One minute walk to great gelato and sweets, pizza, great take out foods, and best coffee shop in Rome. Just minutes walk to many historic attractions. I will stay here again any time. Host Max was great and always available. Elevator was convenient. This was my tenth trip to Rome. The washer and dryer was very helpful. I hope to stay here again. Nothing. We liked everything about it.

Well equipped, comfortable, good air conditioning, good water pressure. Very nice private view terrace to enjoy relaxing outside with a glass of wine. Central location, very close to the Pantheon, and walkable to all the major sites (we walked everywhere). It's hard to come up with anything to complain about. More towel hooks, perhaps? Our family had a wonderful time staying in the "Casa Flacchi" apartment, and we would absolutely return again.

Host (Max) was wonderful throughout the booking. He quickly replied to messages. He greeted us when we arrived. He held our bags until check in so we could go sightseeing.
• Robert (10/5): Don't hesitate to book this place. - Location exceptional and Max, who manages the property is a true gentleman and super helpful. Everything you need is inside the apartment and there is a supermarket literally 1 minute away, Pantheon 1 minute the other direction! Max had a little issue with the door of the apartment on arrival which he handled perfectly and made sure we were super happy at all times. We walked to Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and many other places, very good location with lots of great places to eat. Max looks after other properties in the same building so if you have a larger group you can all stay together. Taxi from airport to door was 55 Euro, plus there is a taxi rank beside Pantheon if needed. The fact we had to leave! We stayed in February therefore no need for the air conditioning so could not comment on how well that would work during July / August.

Warm and inviting for our family of college and post college-age kids. Rooms and bathrooms very nice. Lovely art on the walls, nice sitting area, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need to make a meal. All the appliances worked. You felt like you were staying in someone’s home. A nice departure from some rental places which feel antiseptic, this was special. Nothing!

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the apartment's blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. The space exudes a true historical Italian vibe. The apartment offers ample space, a large comfortable terrace, and a kitchen large enough for family dining. Location-wise, it couldn't be more ideal. You're just a short stroll from the iconic Pantheon, and the entire area is complete with unique shops, cafes, and restaurants. It's the perfect base for exploring the heart of Rome. Max and Romina were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of. They were always available to provide helpful recommendations and tips for exploring the city, making us feel right very welcome. If this apartment is available during your visit to Rome, don’t hesitate to book it. It’s the perfect place to experience the magic of Rome. Highly recommended! Nothing.

The apartment was spacious. The bedrooms are up a set of stairs and only one of them one an ensuite. The other bathroom was on the main level.

The great room was very nice for sitting and making our plans for sightseeing. Getting in and out of the shower in the upstairs bathroom was a challenge and needs something to hold onto to prevent slipping. This is not a big deal but it could be easily remedied.

We stayed in the main bedroom with an adjoining bathroom - very nice accommodations. However, the other 2 bedrooms are essentially guest bedrooms with bathrooms in the hall way. The information that we received from Max several weeks prior to our stay was great - summarizing recommended restaurants. proximity of must see sites from the apartment, arranging transfers to the airport after checkout. Excellent info. We had a bad start. Pamela who was our welcoming hostess had another apartment to host and was in a big hurry. To exacerbate the situation the driver chose the entry point to the apartment location where streets were closed. Access to the apartment was available coming from another direction but the driver chose to let us off about 300 meters from the apartment. Pamela did not intervene. She was also walking very fast across cobble stone with an 80, 77 and 70 year old group of folks trying to keep up. It did not go well. During our stay, the restaurant located on the back of our building apparently stays open very late - 2 AM. The patrons are loud and boisterous. They were having a great time but it was difficult to sleep at times. This effected 2 bedrooms.

• Steven (9/5): ALMOST A TEN - This is a great location about 2-3 minute walk from the Pantheon. The charm and comfort were wonderful. There were 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms for each. A fourth small bedroom offered a small extra bed too. The apartment is very spacious, nicely furnished and has a pleasant mix of old world charm and modern ammenities. It was plenty comfortable for 3 couples. If you're a visitor to Rome, you are probably not in need of things to do but the apartment has plenty of games and reading material. Most of it seemed to be in English. The owners/staff helped us to arrange airport and cruiseport transfers. They pay attention to every detail. They offered two coffee makers, Nespresso and american style, as well as the actual coffee, tea and milk. There was fruit, snacks, juice, wine and beer too! We had a very enjoyable stay! Although it seemed reliable, the elevator was old and very small. If not taking the elevator, there are a LOT of stairs. There are 2 sets of washer/dryers...one of which did not work.

