• MOZET (8/5): - L’emplacement vraiment bien + la terrasse Cuisine vraiment très petite Salle de bain petite. Pas de pression dans la douche si on voulait de l’eau chaude. Lave vaisselle n’a pas rien lavé. Un peu juste pour 4 si on voulait manger à l’intérieur. Manque un parasol pour la terrasse. Matelas de la chambre très mou.

• MAIDER (8/5): - La ubicación y la terraza. La cocina era muy pequeña y poco practicable. El sofá cama es muy incomodo y difícil de recoger y abrir.
• Martin (1/5): Was really disappointed really spoiled or stay in Rome will think twice before believing what I read on Booking.com abou - Didn’t like anything about the property The property was dirty had mould growing on the bathroom stains at all. The furniture bedding has stains on there electric cap turning off no heating very cold. very dirty if you turn on the Cooper in the kitchen it would knock all the electric off in the apartment complaint to the owners. Text me back and told we’d look for the fuse box by the door never offered to come to Repaire it never offered to follow up on that find out we could not use the kitchen we had to eat out all the time stayed out of the property as much as possible because of the mould that was growing in the bathroom I will be uploading pics

• Correia (6/5): Localização perfeita, remodelação necessária. - A melhor localização possível. Estávamos à distância a pé de todas as atrações de Roma. No apartamento não se ouve qualquer ruído da rua, nem dos apartamentos vizinhos. O apartamento está a precisar de uma remodelação. A banheira é muito estreita, o que obriga a que tenhamos de estar de lado para tomar duche. Os colchões (da cama e do sofá cama) estão a precisar de ser substituídos.
• Martha (1/5): Πολύ δύσκολη η διαμονή μας σε αυτό το κατάλυμα. - Η τοποθεσία 1ον. Η καθαριότητα. Ενώ πήγαμε στην ώρα που προτείνει το κατάλυμα για check -in το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν έτοιμο. Δεν είχε πάει το συνεργείο καθαριότητας με αποτέλεσμα να τριγυρνάμε εγώ, ο συζυγος μου κ τα 2 μικρά παιδιά μου επι 2.30 ώρες μεχρι ν καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο. 2ον ο καναπές που κοιμηθήκαμε εγώ και ο σύζυγος μου ήταν απαράδεκτο. Κοιμόμασταν πάνω σε σίδερα. κ το κρεβάτι που κοιμηθήκαν τα παιδιά μου ήταν το ίδιο χάλια.ανυπομονουσα να τελειώσει η διαμονή μου στο κατάλυμα αυτό γιατί ήμουν άυπνη 3 μέρες!
• MPBLANC (8/5): Idéal pour visiter cette ville magnifique. - Accueil charmant, nous avons reçu de nombreuses informations. L'emplacement est idéal, l'appartement est joliment décoré, calme avec une charmante terrasse. La salle de bains nécessiterait quelques travaux de rénovation afin d'assurer sa propreté.

• Pamela (5/5): we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but it wasn’t due to the property! This needs to be updated before charging such an exorb - loved the location and terrace which were our main attraction to the apartment Unfortunately there were several large problems! I sat on the cute little chair and narrowly missed my head on the stone fireplace, its back had been broken!! Not visible The fridge/freezer was broken the door to freezer compartment completely missing! this should have been pointed out. We had ruined food that completely froze!! Then it leaked water all over kitchen. There was no dishwasher so no dish drainer to dry dishes! no broom or mop etc to sweep up crumbs or the multitude of ants.

• Inge (6/5): Great location, but needs urgent maintenance Appartment with character - The location is good, the small terrace is really pleasant. The property needs a major clean -up. Walls, curtains bathroom mold etc., mattresses replaced, better sofa bed - too small for teens-.

• Elena (10/5): Coming back - The apartment is spacious. It was lovely to spend some time on the terrace in the mornings and evenings. We could also enjoy a relaxing bath. Attention, the elevator doesn't take you to the last floor and it can be difficult transporting heavy luggage.
