• Monika (9/5): Great apartment, great location - Excellent, comfortable, clean, spacious, extra touches like slippers and coffee. With elevator. For people sleeping on the pull-out sofa, you will hear everything in the hallway, especially your noisy neighbors. If you sleep in the bedroom, it will be nice and quiet. A proper wardrobe and a door to the living room would make this apartment perfect.

• Helder (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the best location! - Great location right next to the Colosseum and a very beautiful, well-decorated flat. The metro station is nearby, with restaurants just a 5-minute walk away and a Carrefour Express supermarket within 10 minutes. Chiara was extremely helpful and always available, responding very quickly to any request. We would definitely stay here again! I couldn’t get the air conditioning to produce enough heat, so the apartment felt a bit chilly. The bathroom heater worked well, but the air conditioning in the living room and bedroom never really warmed up, even after trying multiple settings. There were some noisy neighbors on two of the nights, with loud talking and doors closing until late. This was obviously not the host’s fault.

• amir (10/5): Great location, great value, great host, I would definitely stay here again! - Location was amazing, Elisa met us at the property and gave a walk through of the apartment. Very walkable and found great restaurants. Taxi/Uber takes you right to the building, train station is walkable, we did it without luggage and it was close by. We needed help with the heating, and Elisa responded right away and came over within 10 min to assist. If you want to sleep in and are a light sleeper, it was a bit noisy as you can hear people outside, but the host left earplugs at the table. Location and service made up for it. For me it was fine.

• Kaitlyn (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location for an extended stay in Rome. - We booked this property due to its proximity to the Colosseum and the Metro. I was surprised it was even closer than I expected! It was a 3 minute walk from the Metro station, which we appreciated—it allowed us to explore further than just walking the city center. The building elevator worked during our whole stay which was much appreciated as our apartment was on the top floor and we were exhausted most days. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The WiFi worked great & was a lifesaver because our cell service was spotty out in town. We stayed for over a week and I loved having a washing machine—especially after walking an average of 7mi in that heat! My husband loved the air conditioning, which worked very well. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals and the bathroom was equipped with good amenities too. I really liked the hairdryer. They also provided earplugs which I was grateful for— it allowed for me to get a great nights sleep, every night. We enjoyed having the windows open in the mornings and listening to the bells of the nearby church. The staff was very attentive. Even before we arrived, they sent precise directions, gave us suggestions on what to do and kept in touch on our arrival. We were checked in on my staff half way through our stay, and then again the night before we left. The building is located next to a Rome tour company, which meant most mornings the street and sidewalk in front of the apartment building was very busy! While the location worked for us, if you don’t want to average 7mi of walking a day, you’ll want to use the metro (again, close by), scooter or taxi. This is an apartment, so expect apartment noises. We could hear our neighbors at times, especially unlocking and locking their doors—Italian locks are loud! Ha ha! The first night we made the mistake of leaving a window open and it was loud. It was also a Saturday, so that may have been why. Thankfully ear plugs were provided and that saved my sleeping, along with closing the windows. :P

• Ifat (10/5): A sweet and cozy apartment that allows for a great stay in Rome. - Lovely and cozy apartment. Clean and equipped with everything you need. Every request we had was answered positively and taken care of. There are lovely cafes under the building and a pleasant atmosphere. The location of the apartment is near the Colosseum - we saw it at all hours of the day and in different lighting... We liked it very much but it requires a lot of walking to the main sites. Very close to new entertainment areas. The apartment owners had no solution for leaving our belongings after check-out time, which made it a bit difficult for us (although they helped us find a "storage facility" that worked great in retrospect). There was renovation work on the first floor of the building, and there was a lot of banging noise all day long and even on the weekend... (although the apartment owners said there was no work on the weekend). In general, it didn't bother us because we were out of the apartment most of the day - but this issue needs to be clarified thoroughly.

Grocery shopping in 5 min walk, coffee shops next door, Basilica of San Pietro in Vincoli with Michelangelo's statue of Moses is literally around the corner. Modern, tastefully decorated apartment in the historical part of Eternal City. Everything was just perfect. Comfy bed, excellent shower, well organised modern kitchen, very helpful and friendly owner/contact person. Highly recommended.

• Lmak (9/5): Perfect Colosseum Apartment - This is a very nice apartment located just two blocks from the Colosseum and the Colosseo Metro stop. It was comfortable and well-equipped with the bonus of having coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper supplied. Bianco and Jimmy were super hosts, helping me deal with a difficult situation upon arrival. Even though the apartment is close to the Colosseum, it is quiet and dark in the rooms at night because of good window coverage. The heating system in each room works very well. By the entrance to the building, there is a pub, gelato shop and dine in/eat out restaurant and around the corner and one block down you will find the Church of San Pietro in Vancoli (Saint Peter in Chains) with Michelangelo’s sculpture of Moses. Highly recommendable. A small thing - do bring your own soap and shower items. These are provided but don't last more than a day.

