Guest Reviews
- Liliana (10/5): I loved the property very clean and Fernando or Armando I forgot the name was super nice - Great location Everything was good

- Vesna (10/5): - One of the best apartments for me! ✨
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. The apartment is wonderful, everything is perfect, clean, comfortable, with a lovely energy, and the location is amazing ❤️ We would love to stay here again!

A revoir

- Dona Charmilee (10/5): Excellent location! - What is left to say when it is just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain :) The location was amazing with restaurants, souvenir shops just below the apartment. The street was always busy obviously but we enjoyed the crowds singing and dancing along the street towards and from the Trevi fountain. We slept fine. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and the kitchen and dining area was separate to the bedroom which was also spacious and comfortable. It was safe and entrance was with security code and keys. We were able to use the washing machine and dry our clothes in the drying rack provided. Upon check-in we received a welcome pack which included laundry cubes as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Muy bien equipado, súper cómodo!

- Ife (8/5): Very good - The location is 10/10 so close to everything and just super convenient although loud as it’s so close to the trevi. The host is lovely, and very helpful. Was a generally good stay. It is a little dated and the cleanliness reflects that but that is to be expected. For the location and convenience it’s a fair trade off. The toilet the last few days we were there had a strange smell not sure if it’s a plumbing issue. The WiFi/ mobile data is awful in the flat again I assume because of the location, so to make calls or use the internet you just had to stand right by the router which is by the entrance of the flat. Noisy, again just what you get for the location but you aren’t in the flat enough for it to bother you really.
- Kimberly (7/5): Incredible location with great food and walkable to all the major sightseeing - The location is unbeatable, it’s a 30 second walk to the trevi fountain, there’s so much space and being able to open the windows for fresh air was very nice, there’s bonus of the washing machine and kitchenette is a plus too! The smell from the bathroom is a little nauseating, the street noise is definitely loud, but not unbearable (except for the squeaking pigs) but that all dies down around 10-11pm
- Nurul (7/5): Nice - Very big room , clean Problem with internet but the staff look into the matter. Since its really near to the trevi fountain so it is very noisy downstairs but overall is okay.
- Fiona (9/5): Fantastic apartment, great location - The local of this apartment is perfect if you don't mind it being busy. Really close to all the city attractions, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The staff were really helpful and friendly too. The WiFi connection didn't always work and the bathroom doesn't have a window.
- Kim (10/5): Great apartment in the centre of Rome - Excellent location 😁
- Anastasios (7/5): Impressive apartment, good location, noisy, smelly, dirty. - Big and nice apartment, a perfect bedroom and a great location Veeery noisy every morning, the bathroom was extremely smelly (like a pit) and there was poop on the brush. The kitchen was nice, but had a bunch of food like coffee and even sugar that had gone bad since 2021.
So, overall it was a nice apartment with a good location (but very noisy in the morning) that had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom and some old food in the kitchen drawers.
- Marta (7/5): Beware if you want to get any sleep - Great location ( almost too close to Trevi Fountain as the crowds outside don’t stop).
Good size apartment, comfortable for a small family with space to spread out suitcases and enjoy your own space.
Restaurant downstairs good for take away. Don’t think you’ll get any sleep due to noise outside continuing all night long 😩 people traffic doesn’t stop until after 2 am with everyone very happy and yelling at each other, then the rubbish trucks and street cleaners come, followed by deliveries and some construction noise. You might get 15 min naps here and there but if you’re a troubled sleeper this might not be the place for you and although the apartment itself was a great option for us we will definitely not stay there again.
The small sleeping bed really needs to be changed. The way it opens has a step down in the middle of your back and is not something you should sleep on for more than 1 night.
The smell coming out of the bathroom is something else 🤢
There’s only 1 set of keys but you need them to open the 3 sets of doors to get in/out. It’s a safety concern as whoever stays back in the apartment is basically locked in there and can’t get out without a key. Major fire safety issue. Made us really nervous!
- Tanya (6/5): The place is very close to the Trevi. Whilst noisy, it was bearable. The amenities ie fridge were not clean which was un - The location. The amenities were not always clean.