• Brittny (10/5): If this is available grab it! - The property was a very cool concept, there was an elevator that took us to the appropriate floor, the hosts were extremely accommodating and the place was very clean and comfortable! There was candy, coffee, and a few drinks left for us that came in handy during our stay! Romina also helped us make a reservation at a restaurant that evening while giving us a walkthrough of the property and answered any questions we had. Our place was also extremely convenient and walking distance from lots of main attractions. I wish we had a place like this in each place we’ve traveled.

The beds were comfortable and each room was charming. It was a great place for our 3 generations to stay while in Rome. Not a thing!

Great location moments away from Pantheon and short walk to Trevi and Spanish made it a superb locations. Great restaurants near by. However, as this is a very central location, there are several tourist-trap restaurants close … so follow the recommendations from the host!! :-) Not a single thing.
• Deb (9/5): An amazing location near great coffee/food and the Pantheon! Very comfortable. - Fruit, drinks and snack basket was a lovely touch!! Romina was most considerate in getting us a meal reservation, changing things around when we arrived earlier than expected, and assisting with a ride to FCO. The location is top rate. Well stocked kitchen appliances and coffee! The space is very functional and was our home for 5 wonderful nights in Roma. The notebook for information was excellent but outdated so some of the appliances had no instructions and some clothes were damaged in the washer/drier. We exchanged many texts about this and a new manual was sent to me so we could proceed. Many floor tiles have to be fixed and some maintenance on drains should be addressed.

The apartment was very clean, the amenities in the kitchen were more than we expected, the apartment had everything we needed and more. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and they equipped the apartment with everything needed and more. They went above and beyond all expectations, which is something very rare. I travel a lot, and this apartment was the best experience I've had so far. The location was also perfect, near everything in Rome! In spite of this, the apartment and neighboring streets were quiet every night. We could sleep without outside noise, which was amazing. We were more than satisfied with our stay; we were positively surprised and would recommend the apartment to anyone!

• Mollie (10/5): Wonderful family stay in a great location. - There were snacks, fruit and drinks when we arrived which we used for breakfast during our stay (wonderful!) and Romina was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. There were plenty of towels, a washer/dryer, and most amenities that we needed (staying in other places on our trip, this one had the most extras that made it comfortable). The location was amazing (close to excellent coffee, a market and steps to the Pantheon!) and central to everything. We were able to walk most places. A/C worked but in the loft, the bedrooms were a bit hot. They had fans that made it work for us, but don’t come expecting hotel-like A/C (it’s a wonderful old building and we were always comfortable, but the bathroom upstairs was definitely humid/hot). Washer/dryer could use some info on how-to-use. We figured it out after internet searching, but it was a bit of a pain (again, having a very good condition washer/dryer was amazing though!).
• Ruslan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable and convenient for a family or a small group, with a lot of charm circa 1600, but all the modern conveniencies. Located in a center of the city - walking distance to most famous sightseeing places, including Vatican, close to restaurants, bars, and a great gelateria! The hosts are very accommodating and helpful! The fruit basket was a nice touch. The manual in the apartment had a lot of useful information about places to see, tickets, etc. We would definitely consider this or some other places managed by these hosts. We didn't get to use the kitchen but it was fine cause we were able to just walk out and be near great restaurants and a marketplace. We tried to use the washer/dryer but was confused on how to use it Air condition was noisy but it did the job of cooling us off. Great communication with host and owner! We would definitely book here again when we come back to Rome! It did get warm upstairs in the lofts but with the fans turned on, it helped a lot. Bed in 1 of the bedrooms were very hard and uncomfortable for our son.

• Michael (9/5): Loved our stay - Location, location, location! Apartment was spacious and airy. We loved the little touches our host provided for us Needed better instructions on the washing machine. Directions were for a different machine that was in the Apartment. I would secure the floor tiles
• Sonya (10/5): Wonderful experience!! Went above and beyond! - The apartment was perfect for a family of five. We loved the cleanliness and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Romina made us feel welcome and helped us double check a reservation at a restaurant. The hospitality provided by Max and Romina are the best!!
• Adele (8/5): Very well laid out apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in a central location. - Very well laid out apartment, in reality a 3 bedroom which was perfect for our family of four. Had everything we needed and very central location. The air-con/de-humidifier units were great and the property was lovely and cool during the heat of the day. Easy check in and out. Being such a central location there was quite a bit of street noise in the early hours of the morning but it was a compromise we accepted to be so central. If you are light sleeper then use ear plugs.

