• Jenny (9/5): Perfekt läge, ren, bekväm och mysig lägenhet, bra kommunikation med värden. - Underbart läge i fina Trastevere, med massor av trevliga restauranger och promenadavstånd till det mesta. Litet ljud från restaurangen utanför och folk som gick och pratade på gatan (öronproppar är bra!) men ändå en lugn gränd utan mycket trafik, och det var tyst under natten. Rent, bra badrum, bekväm dubbelsäng, även madrassen på loftet var bekväm. Tillräckligt med plats för 3-4 personer, vi var 3. Sovrummet är stort, kök och allrum (med loft) mindre men det fungerade fint. Enkel, trevlig kommunikation med värden Martina som svarade snabbt på meddelanden, vänligt bemötande. Det var litet kallt i lägenheten, tror inte värmen sätts på förrän nu i november någongång. Det var dock bra täcken så det var inget problem på nätterna. Köket är ett kokskåp men det fanns allt man behövde, även en liten ugn på bänken.

• David (8/5): Very helpful and friendly owners, it was a fantastic stay. I was visiting with my 2 sons, and all 3 of us loved it - Had everything we needed, in an excellent location The towels and bedding were ok, but could have been better.

Men ville klart tro at der er ret varmt om sommeren. Bus nr H er total fyldt fra banegården, så et gidt råd er at tage en taxi i stedet for.

• Tony (8/5): Irish rugby 🏉 - Great location lively area bars restaurants close to centre I'm a bit stiff, so 2 flights of stairs and on much room on the mezzanine floor only suitable for children young people, but lots of other sleeping space.

• Tamara (9/5): Live like a royal local in the heart of Trastevere! - The apartment was more beautiful than its pictures! We appreciated the clear and consistent communication with the host and that the key code for building door and lock box on front door both worked well. The location was Perfect: steps away from an incredible pastry shop for breakfast and tons of dinner options; quaintly in the heart of Trastevere yet close to the river and a bridge to another neighborhood. The apartment was very clean with lots of fresh towels and extra blankets, the beds both comfortable, and the shower strong, hot, and a beautiful design! It is not a large place but so close to amazing restaurants that you won't want to cook or eat at home. We loved how many windows could be opened for fresh air, and the spiral staircase and loft bed were fun for sleeping as long as you remembered to keep your head low. Even with the heat on, it was chilly in the apartment but they gifted us a bottle of red wine for Christmas and we barely heard a peep from the bar across the street, so there were benefits to being 'off season'. The radiators were on but not strong, so it got cold in the main bedroom at night - the loft bed, being high up, was warmer. The kitchen was stocked well and there was plenty of toilet paper and towels, but we would have appreciated a small bar of soap, as we couldn't find ours and it was hard to find a shop that sold soap over the holiday.

• Sithra (10/5): We had a wonderful vacation staying at DomusTitiana Amazing Apartment in Trastevere, Rome - Location: This trendy and unique property is located in Trastevere. This section of Rome draws lively crowds at night but the apartment is very well insulated, meaning we didn’t hear people eating and talking at the many restaurants in the area. The apartment’s location allowed for manageable trips to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, the Castle of Angel, St.Peter Square and many more landmarks. The Piazza Trilussa Square near the apartment had live entertainment almost every night. David, the landlord, was proactive and responsive when we needed assistance. For example, we didn’t know how to operate the washing machine he came right away. The apartment was very clean and had air conditioner in the master bedroom. The apartment included everything we needed for our visit. We will stay there again. I strongly recommend this apartment! None

• Dale (8/5): Comfortable apartment in vibrant Travastere - Location was excellent. Lots of fun to be had walking the streets in the evenings. Also walked to all Rome highlights from accommodation and taxi rank close by for getting to the airport. Lots of bars and restaurants mean that there is some night time noise - we knew this prior to booking but would not have changed our accommodation choice.

