• Gabriele (7/5): War soweit alles ganz nett - Für uns war die Lage ok, U-Bahn und Bus in der Nähe. Im Café nebenan war es sehr gemütlich, Frühstück spitze. Zwei Badezimmer waren toll, leider in die Jahre gekommen. Der kleine Park auf dem Grundstück war super schön. Es waren keine Pflegeprodukte da, bei 8 Kilo Handgepäck haben wir uns fest -wie auch beschrieben- verlassen. Auch lag nur ein alter Putzlappen im Eimer. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es kein Fenster. Das Geschirr gehört etwas angepasst und zwei Weingläser mehr wäre auch schön gewesen

• Anna (7/5): - The location was perfect, very close to the Vatican, the metro, and plenty of shops. The building itself is beautiful, and the private garden was a very nice bonus. Check-in was incredibly easy thanks to the convenient keyless access to the accommodation. The apartment itself was spacious and sufficient for the group of 6 p. Unfortunately, the beds were quite hard, and there were no proper duvets provided, only a thin bed cover. Because the nights were cold, we felt cold as well. However, the most annoying part was the noise. Every night, it sounded like someone was walking back and forth in high heels on a hard floor, even at 4 AM, three nights in a row. Additionally, the noise from the garage gate was very loud and disturbed our sleep several times. I recommend the owner to fix this issue as it is impossible to have a proper sleep in the appartement.

• Wiktoria (10/5): Wyjątkowe miejsce dla rodziny - Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Apartament był bardzo czysty i zadbany, idealny dla naszej całej rodziny, również dla babci. Świetna lokalizacja blisko metro i autobus, dzięki czemu wszędzie można było szybko dojechać. Dużym plusem była też możliwość spaceru do Watykanu w kilka minut. Cicha spokojna okolica. Polecamy serdecznie!

• Nikolay (6/5): Реален отзив - Апартамента е голям, с три отделни стаи две бани и външен двор.Близо е до линия на метро и до магазини или заведения. В дясната баня водата тече изключително бавно и е непостоянно топла ,на моменти студена. В лявата спалня малкото легло е твърдо като без матрак, всяка сутрин около 8 се чува оглушителен шум от вдигащи се решетки на няколко пъти. Климатик има само в едната стая, не бих казал че хигиената и чистотата са на ниво. След престоя собственика ни изпрати снимки на нещо счупено по дивана при положение че той беше използван за една вечер от едно 9 годишно дете за спане без да се разпъва или сгъва. Така беше разпънат и така го оставихме.
• morera (10/5): Ideal para familias numerosas - La Ubicación estuvo perfecta muy buena, pudimos llegar caminando al Vaticano y esa caminata aporto un poco al plan turístico , también tiene un ambiente muy casa local pero acogedor a la vez, muy amplio, cómodo, equipado todo y la atención del encargado. En nuestro caso, fue el tema de ingreso al edifico hubo conflicto en cada ingreso pero se solucionaba fácil con el encargado y que no había lavadora.

• Anton (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and spacious (We were 4 adults with 3 small kids.). It looks even better than the photos. The city transport was very close - 1-2 mins walk to the bus station and 4-5 mins walk to the metro station. The host was very polite and discrete - we met him just once to give him the city tax in time frame chose by us. We had a late flight and he let us store the luggage until needed. Our holiday in Rome was awesome and staying in this apartment was one of the reasons! If I have to be really nit picking - the water pressure in the shower was not strong enough (the pressure in the sinks was strong), there was no cooking tray for the oven (there were more than enough glasses, cups, dishes, pans, cutlery) and the garage door was a bit loud. These three didn't cause any stress at all and didn't reduce the enjoyment of our stay in Rome!

• FABIAN (10/5): - Un alojamiento increible, amplio, cómodo y muy limpio. La calefación funcionaba perfectamente y la presión del agua para ducharse (2 baños) también estaba muy bien...Eramos un grupo de 8 y disfrutamos de un fabuloso jardín. Tenía todo lo indispensable, buena conexión con autobuses, y el metro también. La Ciudad del Vaticano se encontraba a 25 minutos caminando. Excelente atención de Nicolo que siempre estubo pendiente para que nuestra llegada sea correctamente al igual que la salida. La limpieza estaba muy bien, dejándonos todo preparado para nuestra estadía... La entrada al edificio es muy bonita y bien cuidada, Totalmente recomendable Nada que objetar
• Michael (9/5): - Beautiful courtyard! There was plenty of space for our family of 8. King size beds are hard to find in Rome so that was definitely a determining factor. The apartment was clean. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Location was good. We were able to walk to Vatican City but took taxis to and from city center to see the other sites. Bathroom doors didn’t lock. Pillows were a bit flat and beds a little hard. From the room we stayed in we could hear a loud gate opening for the neighboring property all through the night but otherwise relatively quiet location.

• Magdalena (8/5): - The location was very good - 5 minutes walk to underground station, 30 minutes to Basilica San Pietro. There are shops and cafes around so you can easily get sth for the breakfast. The apartments were great for the group of friends visiting Rome. There are some renovation / fixing needed in both apartments: light above the mirror in one of the bathrooms. Lockers for the bathroom doors would be convenient etc.

