Simon (8/5): Hit and miss - Huge modern apartment with a really good sized balcony,good public transport to Rome centre. No hot water in either of the bathroom sinks tor the kitchen sink. No heating and it was cold.

Les ressorts sont usés. Il faut changer la literie. Et, il serait agréable d'avoir un paravent à déplier pour protège l'intimité du canapé dans la cuisine.

Doreen (9/5): - Große, saubere Wohnung mit großem Balkon, in einem tollen Wohnkomplex, der überwacht wird. Lift vorhanden. Bushaltestelle vor Ort- dann mit Metro weiter ins Zentrum ca.1 Stunde Fahrt. Auto steht sicher in einer Garage, welche sich in einem anderen Komplex befindet. Ein- und Auspacken etwas problematisch. Küchenausstattung müsste erneuert und aufgestockt werden. Warmwasserproblem! Whirpoolbadewanne konnte nicht genutzt, da kein warmes Wasser. Nur Kaffeeautomat mit Pads.

Capisco tutto ,ma questa volta la gestione è stata pessima su tutti gli aspetti .

Juan jose (4/5): DECEPCIONANTE - El piso tenía 2 habitaciones , 2 baños , salon, cocina y terraza . Lo que más nos gustó fué la propia urbanización que era muy tranquila y nueva . El piso también se veía que no tenía muchos años de construcción moderno con persianas motorizadas . La zona también es tranquila y segura con supermercados cerca . La cama de matrimonio es como una tabla insufrible.No pudimos descansar ninguna noche. El sofá cama para un adulto sería impensable durmieron 2 de mis hijos y era muy fino y viejo el colchón insoportable,nos dimos cuenta que le habían metido cojines al sofá debajo del colchón. Otro dormitorio con cama nido tenía colchones con muebles incómodisimos solo aptos para niños pequeños.No dejaron mantas ni edredones solo un par de mantas finas de las que usas para ver pelis en el sofá. Pasamos frío todos. Solo dejaron 1 toalla para cada uno durante 5 días y sin secadora no daba tiempo a que se secaran de un día para otro.El lavavajillas estaba roto se lo dijimos a la dueña pero nos dijo que el día anterior funcionaba cosas que nos extraña y no dio solución ninguna.El mando de la TV estaba descodificado no iba no pudimos usarlo.No había NETFLIX como se anuncia, también se anunciaba productos de aseo personal y solo dejaron 1 rollo de papel higiénico en cada baño y jabón de manos, no había gel ni champú.Había una secadora que no funcionaba. Cajones partidos , puerta del baño rota, wc sin tapadera, persiana de un baño rota,4 perchas en uno de los armarios solamente no había más,no dejaron fregona ni productos para limpiar solo detergente para los platos 1 estropajo y 1 trapo de cocina, no hay ni una sola sartén solo ollas. En el salón no hay cortina por lo tanto debes bajar la persiana para que no te vean los vecinos.Reservamos parking y nos dijeron que estaba ocupado así que aparcamos los 5 días en la calle aunque nunca nos costó trabajo aparcar.La comunicación con la dueña tampoco fue buena desde que reservamos mandamos varios mensajes y WhatsApp que no nos respondía nadie hasta que ya insistí diciéndole que no me sentía segura con la reserva si no me contestaba nadie. Al llegar tampoco fué nadie solo nos dieron indicaciones por WhatsApp. El piso es muy nuevo pero la dueña no lo mantiene para una estancia cómoda no repetiría y no lo recomiendo. Eugenio (9/5): - Um apartamento de padrão superior. Muito novo, moderno, com boa decoração. Completamente funcional, equipamentos recentes. A piscina do condomínio foi útil para os finais de dia no verão. Foi uma agradável experiência se hospedar nesse apartamento. O bairro é muito tranquilo. Há centro comercial com hipermercado nas proximidades. Nada a apontar. A título informativo: como se trata de um piso localizado em área distante do centro, para turistas que chegam sem transporte próprio, deve ser um pouco difícil se deslocar a pontos de interesse. Como fizemos a viagem com carro alugado, para nós foi ideal.