• Susan (8/5): Rome was buzzing , a bit busy with long lines - our apartment was a real retreat - Location was great , comfortable and clean , wonderful to have a washing machine. 40 steps up to the apartment with baggage was the only negative to but it we were there for a couple of days so only had to do it the once . Our host had left the taxi number but we couldn’t connect to it so had to hunt down a taxi - some info about where to find one would have been great.

Especially for South Africans with our weak rand. The Aircon and ceiling fans are noisy. We missed wine glasses, but still enjoyed the wine from water tumblers.

• David (8/5): Very good - Great location! Very helpful communicative host. Perfect for a couple. It is a great one bedroom apartment, but not appropriate for 3 single friends. No air con outside the bedroom where the loft and cot are located.
• Lynda (8/5): Perfecto! - It was a great place to stay and a terrific location. So many great places to eat nearby and all the sights we wanted to see were walkable. If we’re ever in Rome again we would stay at this amazing apartment! There are steep stairs to reach the apartment so you need to be in decent shape. The second bed is a loft where you can’t stand up. That said the futon bed is very comfortable. Other than those two minor things, the space was very clean and cheerful. David, the host, was very helpful and accommodating.

• Renee (8/5): I would definitely stay in this apartment again. - Great location with many restaurants in the nearby streets. Great wine shop on the corner. The host was very responsive. Perfect amount of space for myself and two teenagers. My son loved the loft! There is also a taxi stand very nearby, making it easy to get across town. The washer was not working properly. Although that was disappointing, the host was very quick to come over to see for himself and call a repairman. I would recommend leaving some instructions for the air conditioner as it was not intuitive. We could not even get it to adjust or to turn off!

• Carolinecooke3944 (10/5): A wonderful stay in the heart of Trastevere - This was the perfect home away from home in Trastevere! Communication with the host was always quick and they patiently answered any questions we had. On arrival the apartment was accessed through a lockbox so it was easy and quick with no stress about waiting for someone or being late (especially for flights and guests without mobile phone access). The location could not be better…right in the heart of Trastevere but on a quieter street away from the action. With the windows closed, very little noise could be heard from the street. The apartment was very well equipped with loads of storage space in the main bedroom. The second bedroom is a loft with very low ceiling so it is really only a sleeping space. But the mattress was comfortable and we (2 adults) slept well every night. Wifi was good - my husband had to work everyday and he was able to conduct meetings without any issues. We would stay again in heartbeat! Thank you !! People with any type of mobility issues (or heavy luggage) should be aware that there are two flights of steep steps up to the apartment and the 2nd loft bedroom is accessed via steep narrow spiral steps. We couldn't get the washing machine to work properly (no centrifuge cycle). I'm sure there is an easy explanation or setting, but we had seen a laundromat nearby so we just washed there in 30 min and hung to dry at home. If there is a good setting for the machine, maybe a sheet with a short set of instructions would be useful. Washing machines are always an adventure!! :-)
• Mike (9/5): great location, large apartment - excellent location, within 50 metres of more than 10 great restaurants and bars a few light bulbs were in need of changing. apartment was on second floor which made it a little difficult with large heavy suitcases, but not that big an issue for a long stay

• Jaroslaw (10/5): Exceptional - Great place; everything within walking distance - close to all major sights of Rome and Vatican. At the same time you sleep in Trastevere which translates into restaurants serving real food for real people, not defrosted pizzas for tourists. The street is relatively quiet for the area with only few cafes and not so much nightlife as in other parts of the district. Great owner, we appreciated no-nonsense approach and assistance.

• Amy (10/5): Perfect Stay - The apartment was located in a sweet, less busy little lane with access to all the best Trastevere has to offer. The building was perfect for all our needs. The beds were comfortable for us all. I would definitely stay here again! Would've been nice to have some soap for the shower but that was a very, very minor issue..

Our flights were delayed and he went out of his way to make sure we got in upon arrival. Location is fantastic right in the middle of the Trastevere district. Not really a negative, the nightlife was a little loud on a couple of evenings, but that is expected if you want to be in the middle of one of the great districts of Rome.

The flat itself was beautiful and spacious, it felt very authentic. The location was absolutely superb! One minor point is that the air con was a bit too loud
