• Hubert (9/5): - Bardzo pomocny i miły gospodarz, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, przestronne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanko w centrum Rzymu, oddalone tylko kilkaset metrów od koloseum oraz innych głównych atrakcji, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzona lodówka w produkty do śniadań typu włoskiego, które bardzo nam smakowały (jogurty, owoce, musli, płatki śniadaniowe, ciasteczka, dżemy, nutella itp.),

• Zsuzsa (10/5): - A tulaj nagyon kedves volt és segítősz. A lakás jó környéken helyezkedett el, szépen van berendezve és nagyon tiszta. Boltok, éttermek van a környéken is. És sok látnivaló gyalogosan vagy az utca végéből induló villamossal/busszal megközelíthető. Nem volt olyan.

• Pavel (8/5): Ubytovanie bolo fajn, oddýchli sme si po namáhavých celodenných výletoch v horúcom počasí. - Kľúče sme si prevzali skôr a mohli sme si odložiť aj batožinu, lebo sme prileteli ráno. Pán ubytovateľ bol ochotný, priateľský a dal nám dobré rady, kde môžeme ísť. Ubytovanie malo dobrú polohu a bol tam kľud. V kuchyni sme mali kávu, čaj, minerálku, olivový olej, ocot, soľ, koreniny, aj keď sme tam nevarili. Ubytovanie bolo platené s raňajkami, ale tie boli veľmi light. Mysleli sme si, že nebudeme musieť raňajky kupovať. Sme zvyknutí jesť na raňajky vajíčka, šunku, chlieb, čerstvé pečivo, maslo, syr, párky .... To sme si museli kúpiť, lebo na raňajky bola chladnička s ovocím, jogurty, müsli, cereálie, nutella, džemy ... V kúpeľni bola len horná sprcha, čo nám znížilo komfort.

Udzielił wyczerpujących informacji przed przyjazdem, a także w trakcie. Śniadanie do przygotowania własnoręcznie lub zjedzenia na mieście, ale w lodówce jogurty, mleko, owoce, dżem, miód, nutella. Zmielona kawa. Ciastka, płatki śniadaniowe w obfitym wyborze. Właściwie trudno wskazać coś koniecznie do korekty. Wszystko działało.

• patrick (8/5): - L'appartement est calme et bien situé. Les Romains (à quelques exceptions près) ne sont pas dû tout sympa ni accueillants. Même dans les commerces restos etc. Mais le pire c'est à l'aéroport nous avons essayé d'avoir des explications, de vrais têtes de cons.

The apartment was located in an authentic Italian apartment building near by the colosseum. The location was really good. The apartment was big enough for four people. There were no noice.Specially big thanks for the owner for letting us leave our luggages in a apartment because we had late flight.

• Johann (7/5): Hinsichtlich des Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses absolut ok. - Frühstück war, wie im Süden nicht unüblich, nicht so reichhaltig, was man aber durch Einkäufe im benachbarten Supermarkt einfach ausgleichen konnte. Se Er kam sofort vorbei und behob das Problem.hr gut war auch die Reaktion von Naden, als die Toilettenspülung nicht funktionierte. An manchen Stellen hätte man etwas genauer putzen können.

We even have a nice trip back to airport on the day we checked out. The location of the property is very close to the train station. There were many nice restaurants around.

He made our stay very comfortable from checking in; recommending things and places to visit to check out. The apartment was very good and very well equipped better than expected. The AC is timed which means at times the apartment gets hot but standing fans were available in each room. Also location wise, it was fantastic. Also there's a large supermarket 2 mins walk away which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend it. .

Šampūns, dušas želejā, nelielas brokastis, augļi, dvieļi, viss bija labi. Es nevarēju regulēt un uzstādīt kondicionieri. Tāpēc bija ļoti karsti. Citiem nepatika kaimiņu suns, kurš rēja.

• Sulser (10/5): - L’emplacement était parfait, à 10 minutes de marche du colisée. Le propriétaire était très gentil et il nous a expliqué toutes les choses à faire à Rome. L’appartement comportait beaucoup d’équipements et celui-ci était très confortable avec une belle vue du balcon.

