Well furnished comforable apartment. - Location is excellent. 5-10 minute walk to Colosseum, great location for walking to other sites. Metro 2 blocks away, Termini station 20 min walk, lots of restaraunts, shops, pharmacy all just minutes away. Great location for seeing sights in central historical Rome. Host Karen was very helpful, easy to communicate with. Apartment was well furnished and comforable. Small piazza w/fountain behind apartment hosted musical concerts dusk to midnight on Fri - Sun of our stay. Fun to watch & listen while enjoying dinner or gelato; however went on till midnight and could be heard in apartment. Suspect it was a special event and not a regular occurrence, our host was surprised when we asked about it. Aside from that, the piazza is a fun place to rest and people watch with two small restuants and coffee shop right there.
- Paulo (8/5): Great location in Rome! - A perfect location, close to the Colosseum, the Pantheon and many other points of interest in Rome. Karen, the hostess, is very friendly and always available to help. It is a good choice of accommodation! The decor of the apartment could be improved and the bathroom more appropriate, especially the shower cubicle. Besides, the lift cannot be used by guests (?) and the building needs a good cleaning and painting...

- Roman (7/5): Location is great, everything you need is just the next door, but a little noisey. - Great location, everything you need is just by the door. Very noisy, window is in front of a touristy place, and people are hanging out up to 2 AM. Not enough kitchen items. Would be great to have proper glasses.

- Blerta (5/5): Unlike the pictures - The apartment was nicely located close to the Colosseum and a lot of other attractions, shops, bars, restaurants etc. The host was very communicative & helpful with the check in. The state of the apartment is very different from the shiny pictures posted on Booking. The house is very old, the walls are very stained and dirty, the bathroom and kitchen are old and smelly. The house was in general not cleaned. I found many strands of hair, dirt etc around. The shower was small, old, dirty. There is a restaurant below the apartment, and as such the house always smells like fried fish. It is also next to a piazza, where there were loud shows every night I was there, but oh well, I expected the noise in the center of Rome. The airco barely works. I had it on in both rooms, could barely feel a breeze. Lastly, parking is a nightmare in this area, though of course that's not the fault of the apartment owners. Long story short - for nearly 400 euros a night, I was expecting at least the apartment to have a coat of paint, and be properly cleaned.

- Chao (7/5): Good - location, very nice host. no lift, it's so terrible to carry 4 luggage to two floors, my whole body is soaked in sweat. I can see the elevator, but I can't use it, might not be allowed to Airbnb ? The host is nice but the house is too old, doors are too old to open easily.

Not clean, very old entrance and building, poor facilities inside the flat and poor bathroom, we have expected better for 4 star apartment with this price per night, no extra sheets and no cleaning services.

(8/5): Very good - Location is perfect if you want to see famous places walking distance.The apartment is really close to museums and historical places.Lots of restaurants downstairs.Also local shops.Everything you need.The host is super friendly and helpful.She gave me so much information about everything,also helped with airport transfer.Would really recommend.In the apartment I found everything what I need,cleaning products,to maintain the cleanliness during my family stay.The linnen was clean and white,the towels also very white and soft.I felt comfortable during my stay. A bit noisy from the restaurants downstairs,but if you want walking distance you should know that is noisy everywhere in central.The apartment could be reniewed a bit with a paint.But I was ok,nothing broken and worked well.The entrance looking a bit old,but I understand that is old building with some kind of history.I expected to look like that.

- Leire (9/5): Excellent quality and price - Excellent location, spacious apartment for a couple with 3 children. Clean with little furniture and no carpets, big cushions etc. so perfect for allergic people like us. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The stairs were not difficult, I was worried about them as I'm recovering from a complicated ankle fracture. Host was really nice and quick to answer, even if we didn't meet in person. Bathroom could be quickly renewed. Shower is really tiny.

- Ion (10/5): Exceptional - A nice apartament, very close to the Coloseum. We had a realy nice stay here, the kitchen has anything you need. Even if the entrance in the building is strange, the apartment is ok. The windows have a beautifull view to a nice square, a litlle bit to loud sometimes. The entrance in the building and stairs are looking old and unkempt.