• Stoltenberg (10/5): This centrally located apartment helped us make the most of our week in Rome. - Plenty of room for our two families. The fruit, coffee, champagne, and cookies were such a lovely touch and much appreciated. The location couldn’t be better. So many stairs! Nothing can be done about that and it certainly helped us get our steps in. :)

• Danielle (10/5): Perfect location for a stay in Rome! - This is the perfect apartment and location for families to visit Rome! We had plenty of space for 5 people. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and walk to everything! The market, many cafes, and wonderful restaurants were on the same street. The bus stop is right around the corner. It did not take long to reach the train station or airport and the taxi/car costs were affordable. The recommendations and informative booklet from the host were exceptional. Romina was so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
• Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The host even provided extras such as a fruit bowl, snacks and beverages. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were cotton.

The host converted an upstairs space into a bedroom, which was perfect for our son. It really is a 3 bedroom apartment!!! Parent room was en-suite! Excellent fruit bowl was an awesome bonus! Also free coffee/beverages to get us started! Local grocery 100ft from down the street! In the heart of town but not on a super busy street.

Located centrally in the middle of main attractions. Very highly recommend this property for anyone visiting this fantastic city. Will be going back ! x

The apartment is well appointed, the location is wonderful and the hosts are superb. The fact that I had to leave.

• Anne-marie (10/5): Excellent accommodation for large family - Excellent apartment stay with extended family, aged 4 to 75. Great location in Ancient Rome. Extremely comfortable and well equipped accommodation, with lots of extras. The children loved the space available, the toys and the treats provided. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they arranged minibus transport to and from the airport, and also provided lots of useful info. There was nothing we didn't like

• Wendy (10/5): Would definitely recommend, hosts were extremely generous and helpful! - Location & building, very spacious, lots of generous extras - fruit, wine, beer & water, biscuits, coffee, lollies etc. Washer & dryer, close to Carrefour express, fantastic communication from Max. Easy to walk to all the key locations. There was some noisy people on the street a couple of nights that woke us up, but that’s more about the location than the property.

• Melanie (10/5): This well-located apartment and friendly host is a gem in Rome. - First, I would like to commend our host, Max. Max is a true professional that went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of at all times. We arrived early and he was able to find a safe location for us to store our luggage. We had a tour at the Vatican on the day we were checking out, and he again stored our luggage for us while getting the apartment ready for the next tenants. The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location. The bed's are comfortable and all amenities are provided. Max welcomes you with a great fruit bowl, coffee, tea, Prosecco, beer, soda, water, etc.... The stay was amazing and my only wish is that we could have stayed longer Everything was fantastic!

It had such a lovely vibe that we chose to stay in and cook dinner one night, even though we were surrounded by amazing restaurants! The owner Max is great. Very easy to communicate with and so helpful in organising our transportation from the station to the apartment. The little extras like fresh fruit, milk and snacks were very much appreciated. I cannot think of anything. Wonderful place to stay

Awesome host, Great, stylish and spacious apartment, so well equipped and lots of thoughtful extras - fruit bowl, wine, beer, water, cookies... Coffee machine. Great kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Fantastic central location - walk everywhere.

• Paula (10/5): We were very happy as a group with the wonderful location and the kindness of our host Max - 1) The apartment was within walking distance of main attractions such as the pantheon and trevi fountain 2) The host Max and his team were very welcoming and accommodating 3) There were cool drinks and fruit and biscuits available 4) Max kindly organised taxis 5) Max was very accommodating regarding checking in and out times. 6) Max very kindly organised extra sets of keys so that our group could come and go separately as they pleased. 7) The lift is good to have for suitcases and when feet a little weary from walking around centre. 1) The air conditioning which was great to have was a little loud
• Joan (10/5): Living in luxury in Rome - The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our host to our surprise provided all the breakfast essentials and all the essentials to celebrate our arrival in Rome (Prosecco, Beer and Cola).