Non ci è piaciuta la pulizia,i piatti erano sporchi, le tovagliette della colazione pure. Il terrazzo con l'immondizia dei precedenti ospiti, gli asciugamani bucati, biancheria del letto macchiata. Lo stato di usura del bagno è eccessivo, la tavoletta del bagno completamente rotta.

• Daniela (7/5): Location is good - but the guest experience could be better - The location is very good, 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. The communication with the host was also efficient. We could not find the AC controls anywhere, we contacted the host (it was late at night but that was the time we got back to the apartment and wanted to turn on the AC) and he said the other guests hid it because of their kids. Anyway, we were not able to find it. Also the breakfast is not a breakfast, there were some yogurts in the fridge, an opened milk bottle and some leftover cereals. I find this disrespectful, I'm not asking for a continental breakfast like a hotel, but then don't add to the listing that breakfast is included where there is no breakfast. Even for a simple breakfast you would expect maybe some biscuits, mini jam portions, something like that...

• juan carlos (9/5): - Lo cerca que está del coliseo y el metro Tiene un supermercado al lado. Que por la zona si vas en verano hay muchos mosquitos.
• Belén (9/5): - El Alojamiento está situado a 10 minutos del Coliseo, 13 de Termini y a 5 de la parada del bus. Aunque es algo pequeño tiene todo lo necesario para pasar el fin de semana. El propietario deja un desayuno bastante completo y muy cuidado (leche, cafe, galletas, yogures, tostadas, etc). Además aunque el piso es pequeño y hace calor, cuenta con ventiladores con los que se puede dormir perfectamente.
• Jose (1/5): Ganas de salir de allí - Estaba céntrico El apartamento muy deficiente. Nada agradable. No lo podemos aconsejar. El dueño hizo lo posible por agradar, pero podemos decir que el día de llegada el vuelo llegó 1:30h más tarde y, aunque fuimos atendidos estuvo llamando constantemente, presionándonos porque tuvo que pagarle a alguien para que nos atendiese y nos pidió que también le pagásemos nosotros. Que también le tuvimos que pagamos. No nos ha gustado nada que, después de informarle el día que hablamos y hoy por la mañana por whatsapp, que saldríamos sobre las 15:00h, hemos vuelto sobre las 14:00 y nos hemos encontrado al señor dentro de la casa, realizando la limpieza, (aunque hemos estado allí tampoco ha salido de la casa) nos habían quitado las toallas, sin opción de lavarnos antes de emprender viaje, con nuestros objetos personales o a su merced, lavadora tiene pero para su uso personal)estaba escondido, …HORROROSO que entre al apartamento antes de nuestra salida. • Edita Šabotic (10/5): Edita - Apartman se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, opremljen osnovnim stvarima, ima lift, kreveti udobni za spavanje. Supermarket blizu, metro, restorani, poznate znamenitosti... Domaćin je uvijek bio dostupan i od velike pomoći.
• Sabee (10/5): Nice and considerate host, great location, reasonable price - Cereals, yogurts, coffee and milk were prepared for breakfast. Actually, the host was so nice. He prepared the map, and let us know which part to go in Rome. He was so kind and nice. He also allowed us to do an early check-in, and he was really thoughtful of us. Great location, and a reasonable price also. The toilet water didn't flush well a bit. However, I hope he fixed it now. I highly recommend this accommodation :)

• Anna (10/5): Cosy apartment with easy, walk to Colosseum! - Very kind and attentive host with lots of recommendations for food, coffee & ice cream!! Location was excellent! Flat, 15min walk to the Colosseum Price was fabulous - especially for a two double bedroomed property close to the Colosseum. The photos were true to real life and our host apologised that the shower screen had come a little off its rail (which wasn’t a problem at all but was much appreciated). Bedrooms were warm and cosy. Everything you need is in the apartment. I appreciated yoghurts, cereal, milk and coffee being provided. Also, extra toiletries are kindly provided as well. Nothing.
