• Aida (9/5): Smeštaj koji bih preporučila svojim prijateljima. - Sve je bilo onako kako je opisano. Vlasnik nam je omogućio ostavljanje prtljaga pre vremena određenog za prijavljivanje u apartmanu, što nam je puno značilo. U apartmanu ima svega što je potrebno za udoban boravak i dobar je internet. Metro stanica je udaljena 7-8 minuta od apartmana i za isto toliko vremena se stiže do centra. Nama nije smetalo, ali je činjenica da se u apartmanu čuju zvuci zatvaranja ulaznih vrata u zgradu i korišćenja lifta.

• Alessandro (10/5): Eccellente! - Martino e' un ottimo host. L'appartamento e' super pulito e centrale con supermercati e ristoranti a 5 minuti a piedi. La fermata della metro e' nelle vicinanze e il soggiorno e' stato perfetto. Molto raccomandato.
• maureen59 (8/5): Struttura ideale a Roma - Monolocale molto carino arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort. La struttura è a circa dieci-quindici minuti a piedi da una fermata della metro A, quindi l' ideale per chi arriva da Roma Termini. Si trova in una zona dove abbondano ogni sorta di ristoranti, supermercati, negozi ecc., e proprio a fianco si trova una pizzeria che fa una pizza buonissima. La struttura era pulita, ma ciò che mi ha colpito di più è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario, pronto a risolvere tempestivamente ogni problema che potrebbe sorgere. Tutto a posto.
• Geneviève (9/5): séjour tout à fait satisfaisant - Nous avons apprécié l'espace ,la propreté du studio , la grande salle de bain , les petits commerçants pour se ravitailler et surtout la proximité du métro qui permettait d aller directement vers de de nombreux centre d'intérêt : Forum, Vatican, etc et la gentillesse de notre hôte qui a répondu à toutes nos questions Il ne faisait pas froid mais il n'y avait pas de couverture , seulement une couette pas très épaisse on aurait aussi apprécié un grille pain
• Miroslava (8/5): Príjemný pobyt v Ríme - Priestranný byt umiestnený na prízemí, s dobrým vybavením. Mali sme všetko, čo sme potrebovali (v kuchynke sme našli od panvíc, cez príbor, všetko, nič nám nechýbalo, základné potraviny, priestranná chladnička, stôl, dostatok ukladacieho priestoru, priestranná kúpelňa s práčkou, dobrá dostupnosť na metro - dobra dostupnost do mesta aj z letiska (ciampino). Majiteľ nápomocný - odporucil nam miesta v okolí, vyšiel nám vždy v ústrety. Vedľa bytu je pizzeria, čiže sme si vedeli chytro zabezpečiť večeru. V okolí potraviny, kaviarne, reštaurácie. Ráno sme raňajkovali v okolitych kaviarnickach. Výborný pomer cena- kvalita Čisto Odpovedá fotkám na bookingu, dokonca je miesto v realite príjemnejšie. Počuť všetko z chodby - byt je na prízemí, čiže počuť každé otvorenie dverí. Rozvŕzganá posteľ.

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, bagno con doccia grande. La fermata della metro è vicinissima. Niente, tutto è andato bene!

• Vadim (10/5): - Все отлично. Понятно, что это студия, но для данного района соотношение цена/качество прекрасное. Вживую выглядит гораздо лучше и больше, чем на фото. Рядом туча супермаркетов, пиццерий, джелатерий, 2 станции метро, ж/д станция Тусколана в пешей доступности. Район нам очень нравится. Хозяину особая благодарность за участие в решении проблемы с транспортом во время забастовки. Надеемся вернуться сюда снова.

• Szymin (8/5): Udany pobyt w Rzymie u Martino! - ​Kontakt z właścicielem oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Był pomocny, interesował się etapami mojej podróży i zawsze szybko odpisywał na wiadomości. ​Sam apartament znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, zaledwie 7 minut spacerem od stacji metra i przystanków autobusowych. W pobliżu znajdują się liczne kawiarnie, sklepy, supermarkety, a nawet McDonald's, a także duży park i kościół. ​Mimo że apartament nie jest najnowszy, nadrabia to swoim klimatem, przestronnością i doskonałym położeniem. Składa się z dużego pokoju z aneksem kuchennym oraz przestronnej łazienki z oknem, wyposażonej w prysznic, pralkę i bidet. W pokoju do dyspozycji gości jest telewizor, szybkie Wi-Fi, żelazko, deska do prasowania, a nawet dwa parasole. ​Aneks kuchenny jest dobrze wyposażony. Znajdują się w nim piekarnik, płyta gazowa, kuchenka mikrofalowa, komplet sztućców, kubków i talerzy, a także podstawowe garnki, patelnie oraz lodówka z zamrażalnikiem. Pokój był czysty, a na miejscu czekała na mnie świeża, biała pościel i komplet ręczników wraz z jednorazowymi kosmetykami. Zgadzam się z poprzednimi opiniami na temat słabego wygłuszenia drzwi. Niestety, słychać każde wejście i wyjście, a głośne zamykanie drzwi do klatki jest uciążliwe. Łóżko wymaga poprawy, ponieważ po prostu skrzypi. Pomimo tych niedogodności, oboje byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i czuliśmy się wypoczęci.

