Le cose negative di questa casa solo le porte camera e bagno che ingombrano la stanza, la mancanza di ciabatte monouso e l odore di toilette in bagno.

• Valeria (7/5): Posizione eccellente ma qualcosa da migliorare. - La posizione L’ascensore aveva seri problemi e funzionava 1 volta sì e 3 volte no. Ho dovuto portare bagagli pesantissimi a piedi giù per due piani di scale. Lo sciacquone del water non scarica neanche un pezzetto di carta igienica, tanto che ho dovuto usare il cestino della spazzatura come sciacquone, riempirlo d’acqua sotto la doccia e svuotarlo nel wc ogni santa volta che entravo in bagno. La struttura non ha vista come invece indicato nella descrizione di booking (le finestre danno su un cortile interno).

• Natalia (9/5): Diferente, mas legal. - Excelente localização, foi possível fazer check-in antecipadamente mediante disponibilidade, funcionária prestativa com as informações. Tinha microondas, geladeira, café e água de cortesia. Mini-cozinha equipada para o preparo de refeições rápidas. A recepção fica em outro prédio e não está bem sinalizado onde é o apartamento, precisando de assistência. A água quente do chuveiro acaba rápido. A funcionária nos informou que é por conta da forma de aquecimento da água na região. Atende bem banhos rápidos. O box é pequeno. Havia uma obra próxima e o barulho começava a partir das 7 da manhã.

The shower water was hot then cold within 5 minutes then cold so ended up with cold showers. The toilet wouldn’t flush property after several Attempts terrible smell coming from toilet. Cutlery Not enough for three people only 1 big plate then bowls. 2 big Glass 1 tiny and 2 Mugs there was three of us. Wrappers under sofa bed. Apartment not cleaned till day four. Very little support as Hotel guess are priority. They did give us bed sheets when my Kids were sick with Virus and fever then cleaned the day after. I had to clean to Floor myself with Sprays which was fine. Plus to top it off construction in courtyard under our thin windows Metal pipes clanging builders shouting absolutely awful would not recommend to any Families to stay there.

• Natasha (9/5): Perfect location in Rome - Amazing location right next to Spanish steps right in the heart of Rome so great walking distance to all main attractions. Very roomy to have a bedroom with living / dining / kitchen areas. Great air conditioning to keep apartment very cool and refreshing. Apartment is on 1st floor and there is a lift so no need to lug suitcases up stairs. Good communication with staff very responsive over messages to coordinate check in time and key pick up. Not major issues but hot water didn’t last long, toilet system is old (can’t flush toilet paper) and bed was two singles put together.

• Nathalie (8/5): Splendid locatio, comfortable bed and great privacy - Superb location. Confortable beds It missed quite some inventory such as glasses and dishes. As wel als ways to do and dry the dishes. There was suddenly construction work in the courtyard which started at 7am and was extremely loud. This had quite the impact on the enjoyment unfortunately.

We also were there during peak summer 42 degrees and our air conditioner didn’t work which was frustrating Our air conditioner didn’t work. The area that the accomodation is in was under renovation
• Norma (2/5): Rome lovely, good location, apartment poor and stressful. Felt like being in a building site, being woken up at 6am from - Location We felt like we were in a building site. The stairs leading up to the apartment were filthy with exposed electrical wires. My grandson got covered in builders dust by being too close to the walls. We were woken up every morning at 6am by builders shouting and drilling outside the apartment door. This went on all day. The staff were unsympathetic about this and said we were the only ones to find this a problem. We were offered a partial refund but we are still waiting for this! You have to collect the key from a hotel which is 10 minutes walk away with all your luggage. On departure you are told to leave the keys in the apartment but you need a key to open the downstairs door or you are trapped and can’t get out. Someone had to wait downstairs with the door open whilst someone ran upstairs to leave the key in the apartment. Not ideal. I wouldn’t call this a luxury apartment. I’m surprised it is being used due to health and safety.

• Brenda (9/5): Great location. Family. - The check in wasn’t great. They made a mistake with the keys and the address is confusing, the apartment is part of a hotel, 7 min from there. The apartment was clean, with little kitchen and comfortable for 2 adults and kids.
• Farah (9/5): The stay n facility is great. - Distance to taxi stand, metro, food, shops and attractions are within reach by foot. The cleaner only comes once every two days.
• Melissa (9/5): Fab location fab clean apartment - Great location, nice clean apartment nice host. No issues with the apartment building work happening on our visit that started at 6am which wasn’t ideal but not hosts fault. City tax to be paid in cash on arrival no change will be given.
• Garrett (10/5): Exceptional - The BEST location in Rome. The Spanish Steps are literally your doorstep and the area is an excellent part of Rome. All the big sites are easy walking distance. Ubers/taxi's were very easy to get and the apartment was clean and secure.

