• Louise (10/5): Recommandons +++ - L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rome à pieds. Le contact avec Ilaria a été très bon, très réactive! L'appartement était particulièrement bien fourni, très propre. Du liquide vaisselle, du papier toilette, huile vinaigre et café de réserve. Il est rare d'avoir un tel niveau de prévoyance, dans un appartement entier. Accès également à machine à laver (lessive fournie). S'il faut trouver à redire, le matelas du lit était très mou et plus d'oreillers pour se relever et lire au lit serait agréable. Le canapé, en revanche, était très confortable. Des traces d'usure dans l'appartement, les tables de nuit un peu vacillantes...mais qui n'entravent pas du tout le confort (nous sommes restés presque une semaine). Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable.

• Jennifer (7/5): Très bon emplacement pour visiter Rome lors d'un week end prolongé. - Très bon emplacement, au calme et proche du Colisée, du Forum Romain, de la place Venezzia. Très facile pour visiter à pied les différents sites. Contact et explications de la propriétaire par mail très bien et bon accueil sur place pour la remise des clés. Le canapé lit était préparé pour notre arrivée ce qui est agréable. Quelques travaux de rajeunissement serait à réaliser dans la salle de bain. La poignée de porte de la SDB est à réparer. Le canapé lit est un peu juste niveau confort (pour un enfant ça passe mais je déconseille pour un ou deux adultes).

• Emilian (4/5): Ok flat - The flat was fine. The flat was dirty, and there was mould growing. The owner kept messaging me, asking if I had entered the house and if everything was okay, and inquiring about when I would leave. This never happened to me before. I was busy and had no time to respond.

• Renate (8/5): Sehr gut gelegen - Sehr gut gelegen mit guter Infrastruktur Ganz in der Nähe (gleich um die Ecke) war ein kleines Geschäft, in dem es alles Notwendige gab. Auf Wunsch wurde das Brot mit auszuwählenden Köstlichkeiten belegt. Gegenüber ist ein Bar mit wunderbarem Kaffee und vielen anderen Dingen. Natürlich war daneben ein sehr schönes Restaurant……alles sehr freundlich. Da ich mich etwas dumm, beim Öffnen der Wohnung angestellt habe, möchte ich mich herzlich für die geduldige Unterstützung durch die Verwaltung der Wohnung bedanken. Da fällt mir nichts ein.

• Caroline (10/5): - superbe emplacement, tout se fait facilement à pied. l'appartement est très bien situé, à 3 min du Forum Romain. les sites historiques sont tous accessibles à pied. restaurants dans le coin. Glacier, commerces à proximité. idéal pour 2-3 personnes . Appartement climatisé. Serviettes et draps fournis. Il manque quelques denrées de 1ere nécessité dans la cuisine et un peu de vaisselle aussi (pas de bols). Mais à part cela, c'était nickel pour une 1ere découverte de Rome. De plus notre hôte a été efficace pour nous trouver un taxi lorsque notre vol a été annulé. très flexible sur les horaires de check in et out. Je recommande.

Had everything we needed for 3 nights in Rome Bathroom could do with a good scrub especially around the shower. A few maintenance issues which were addressed. All plus sockets probably need to be checked.

• Clayton (9/5): Great place to stay in heart of Rome! - Location was excellent. The fold out couch was made up into a bed when we arrived. Shower was small, but the washer was a wonderful thing to have. The apt had all we needed...not fancy but was efficient and in an excellent location to the major sites...we walked everywhere. Recommend leaving instructions for guests on how to use the washing machine...we used Google and intuitiveness, but instructions would be helpful.
• Monika (10/5): Wonderful stay in the most beautiful city in the world. - The apartament is well-located and the contact person we had (Ilaria) is a very helpful, professional and nice person. Everything in the apartment was clean and useful, there was everything what needed; the bed is very comfortable, the neighbourhood adorable. It is one of the best places I ever stayed in my life, highly recommend this one! Nothing on my mind, everything was at its best
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - Excellent location you can see into the roman forum from the end of the road. Colloseum is only a 10 minute walk away. Spacious apartment for what we needed. Bathroom is dated but shower is v good. They provided a cot for our 5 month old and the bedroom has solid window shutters to block out all light. Nothing would recommend
• Dragan (8/5): Very good - Location is nice and quiet. Ilaria was super quick with communication. A bit older appartment, it needs a renovation for sure. Owner didnt tell us right away that we cant leave our luggage somewhere safe at the location/apartment. But we had to additionally pay at tourist information spot.

• Joanna (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location, walking distance to Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Mouth of Truth, Trastevere. Communication with the host. Cleanliness. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Lack of soundproofing with the neighbours. Neighbours next door flashing toilets through the night sounds like Niagara Falls. The apartment requires renovation, especially the bathroom and the kitchen ( a bit dated, rust on the bottom of the shower).

• Steven (9/5): Explore Ancient Rome, Eateries and Night Life - The location was excellent for exploring the city. 5 minutes walk from the heart of the action. There was also a few local bars about 100m away, nice restaurants, local family fun shop and a tabac. 5mins walk from bus stops if you wanted to take a longer trip. Nothing - it was first class

Perfect location for sightseeing, very close to Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Teatrum Maximum, Marcello Theater, as well as restaurants and cafes. The landlady is very friendly and helpful! The only thing that come to my mind is view to the not very nice yard.

• Naja (7/5): Not too bad, not that good (apart from the location) - Location in the heart of historical Rome Cleanliness Nice mattress Availability of the proprietor Internet wasn’t working in the bedroom - only in the living room and it wasn’t fast enough to stream anything. We arrived at 20.30, the heat was really high and there wasn’t a bottle of water in the fridge for us guests to cool down a bit. That would have been a hospitable touch. The small shop that exists near by was closed so we had no choice but to walk quite a lot before we could ease our thirst. The next day the weather changed and we had to borrow an umbrella from the coffee shop owner nearby who was kind enough to offer us one. The directions to get to the apartment (being tired from the flight and the bus we had to take in order to reach the area) were not precise. A photo with the map with a few pointers would have helped a lot - since we were not told about the stairs that separate different streets. When you arrive at night it’s not easy to find the correct street.
