• Євгенія (10/5): - Ми залишилися дуже задоволені перебуванням у цих апартаментах у Римі! Все було просто чудово! Апартаменти чисті, просторі та дуже комфортні. Особливо приємно здивувала наявність чотирьох повноцінних санвузлів — це було надзвичайно зручно для нашої компанії. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання: повністю укомплектована кухня з посудом, холодильник, посудомийна машина, плита — можна без проблем готувати їжу, як вдома. Дуже вдале розташування — зовсім поруч Колізей, а також багато магазинів, кафетеріїв і ресторанів, що робить перебування ще більш зручним і приємним. Простір добре організований, багато місця, затишно і комфортно. Окремо хочеться відзначити ввічливий та привітний персонал — завжди готові допомогти. Щиро дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок! Із задоволенням повернулися б ще раз і обов’язково рекомендуватимемо ці апартаменти.

• Srikanth (9/5): - Excellent location, and the host is really friendly. The property is well-arranged, and everything worked as it should. We had a great time staying at the property, and the location was great for seeing Rome.

• Brenda (10/5): A Perfect Stay!! - The location is excellent. Having an elevator was a huge plus since we were traveling with kids. The place is very cozy and spacious, with each room having its own bathroom, which was very convenient. The welcome was warm and made us feel at home. We would definitely choose it again We all absolutely loved it

• Vladimira (10/5): Jedinečné ubytování - Naprosto jedinečné ubytování kousek od Kolosea. Apartmán nádherný, prostorný, čistý, bylo v něm úplně vše, co mohl člověk potřebovat. Obchod s potravinami byl hned ve vedlejší ulici. Za na nás maximální spokojenost.
• Dan (10/5): - It has a lot of space for a family of six. It has elevator and AC. The location is great. A lot of restaurants downstairs and it’s close to all buses stations. It’s outside ZTL and affordable street parking. They really work out with us on the check in and out time. Supper nice owner.
• Anna (10/5): Walking down the street and seeing the Colosseum each day was surreal. - The property was in a great location. Easy access to everything needed for a fabulous stay in Rome. Plenty of space for my family. The 2 balconies were very nice to have morning coffee and a glass of delicious wine the host had left for us. The host allowed us to bring our luggage up to the apartment early.

• Diane (9/5): Beautiful spacious, clean apartment in a safe neighbourhood. 5 mins from coliseum. - Met on arrival. Good location. Excellent communication with Valentina who also organised us transfers to and from airport. Would recommend this apartment. Apartment was a bit cool on an evening. Air conditioning did not warm it up sufficiently and was difficult to dry bath towels etc with no heating. This is not the fault of the apartment owners. I was informed that it is a regional decision to stop the use of heating after April 7th. I’m writing this to make fellow travellers aware if travelling at this time of year.

Market/convenience store just down the street. Very comfortable beds! The only feedback we have to offer is that the water was very slow to drain from the showers.

• Seydi_bey (10/5): Spacious Apartment in Prime Location with Great Host Support - This apartment is absolutely beautiful and even better in person than in the photos. It’s incredibly spacious, featuring two bedrooms, a comfortable living area, four bathrooms, and a large, well-equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking and enjoying meals with friends. We especially loved the large front balcony and the smaller one at the back, both of which added to the charm of the space. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—the Colosseum is just around the corner, and the Colosseum metro station is a quick 10-minute walk away. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby, making it a very convenient spot. Communication with the host was seamless and informative. I would highly recommend this apartment, particularly for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and centrally located stay. We did encounter an issue with the washing machine door, which got stuck and wouldn’t open despite multiple attempts. The host promptly sent someone to fix it and covered the cost of using a nearby laundry, which we appreciated. While it wasn’t a major issue, it was a bit inconvenient.

• Phyllis (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Specifically the motion sensor lights so we did not have to fumble in the dark. The home was bright and airy with ample space for three female friends. Kitchen was fun to cook in. We found three grocery marts nearby that had everything we needed for our stay. Valentina was very informative & responsive and provided a delicious bottle of wine upon our arrival. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend. Stairs, 3 flights, but they were manageable. Elevator/lift was too small for all three of us. Valentina did her best to assist with luggage but it was still a struggle. Also, Americans are accustomed to smaller towels to wash their face. We were provided hand towels and bath towels. Plenty of both. You only get one channel on televisions in English (39) so bring your Firestick.

The apartment can accommodate 6 people easily n maybe another 2 kids as well. Two extra large beds and a large sofa bed in living room as well. Very clean. Couldn’t ask for anything more