A 10 min en voiture d'un parking situé à la station de métro conca d'oro sur la ligne B1. 1,50€ les 12h, c'est particulièrement appréciable ! A environ 45 min du centre de Rome, porte à porte. Tal (10/5): דירה מקסימה מרווחת, חדשה עם כל הפונקציות בבית נוח. ממש מומלץ - קודם כל הצוות שמנהל את הדירות היה מאוד אדיב ומנומס. קיבלנו דירה בבניין החדש והכל היה מאוד נוח ונקי. הדירה נמצאת ממש מתחת לקניון בו ניתן לקנות סים לאינטרנט בזול וסולרמרקט ענק וזול עם פירות ממש טובים. בדירה יש הכל. אפשר לבשל שם בכיף. המיטות היו נוחות והדירה הייתה מאוד מרווחת עם שני מרפסות אחת ענקית ואחת קטנה יותר. יש מכונת כביסה ממש כיף ונוח. מבחינת מיקום מדובר בקו אחד או שניים ואתם בכל מרכז שתרצו. אנחנו השתמשנו לרוב בהזמנת מוניות מקומיות שממש חיכתה לנו מתחת לבניין. הבניין חדש. נקי. ומטופח. בהחלט אופצייה נפלאה לזוג עם 4 ילדים ואפילו לזוג לבד. ממש מומלץ. אגב המסעדה למטה לטעמנו פחות מומלצת. הכל היה מעולה

Jansens (8/5): Very good - Self catering accommodation and I liked that the owner of the property communicated in English and made it easy for me to get the keys after we had a delay with our rental car. I am also happy that there was coffee and a hair dryer, because after only arriving very late, those two things were very much appreciated the next morning. Due to our delay upon arrival, I was not able to meet the owner and therefor had to pause in the middle of my holiday to and wait up to 50 minutes to meet just in order to pay the tourist tax. The good news is that I was able to pay by card.
Elisabeth (10/5): A Miami feel but in Rome - Location was clean and comfortable. Washing machine on the balcony came in handy. The pool was refreshing for hot days in Rome. Taking the bus into the city was easy and the supermarket across the street was convenient for food and drink. Very secure location Communication with the host could be improved upon. It would be easier to discuss matter on WhatsApp

Spoltore (4/5): Beautiful room but impractical if intention is to visit the heart of Rome. - The property was modern, well decorated and spacious. Overall a beautiful property. It is also close to Villagio Talenti so there is access to grocery, a bank and shopping. This property is not ideal for foreigners. The hosts were not available to let us in when we arrived and didn’t answer the phone when called. It took about an hour to get access to the room. The property was advertised as being close to the city centre. This is unfortunately not the case. It takes 40 mins to get to the major tourist sites from the property, and obtaining an Uber is next to impossible due to traffic. The internet was also very weak and the gatekeeper is extremely rude and unhelpful. The property also advertised a pool which was closed when we got there. The pool only opens mid-July until September despite what the advertisement indicates. The hosts do not answer messages and don’t speak English. Overall poor customer service.

James (6/5): The bed that ruined my Roman Holiday - The house is big and has all the smart facilities with good internet There is Parking available close to the house. The Beds in the house were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced, especially one of the matresses in the small bedroom had its spring poking out. As a result the bed annoyed my wife and my wife annoyed me and eventually the trip kinda got upset slightly. The house is located outside Rome and would be hard to get around with public transport.

