• Susan (9/5): Comfortable with outside space and a brilliant location. - The great location, round the corner from the Colosseum and surrounded by a great choice of cafes and restaurants. The outside terrace space and the elevator (it is 5th floor). The apartments’ communal entrance and stairs are cluttered and not so clean.

• Kévin (9/5): Très bien - Très bonne communication avec le gestionnaire. Appartement propre, lumineux, bien situé. Facile d’accès (ascenseur) Chambre et canapé lit confortables. Terrasse agréable et de bonne taille. Salle de bain spacieuse. Même si c’est du détail, Il faudrait racheter certains équipements de base : quelques verres supplémentaires, sèche cheveux à changer. Et peut-être une cafetière italienne plus grande.

• Faustina (10/5): Would come back to this apartment - You can see the colosseum Beautiful spacious can do 4 easily 2 couples or a family. Breakfast balcony or you can go up the winding staircase to see the colosseum
• Giulia (9/5): Lovely apartment in super central location - Great location and very nice apartment, with elevator. Lovely terrace and view. The entrance to the building could be kept nicer.
• Christoph (4/5): Dirty and old. Would not book again. - The good things are the location, the roof terrace and that it's quite. The apartment is in a very shabby condition and dirty. The cleaning is probably only superficial. The shower in particular is in a disgusting state. I also recommend not looking under the bed. There you will find dust, dirt and tissues from probably months ago. The dishes were still dirty from the previous occupants and had to be washed again. I suspect that the owner himself has not seen the apartment for a while. Contact was only via WhatsApp and access was via an access code. A sad place to stay for over €300 per night.
• Jiten (9/5): Excellent location fully recommend - Excellent location, very near to Colosseum. There was a Carrefour express next to the property. It was very well kitted out and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. It’s in the 5 the floor and lift is a little small. Excellent host. Fully recommend.
• Alejandra (7/5): Good - Friendly and attentive service (by Luiggi) Great Location Comfortable bed Quiet Very Nice terras, with flowers and details Appartment was clean We were allowed to stay a bit longer after checkout (thank you Luiggi) Very limited place for cooking and quite Old appliances in the Kitchen Shower dripped outside and had moist etc (Luiggi offered to get this fixed but I can see it was in the comments for a long time already so a permanent solution is needed) Strange odour when arriving to the apartment after a long day (cigarettes by neighbors?) Uncomfortable sofa bed (when used as sofa) Not the best value for price
• Lidia (5/5): super location - Excellent location - the coliseum is visible from the roof. Everywhere close by. Great facilities in the area - restaurants, shops, downtown. At the same time it was quiet on the 5th floor. Super terrace, white decor gives the impression of cleanliness. Over-sympathetic host, all information in the brochure. Lift. In the bedroom a small hole - view of the coliseum. Tiny kitchen. Dirty dishes in cupboards. No dishwasher. Shower heavily serviced - floor unstable, grout in fungus, shower head stained. Poor wifi - basically only worked in the living room.
