• Mariano (10/5): Muy completo , y con todas las comodidades , volveria a repetir. - El apartamento muy comodo y comfortable , con todas las comodidades , el colchon muy comodo .Muy recomendable , sin duda volveria a repetir. La recogida de llaves fue un poco complicada por la aplicacion de registro , los codigos de acceso , pero el personal fue muy colaborador. La Wifi que no la llegue a utilizar porque no entraba , aunque me dieron otras alternativas que no llegue a utilizar porque por error al reservar fechas solo estuve una noche.

• Alexander (10/5): We had excellent time while staing here. - Very cozy apartment and excellent location - just few minutes walk from major streets with night life and restaurants, the public transportation stations is just on site. In addition to this, the railway station is very close( ~20 minutes walk or just few minutes in public transportation). The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed. In addition we got pretty fast answers for any questions we had from the host.

• Paola Ginestra (8/5): - Tutto ottimo, ampiamente per tre persone, non di più. Il divano letto è vicino alla porta di ingresso che essendo molto sottile non offre isolamento acustico. La camera da sul cortile interno ma ci sono delle efficientissime persiane interne che offrono privacy perfettamente. Ci sono diversi asciugamani, il ferro da stiro, le cialde per il caffè, molto apprezzato!

Some noisy neighbors , but is it not the apartments’ responsibility

El acceso al apartamento era muy fácil por medio de una app. Y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar tranquilo. La ubicación es excepcional cerca de restaurantes, a unos cuantos minutos de todos los destinos turísticos andando y con gran facilidad de medios de transporte a menos de un minuto de la salida del apartamento

Volveria. - Ubicacion estrategica,cerca de todo,pizzerias,supermercados,paradas de autobus y tranvia,a 1500 metros de la estacion de trenes Trastevere.El departamento tenia todo lo necesario para vivir,no faltaba nada.
• Martim (10/5): Perfekt für Trips nach Rom egal von welcher Länge! - Die Unterkunft is super ausgestattet, alles was auf der Seite steht ist vorhanden. Zwei Badezimmer sind absoluter Luxus! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, das Bett ist gemütlich. Man sieht auf den Bildern, dass die Fenster Erdgeschoss sind, sie führen aber in einen ruhigen Innenhof und sind mit Gitter und Insektenschutz ausgestattet, wir hatten in der Nacht immer alle Fenster offen. Klimaanlage ist in beiden Zimmern und funktioniert super. In der Wohnung sind auch Ersatzhandtücher und Bettwäsche sowie jegliche Putzutensilien. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Alles hat gepasst.

• Amjala (9/5): EMA Mini ganz gross! - Ein schönes geräumiges Appartment, qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet, für 2 Personen ideal. Ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Sehr gute Heizung. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Alessandra ist sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und entgegenkommend gewesen. Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht mitten im Trubel von Trastevere, aber in 5 Minuten da. Zum essen, einkaufen und ausgehen perfekt. Auch sonst sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut fussläufig erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Apartment buchen. Einiges an hörbarem Durchgangsverkehr im Hausflur, aber das hört am frühen Abend auf.

• VIKTAR (10/5): Хозяева заботятся о своих гостях - Большие комнаты, есть всё для стирки и чтобы приготовить и помыть посуду, соль и специи. Большая кровать, спать удобно. Доступ в помещение через браузер. Уютный район. Легко добраться до центра пешком и до аэропорта через вокзал. Рядом carufure и много ресторанов. Интернет работал хорошо.

• Harry (10/5): Ideal apartment near the heart of Rome! - For those who choose not to be confined to a claustrophobic, tiny hotel room, this well appointed one bedroom apartment is a great alternative. With about a 20 minute walk to cross the river into the center of Rome, the location can’t be beat. The kitchen as well, equipped, there are two bathrooms, a washing machine, and heating air conditioning in both main rooms. For those that would like to be a little bit outside of the intense activity of the center of Rome, there is a wonderful nightlife nearby on the Main Street in Trastevere and the manager/owner of the apartment is fantastic and accessible most of the time. there was some delicious coffee and cream kitchen. Basics included. The refrigerator/freezer is a good quality and size. At a little more than €200 per night, this apartment is an excellent choice for those who, like to self cater. There wasn’t really anything not to like here. The only minor thing worth mentioning is the doors of the building and apartment are electronic. For those that prefer a manual lock, you cannot use a key here.

WiFi - We liked the location (close to the sightseeing spots, public transport stops, restaurants and free parking places nearby!), cleanliness and amenities in the flat. 1. Not working WiFi - it was critical for us to have it available but unfortunately it didn't work during the whole our stay. I complained about it to the owner several times but she told me that "there are no problems on our side, all should work fine", even though it clearly didn't work for all three of our devices. The password was wrong and she couldn't find the right one. 2. Awful soundproofing - we heard virtually every sound from the staircase, it seemed like the door is not fully closed. 3. Quirky stove - we had to spend some time to adapt manipulating the burners so that you don't need to stay beside them constantly and monitor that it all goes as expected.
• Anton (8/5): Nice place near Trastevere. Ground floor. - It's new and we'll designed. All the furniture is new and clean. It smells nice. If you need to sleep on the sofa, the noise from the building main entrance is very high. The bedroom is quiet. They don't have late evening service. We needed second pair of sheets, but we had to wait until the morning.

• Linda (9/5): - Location was superb, safe for solo traveler, walking distance (less than 30 -40 mins) to most of famous sites. On the ground floor a few steps to get in. Well stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking utensils). Very quiet, clean and well proportioned rooms, with very good water pressure in the shower. lots of storage, excellent for long term or short term use. Nearby there is everything you need. Host is very quick to respond, very polite and helpful, provided lots of useful information, spoke perfect English. Fantastically convenient and hassle free access, check in and check out. Nothing particularly important, two tiny comments: As you open the door there is a step down that is a bit unexpected, the lights have cool bulbs, warm bulbs would have been preferred. Otherwise, it was excellent.

The apartment was very clean A little noisy for the person sleeping in the main room as it was right beside the main door. It was a little bit difficult to get into the main door of building as the main door was locked and my phone did not have data or wifi to get in touch with anyone to get into main building.

The bus station is exactly - It is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and sparkling clean. It is the perfect size for one or two people, it even has two bathrooms! the door from the building was broken - but it did not affect the stay in any way