Nice kitchen and sitting area. Cafe next door and short stroll to many of the main attractions. Highly recommend. Only thing to point out is that the photos are showing multiple apartments, so the apartment you get may or may not have some of the details seen. We had an amazing terrace, but no bedroom despite some of the photos showing bedrooms. Not a big deal, and we loved our stay, just something to be aware of if you’re choosing based on a specific detail.

• Gayle (8/5): Comfy place with a great bed! - This is a sweet apartment in a great location. It was close to the closeaum and lots of other great things. It was extremely clean and tidy. Nice apartment with a kitchenette. Great stand-up shower with good water pressure. Comfy bed! Easy communication It was a good spot to stay in Rome for a few days. Great windows that opened, and you could view the lovely city below. Had an elevator! Right next to a coffee/ pastery shop Quiet with windows closed, which was surprising with all of the noise over there. Overall, it's wasn't a good place to stay. ³ There was no heated towel rack that I have come to like in European countries.. There were only 2 pillows that we could find. Only 2 blankets. We could have maybe asked for more. It was not obvious there was more in the apartment. We did not cook in the kitchen as it was small and had limited things to cook with. Could hear people walking above the apartment or if they dropped anything. It was not too bad as they were somewhat quiet at night.

We arrived early and were met by a friend of the owner to store our luggage, but there is a storage 'store' nearby if needed. The accommodations were impeccably clean had a modern styling. Everything you needed to cook was there and a nice bottle of wine and snacks for a gift from the gracious and kind owners! It was a short walk down the block to the Colosseum. Don't miss seeing it in the evening! There are several places to eat downstairs on either corner and the gelato was amazing. We were also very near the Colosseum Metro station! There were zero negatives, and we would certainly book there again when in Rome!!!

• Luana (10/5): Great and confortable flat to stay in Rome - This is a great flat to be your base while visiting Rome. It is close enough from the main train station where you arrive from the airport and also from the main interest points in the city. It is particurlarly close to the Coliseum but we were able to walk all over, e.g. it is about 40 minutes walk to the Vatican city. The bed is really confortable, the living room is confortable and the kitchen has enough to cook/eat in, the shower is good and the toilet was clean and well functioning. The host was also really responsive and helpful. I would certainly recommend this. I'm 100% pro city tax on an incredibly touristy city as Rome or anywhere else in the world. However I would rather the host would put a note in the property description that the city tax is not included in the main price as I find that asking for it directly can sound a bit sketchy and in the end I wasn't really sure if that wasn't charged in the main price already. Please let it be clear that the city tax is not included in the price and that for the current year and this property it is 5 euro per person per night.

The apartment itself is beautiful very clean, very spacious, they offer so much amenities washer, iron and iron board as well as a kitchen with an electric stove and microwave and much more! I was surprised by the amount of things they offer as complimentary. The apartment was so easy to find and so easy to access (very clear instructions) , I would for sure stay here ahain and recommend it to everyone! • Raissa (10/5): Feeling like living in Rome - It’s just the best place to stay if visiting Colosseum (3 minutes), Trevi Fountain and Pantheon (20 minutes). The apartment is super well designed and in a “less busy” street even been so close the Colosseum. There are so many restaurants close, we just walked to all those places! I definitely recommend this place! There had people in the apartment over and beside us that was sometimes loud. I just solved this problem wearing the earplugs that was provided beside the beds and had a great night!

The location is a bit far from the other famous places and restaurants from more attractive spots like Fontana di Trevi, Barberini, Piazza di Spagna, but Colloseum compensates a lot.
• Dana (10/5): Fabulous! The real Italian experience - The apartment is very nice, it looks better in reality than in the pictures. It is very close to the Colosseum and has many restaurants in the back area. It is a beautiful place, extremely clean, has heat, equipped kitchen, internet access, etc. It has everything you could want, we felt at home. The communication with Bianca was extraordinary. She kept in touch with us all the time and answered all our questions. It was our most pleasant stay in Rome. We will definitely come back here if we find it available. Thank you Bianca! we are grateful for making such a beautiful house available to us!

• Avril (10/5): So happy to have booked this wonderful apartment! - This was, hands down, the absolute best stay of our entire three-week trip through Italy! The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and Bianca has thought of and included so many extra touches that made our time comfortable and easy - everything from ample kitchenware and coffee/seasonings, to umbrellas, a drying rack, and additional USB charging ports. The smart TV with ability to log into your own Netflix or Prime accounts was also nice at the end of a long day of exploring the city. And speaking of exploring Rome... it was an absolute delight to be able to see the Colosseum regularly, just 2 mins from our street! It's close to many of the historical monuments and there's a 24-hour supermarket not far away that covered off any of our random needs. We'd happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for Rome accommodations - thank you! Nothing. Everything was great!