• Samuel (9/5): Fantastic Location! Lovely Room! but be aware of noise & hot water... - Myself and my Wife stayed here for our Honeymoon with our key priority being the location. This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It is a few steps away from the Spanish steps which sits in a very busy, lively square so there is always something going on!. The room itself was really lovely- it is modern, comfortable, well cooled with A/C and has everything you could need. The bed was really comfortable and we also enjoyed watching Netflix on the smart TV's which made it feel like home. The biggest problem we had with our stay was noise. When we arrived at the hotel there was construction taking place within the internal square of the building which consisted of power tools, drilling, multiple men talking/ shouting to each other etc. This normally wouldn't be an issue but the work started at 08:00am sharp until 18:00pm each day meaning we could not make the most of a rested lie-in. Also, the windows do not seal against the frames so there was no way of stopping the sound coming through so it was quite disruptive for us. Side note- we received a bit of a shock when taking a shower that A- the pressure was very low, and B- the hot water stopped after 5-7 minutes which was not enough time to have a full shower (especially for a woman washing her hair). So, it is something to be aware of. Despite all of this, I raised our concerns with the property owner and they were kind enough to give us a refund of one night stay. My review score would've been closer to 4/10 but with this kind gesture it is now an 9/10.
• Ching-han (3/5): The word "luxury" in the title is very misleading. - The location is great, right next to the Spanish steps. The communication was also very easy and reliable, whenever we called somebody actually picked up. The unit is decently sized for 2 people but just a warning that the shower is super tiny. We noticed that when we stayed in other places in Italy, it could just be a standard thing. But the negatives definitely outweighed the positives here. The unit was super dirty. There was hair on towels, crumbs on the kitchen counter, and the shower was super moldy and smelly. The shower started flooding after our first use so we called and someone did come the same day to caulk it and fix it. But still, the cleanliness of the entire place was very sub-par. There is a general expectation of cleanliness when you stay somewhere and it really was far from it.
• Damian (3/5): Annoyed by the misleading advertising - The location was good…….however it was not at Trevi Fountain as the description states? Look up Harry’s bar..,.it shows next to Trevi fountain which is where we wanted to stay. Turns out Harry’s bar apartment is nowhere near Trevi fountain it’s another 10 euro cab ride to Spanish steps😒The apartment was nice but the location description is misleading. Nice appt just not where it proports to be
• Marney (10/5): Exceptional - Location can't be beat Very safe and clean. The window in the bathroom didn't seem to open properly but there were security bars so it was not a problem. The bed linens did not stay tight. All flat sheets vs fitted bottom sheet.

At 10:15h a house keeping was knocking at the door because there were new guests just waiting!!! Our check in was 3pm ! they are not organized. Additionally, the apartment is noisy( not piazza Spagna noise, but in the building and internal area)
• Roberto! (9/5): Superb - If you like the Spanish Steps, this is definitely the place for you. It's a 30 second walk from there (and the nearby metro). It would be a great place for longer stays, with the living room and full kitchen. They've done a good job with the interior--it's very clean, new and comfortable.

• Amanda (9/5): Great luxury apartment in amazing location!! - This was a great apartment , modern & comfy , very clean & in the perfect location. The host met us early to hand over keys, all was clean inside with cot for my daughter already set up too. Cleaners came twice in our 5 day stay with fresh towels ect. Will definitely come back to this host/apartment when we return. Thanks again Could have more cooking facilities for working kitchen as we expected oven or grill if we were to stay in & cook, even a toaster for morning could help. But to be honest plenty of places to eat nearby so don’t let that put you off.

• Louis (7/5): Very good location with reposible host! - Perfect location right beside Spanish steps. The location is very safe right in the middle of luxury brand shop area. The shower booth wasn’t draining well and we reported it to Harry’s Bar. They promptly moved us to another location for 1 night while they fixed the drain. They were a very responsible host. The bathroom emits a slightly foul smell. The toilet doesn’t flush well. The bathroom overall needs a major renovation.