Matt (5/5): Passable - MY FIRST REAL DISAPPOINTMENT WITH A AIRB&B, NO COMMUNICATION AFTER BOOKING, OR TO LET US KNOW THEY WERE WAITING FOR US, WHILE THE PROPERTY HAS POTENTIAL I THINK THEY RUSHED TO RENT IT BEFORE THEY WERE READY . WE ARE NOT FROM ITALY, THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO US THE COFFEE MAKER, OVEN OR OUTDOOR GRILL, NO INFO ABOUT THE AREA . IT SAYS SLEEPS 5 COMFORTABLY BUT THE PULL OUT BED WAS FALLING APART WITH A 3" FOAM MATTRESS, ONE BED HAD NO SHEETS, AND THE OTHER MATTRESS'S ARE NOT COMFY ONE BATHROOM SINK WAS LEAKING. WHEN THEY LET US IN THE ROOM THEY HAD US SIGN THE WAIVER AND OUT THE DOOR THEY WENT. A FEW UPGRADES AND BETTER COMMUNICATION AND THE PLACE WOULD BE GOOD
Jessica (6/5): Pleasant - The property itself was absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 4. The balcony was gorgeous. We didn’t get to enjoy the property as much as we were out exploring the city for the majority of the day. Communication with the host was lackluster at best. I tried reaching out prior to our stay and never received a response. When we arrived at the airport I called the number listed on my confirmation and they told me that they would have the owners reach out to me. After that, I was getting emails in Italian asking when we would arrive and that we had to finish “registering”. Then I didn’t hear from them for 2 days. It was disorganized and lacking clear direction of what was actually needed to be done.

Anamaria (1/5): The worst stay because the host - In general the apartment was fine, clean. It has a nice view and it is in a quiet quartier. But the beds were the worst. I chose that apartment because it has washing machine, but it did not work. I tried to contact the host, but never answered. So I contacted the Customer Service telling the problem, and the host almost immediatly answered to me, saying that Im wrong, that the washing machine is working etc etc, that person is not nice at all, I trully not recomended. The worst experience with the Host, which is not a host, never answer, and when it does, not saying the truth.

Lubova (8/5): Very good - Excellent apartment, nice swimming pool. No issues with access, swimming hats required. Great host, very pleasant communication and great response. Easy access to Rome city centre by bus and metro. Shopping centre around the corner. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Adults ended up sleeping on the floor for 10 days. There was one double bed and a couch. The couch was broken, falling apart. Was impossible to sleep on it. All squeaky and uncomfortable. So, this was the only downside. Also apartment advertised with toiletries provided etc. Obviously, there was nothing. No towels were changed or sheets over 10 days. So, we had to wash every ourselves and buy all the cleaning stuff.

Jessica (6/5): Apartment would be so much better if they had better management. - It’s a very nice and clean apartment. Pool was decent even though you needed to call for a reservation. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. We didn’t even hear from them about how to get in or where to go until the morning of. Our air conditioning didn’t work and it was 100 degrees outside- literally. Again- couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help us. Location is also not near any sort of public transport so be prepared to spend A LOT of money getting into city center.

Nnamdi (10/5): Very peaceful - Clean and spacious with many household amenities. Good internet as well. The laundry machine is tucked away on the balcony. We were not told where the laundry is but we accidentally discovered it. Please tell your clients where to find the laundry machine.
Laura (9/5): Superb - Loved this place. The apartment was very spacious and clean. All beds including sofa bed are comfortable too. Supermarket around the corner and bus stop over the road to catch metro into Rome, was able to catch the bus with luggage back to the metro to get to the train station when leaving too. Air con didn't work although owner tried to programme it. Luckily it wasn't too much of an issue as opening windows at night with fly screens was ok. Also pool wasn't open which was a massive disappointment. We stayed until 5th June.

Aleksandar (8/5): Very good - Excellent big apartment with beautiful big terrace. Easy to get to metro station JONIO and center of Rome. Excellent Wi-Fi. Because of car robbery we had discount from owner. We have agreed with owner early check in by messages. We were forced to wait for two hours to get in to apartment. It is not safe to leave car on parking place, one of our cars was robbed. There is no parking reservation.
