes by every 10-15 minutes to the city center. Paolo was very helpful and informative. We have had a wonderful stay in Rome.
• Dee (10/5): Had an amazing time in a place I'd been looking forward to seeing for a very long time! - Paulo met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. He showed us around the apartment then also told us lots of really useful information, such as where to get a bus into parts of the city, how to pay, where to go for dinner. It meant we could could head out for a nice meal that evening and had no qualms using the local transport. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay!

• Irena (10/5): Perfect location - Perfect location - St. Peter's basilica is within 1 km (10-15 minutes walking)! Apartment is on the sixth floor (there is a lift), spacious and comfortable, clean and well equipped. The host Paolo is very kind, available and helpful.

• Isobel (9/5): What a fantastic find. - This is such a lovely apartment in a great location on a quiet private street off via delle Fornaci. This is a main route to the city and a short walk via an underpass to the side entrance of San Pietro Piazza. The No 64 bus from delle Fornaci will take you're over the Tiber and in town in around 10 mins, or if you feel indulgent, there is a taxi rank near the underpass. There are a fair number of restaurants around the apartment, a good-sized supermarket along the delle Fornaci, and even a theatre. You feel very much in Italy. The apartment is bright, spacious, and immaculate, as are the common areas of the building. Every room is a good size with various places to sit and eat. The beds are king-size and comfy, and each bedroom leads to a balcony overlooking either side of the building and lots of storage. The kitchen is a decent size with all the kit you need if you want to cook and access a balcony. The bathroom is also spacious with all you need. The lovely and helpful Paolo met us and gave us lots of info on the apartment and other guidance. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again if we're lucky enough to get back to Rome. The apartment is on the sixth floor, but worry not, there is a lift. However, if you are not good with heights, the balconies might be a challenge.
• Colma (9/5): Our host Paolo made our stay in Rome fantastic in this lovely apartment. - Excellent location near the Vatican. A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with two balconies. There was a lift which was very useful as we were on the 6th floor. The best part was our host Paolo who meet us at the apartment and explained everything, even the best restaurants to eat in the area and how to move around Rome. He also arranged for us to be able to check out a little later and order the taxi to the airport. Thank you Paolo. Could do with some proper cereal bowls, other than that it was perfect.

Our hostess, Chiara was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, we had little problem and she tried her best. Highly recommend !

• Johan (8/5): Spacious apartment close to the Vatican - Spacious and comfortable apartment in quiet neighborhood, close to the Vatican. Balcony at back-side with view of green gardens, at which we had breakfast in the sun. Bakeries, nice restaurants and other shops nearby. Bus stop (route 64) at 20 meters. Noises (voices, TV) from neighbors could be heard as if there was no wall between the apartments. Also, during our stay the building underwent renovation work, which started early in the morning and sometimes produced a lot of noise.

• Lkristina (10/5): Exceptional - A perfectly sized and spacious apartment with two balconies. We stayed for 5 nights, but I could have stayed there for weeks. Very cozy. I really liked the huge mirrored shelf with place to put all my stuff on in the bathroom. A few minute's walk to St. Peter's Square. There's several smaller shops, open to midnight and a Carrefour nearby and several good restaurants. The cleaning was not thorough though, we dropped something and were greeted by jurasic-era dustrats under the drawer infront of the bed. There was a lot of trash behind it. No freezer, just a fridge. I've made the mistake on the first day and bought some ice cream and pizza for later, but we couldn't keep it because there was no freezer. So we had to throw it away. A bigger fridge with a freezer would be nice, for future reference.

• Andrej (10/5): Very comfy and spacious apartment close to Vatican - The location is great - St. Peter's basilica is within 15 minutes walking! St. Peter's train station ain't far either, and there's plenty of restaurants (both sit in and pizza by the slice takeaways) around too. Extra bonus - supermarket is 5 minutes away, so if you're in the mood for cooking, you can get all your groceries easily. There was some construction going on in the adjacent building, but that's just unlucky timing.
• Satytti (8/5): Very good - Location was good, especially because the bus no 64 takes you straight to the city centre (Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia etc) and to the railway station. The host was waiting for us and she was very welcoming and friendly. Nice neighborhood, there were many restaurants and little shops along the street. Also a bigger supermarket was quite close to the apartment. Two balconies. The bed in the other bedroom was so bad that my friend had to sleep on the sofa. The problem was that the mattress was too thin on a wooden bed. Easy to fix. There was a very, very strong smell of aromatic products, liquids and sticks in the apartment. We carried them all to the balconies but couldn't get rid of the smell.