• Sandi (9/5): - Boa localização perto do transporte público. É possível ir caminhando até o Vaticano. Há bastante opção de restaurantes e mercados nas proximidades. As instalações são confortáveis e ótima limpeza. Recomendo e ficaria novamente. A conexão de wi-fi não é boa, quase não conseguimos utilizar. O sofá da cama da sala também é desconfortável para dormir.
• Monika (10/5): Cudowny czas 🤩 - Byłyśmy w 2 dużych apartamentach łącznie - 20 kobiet. Był to wspaniały czas. Obiekt był bardzo komfortowy, niczego nam nie brakowało. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Szczerze polecam🤩 Jedno łóżko było bardzo twarde. Reszta wygodna i komfortowa. Ogólnie bardzo polecam obiekt!

• Birgitta (7/5): - Both apartments were spacious and great for our big group. Overall the apartments were clean. The public transport is also great. Nicolò was very responsive and fixed a problem with the plumbing in 2 days. The check-in is easy. For the price the apartments were a bit neglected. A few things were broken (cistern, bed, coffee machine) and the shower heads in desperate need of descaling (which we took care of). Also the big mattresses were quite worn out.

• Mariana (10/5): Ótimo apartamento - Apartamento muito espaçoso, nosso grupo era de 5 pessoas mas acomodaria facilmente mais algumas sem problema. Os quartos são amplos, tem dois banheiros, uma sala ampla com ante sala, uma cozinha pequena mas bem equipada e um belo jardim. Fica no primeiro andar de um prédio charmosos próximo ao Vaticano, tem cafeterias e mercados perto, e a estação de metrô fica na rua da frente a poucos metros, foi muito fácil de deslocar pela cidade e voltar ao apartamento mesmo sendo um pouco mais afastado do centro histórico. Nicolo, nosso anfitrião, foi extremamente solicito e prestativo durante todo o processo da hospedagem, desde a reserva até o checkout, sempre respondendo rápido, fornecendo informações e atendendo nossas necessidades. Tudo estava limpo e organizado quando chegamos. Foi uma ótima estadia. Não teve nada que não gostamos
• agus1234 (7/5): Estuvo bien - La entrada al departamento es preciosa, hermosas las plantas. El departamento en si es muy amplio, tiene lavarropas, lo cual es muy bueno. Esta bastante alejado pero la zona es muy linda y esta bien comunicada con el centro turístico con metro y bus. Había olor a humedad, tal vez ayudaría poner un difusor o algo. El colchón del sillón en el comedor era bastante finito y todas las camas hacían bastante ruido. Los dos inodoros perdían y las duchas son pequeñas

• Viltare (7/5): Apartment next to metro - Very good location, not far from metro that takes you to the city center. The apartment is in a closed yard, which is nice. It has 2 bathrooms, so it is nice if you travel as 2 families. Communication with owner was great, I appreciate it! Apartment is a bit neglected, the shower was bit rusty, part of toilet were falling down. Also there is no space to sit in the garden, that’s a big pitty! Even though the apartment in located in a closed yard, there is a huge noise from a very busy street.

• Eduardo (9/5): Good location, host very responsive. It's worth it. - The easy check-in, using door code. The location is near to the metro station. Place has air condicioner which was helpful in June. Price could be better.

• Aniko (9/5): Comfortable, spacious, beautiful apartment. Perfect for a short stay in Rome. - Lovely house near Vatican city. Few minutes walk from underground station. The beautiful, spacious apartment was clean and very comfortable and very easy to access with the code provided by the host. It was easy to contact the host, via various options (booking.com, whatsapp). It is also close (10-15 minutes walk) to a bus/coach station to and from the airport. We felt that the kitchen appliances were simple, but adequate and enough for our short stay. There were soap, shampoo, towels provided. We had a lovely time, thank you! The towels; although they were clean and soft; smelt a little as if they were from a not smoke-free house.

• Lynn (10/5): Excellent accomodations - highly recommend! - Vatican House Apartment is a large apartment with big bedrooms and tastefully decorated. It was clean, bright and welcoming. There is a huge outdoor living space which was fantastic for meals and where the kids enjoyed playing. Grocery stores, patisseries and gelato all within a few minutes walk. Bus route a block away. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

• Cutter (10/5): Great Place, Great Location, Great Host - Would highly recommend!!! - Nicolo' was a great host. He sorted out the baby cot for our son on the day of our arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and clean throughout. The showers were great and the location was perfect for commuting to the centre of Rome with the metro station being a short walk across the road. We used the laundry facilities in the apartment too! I have nothing negative to say about this stay. We would definitely recommend VHA to everyone. It's location away from the centre keeps it nice and peaceful but not too far away to walk in if needed. The air con worked a treat as it was 37 degrees whilst we were there. It kept us cool during the night so we could all sleep and get some relief from the intense heat in Rome. The positives of this place definitely make you want to return. It really is great! We had a power cut but it was very minor and a call to Nicolo' and it was sorted within 5-10 mins. You just need to not use too much electricity all at once. It was that brief it barely needs mentioning. Nicolo was certainly at hand to deal with this situation even on the national holiday that this occurred on.