Close to the metro station and a few bus stops. It is really easy to get to the city center. Few supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Inside of the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Everything that you may need during your stay is available inside. Gas stove (not usual in our country)

• Venita (8/5): Rome in July - The location was in a residential area outside Rome CBD. Very few tourists. Lovely eateries, bakeries, convenience stores, and a beautiful cathedral around the corner. Fairly quiet. Nice area for early morning runs. The unit is right by the front door, so it is easy to get to with heavy luggage. Lots of space for luggage. You have to take the metro or the bus to the Centro of Rome. Maybe do an inventory of the kitchen and let a guest know there is no sugar, coffee, or tea.

• Mario (3/5): Try t o look for a better choice. Believe me !!! - The apartment is spacious and bright. First of all, the host responds very late (if at all). The mattress is terrible, and if you don't have back problems - you will have them when you leave. The Wi-Fi service is very intermittent and slow. Finally, the place is extremely noisy, you hear all the noises in the entrance hall and from neighbors.
• Linelle (5/5): Nice location but need some deep cleaning in bathroom. - Close to many stores, restaurants, coffee shops and most importantly the Metro. Has a washer with well equipped kitchen. A lot of black mold in the bathroom, in the shower, toilet and on the walls. Mattress was not comfortable. Shower was also clogged and water would drain very slowly.
• Katarzyna (9/5): Superb - The flat is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom. It has a very convenient location - close to the metro station and bus stop. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Noise behind the walls coming from the pizzeria.
• Alexandru (5/5): Passable - Shower pear broken (spreading the water), foen broken and binded with scotch, mold on walls, mold on wc, shower sewage clogged/water overflowing, ugly view from window (which was not apparent from the picture on booking), old furniture in the room, repeated clacking metalic noise from the entrance door bothersome in the mornings.

• Αλέξανδρος (9/5): A nice appartment in good location - Great location near the Metro Station and Railway Station (Roma Tuscolana) connected directly with Fiumicino airport. Lots of shops nearby to buy food. Very clean and spacious (for a family of three) appartment. Well equiped cuisine and washing machine. Excellent mattreses. Value for money in total. All details were found to be in accordance with the description and the previous comments. Some minor repair work on the cupboards and walls need to be done. Check-in was was quite troublesome: The originally provided telephone number never replied. An alternative number has not answered by texting and we had to wait outside for 15 mins in light rain before a guy living in the same buliding kindly let us in. Then, we entered the appartment using the key box and after a while we managed to make contact with a lady. During our stay we have neither met the guy we have talked with via booking nor somebody else.

• Johanna (9/5): Seven very good sleeps at the little apartment with the stuff you’ll need! - The apartment was near by metro station (by foot only 10 minutes) and we got to go everywhere we wanted by metro. The supermarkets were also near which was good! The noises which came from the pizzeria from next door were little bit annoying but we got used to it. Everything else were good!

• Guzmán (9/5): Overall, great location to explore Rome. I'll return if given the chance - The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to our questions. The building was a little old, but perfectly placed on a great neighborhood between 2 metro stations. As the building is older, the walls were thin and you could hear the neighbors (or the alarm clock someone forgot to disconnect before going out of town).

• Petros (10/5): Experience more typical living here - Great location in a quiet part away from the city center. Easily accessible by bus (with right timing). Still plenty to do locally if one doesn't want to travel to the center. Room was spacious and had many useful amenities. Nice private space not shared with anyone else. Very clean. The internet was ridiculously fast. Laundry machine is a plus Maybe difficult for the air conditioner to cool down such a large space in a reasonable time, but perfect for sleeping. Little bit if mold in the shower caulking can be easily cleaned with bleach, nothing unsanitary