- Mahi (5/5): Great location but poor facilities - The Location was great. The room was too noise. We had to keep the window close due to the noise and the AC doesn't even cool the room. At least if there was fan, that would have been good. The furniture are really old and looks very used and kind of dirty. Only 2 small mirror in the room and old/dirty looking.
- Kristian (8/5): Fantastic stay in this apartment! - Lovely apartment in a great location for sight seeing in Rome. Busy area/street located just next to the Trevi fountain. Great Cafe across the road which sell the best pastries, especially the pistachio croissants! We were met by Andrea who gave us the keys and also gave us recommendations for cafe's and restaurants to visit. Really enjoyed our first time in Rome! The guy stood directly outside the apartment for the full duration of our stay, trying to sell the most annoying squeaky toys. This sounded like a Cat continuously 'Meowing' - Very irritating.
- Nevila (10/5): First the house was very clean. Is better than the photos. It had all the necessities. The location was only steps from - The location was perfect. Home was very clean. Gabriele was very professional and nice. I wish the wifi was a bit stronger but so was Rome in general. In Albania we have free strong wifi in every angel 🤭
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional - Location was amazing. Made the city very accessible The bed mattress felt like it was broken …
- Cecilia (7/5): Good - The convenience of the place is so.
- Dragan (1/5): Bad - We forgot the key in the room at 1 P.M.
The owner of the apartment sent a friend who did not have a spare key. He just kept banging on the door until he opened it. He charged us 150 euros for banging on the door.
The owner of the apartment did not want to respond to our complaint about the price charged by his friend. We do not recommend this apartment.
- Doriana (9/5): Superb -
- Claudia (5/5): NA - the property is right in the heart of Trevi fountain , close to every thing. Due to being to close to the fountain, it was extremely noisy. I knew it would be noisy but not as encountered. Property has no curtains, dissapointing. Toaster and kettle didn't work, I had to ask for a new toaster. Hardly any utensils in the kitchen if you needed to cook ( if it is advertised with a kitchen) I expect a fully equiped kitchen. The sink in the bathroom would block every time you use it and every time we reported something was more of a nuisance for management. At $478 AU I expected better.
- Liana (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (7/5): Good - So close to everything. Short walk to Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. There was lots of space in the unit. Absolute worst part was the noise from outside. You may as well have had no walls or windows in place at all. It did quiet down a bit after 11pm- but the garbage and recycling trucks came every day at 3am and again between 6-7am. If you have any sensitivity to noise, honestly avoid this place at all cost.
The air conditioning didn’t cool down the whole apartment, but it did keep the bedroom cool.
You can’t have the laundry machine going at the same time as the air conditioning, because it trips the fuse - so you’re constantly going out into the hall to reset the breaker.
Wi-Fi is spotty at best. Worked sometimes during the day - but never at night.
There was a sewage smell coming up from both the bidet and the shower drain. We kept the bathroom door closed at all times to keep the smell contained.
I stayed here in 2019 and do feel as if the property has declined quite a bit in the last four years. Not as clean as it could be - and definitely in need of some improvements and small Reno’s.
- Hillorie (9/5): Superb - Steps away from Trevi fountain. Walking distance to all the top spots and Ancient Roman landmarks. Super busy street/area but with lots of shops and vendors for souvenir shopping. Many bus stops nearby that take you in the direction of anything all over the city. Room itself was spacious and bigger than most in Rome. Separate kitchen/dining area with washing machine is a great touch (we didn't use it). Everything worked as expected.
- Molly (8/5): Very good -
- Tabitha (10/5): Home was perfect- great style, will come back - the location, so spacious, COLD a/c!! Had everything you could need- the owner was always so helpful! nothing
- Mariam (10/5): Fantastic location!!! Very friendly host - I recommend the property to all.. Location is amazing, next to Trevi fountain. Apartment is spacious and clean.
Simone is very friendly and nice person
- Nicolae (9/5): Superb -
- Tânia-maria (10/5): Simone our host made our trip extra special. Personable and friendly and willing to show us the must see sights on the m - This is walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. Shops, restaurants and transportation all close by. I am a light sleeper and our apartment is on second floor from restaurants so the noise can be a challenge until about 1a. I put the sleeper chair mattress in main antrance hallway and closed the door to kitchen and bedroom and slept well.
- אילנית (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The apartment is located in a very central location and one should be aware that this area is noisy during day and night. There was not enough hot water in the shower.
