• i (10/5): Ideaal om van hieruit meerdere dagen Rome te ontdekken - Perfecte ligging om de stad te ontdekken, mooie ruime kamer, ruim bed Niets viel echt tegen, staat van onderhoud kan iets beter (slecht doorlopende afvoer, losse wc bril) Verder was de stahoogte boven beperkt. Langere mensen moeten daar constant alert zijn.
• Rozen (5/5): Moyen car gâché par la literie sale. - Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l'appartement dans une rue calme. Le lit sale: Le drap house bien que propre était maculé de taches douteuses. Il n'a pu être changé que le lendemain. L'alèse couvrant le matelas était dégoutante (taches, cheveux...). Une des taies d'oreiller était déchirée. Le matelas très mou. Et nous n'avions qu'un seul oreiller par personne. Donc globalement nous n'avons pas bien dormi. Dans la cuisine, il n'y avait pas de torchon, ni de lessive pour le lave-vaisselle. Les poubelles dans le hall d'entrée qui trainaient parterre à notre arrivée et toujours là après 3 jours.
• Jayne (10/5): Lovely apartment and would definitely recommend and stay there if back in Rome. Kind of miss it x - Well laid out space. Bright and airy. Quirky decor and made it nice and homely. A bit of a walk into Rome centre. No metro. But not that bad really. Good for Vatican.

• Jordi (7/5): Si cobres un preu com un hostaler professional tot ha d’estar impecable - - Situacio i zona - Menjador ampli i confortable - lluminositat i cuina - lavabos bruts: moho, bruticia als prestatges i quan vam arribar algu habia orinat a un bany i no habia tirat de la cadena. - Lavabos molt petits i dutxa del de dalt imposible d’usar - Segon pis MOLT PERILLOS: sostre amb vigues que pots tenir un cop i baranes/escales molt insegures ja que pots caure. Tot junt fa que sigui molt incomode per estar i sobretot a la nit per anay al bany.
• Marianne (9/5): Ruimte, locatie en sfeer en voorzieningen top! - locatie top gelegen. Gezellige wijk, toch rustige straat. Appartement mooi en praktisch ingericht, je komt echt 'thuis' 's avonds. Goede bank. Veel berging, goede douche. Slaapgedeelte kon goed verduisterd worden. Lichtknoppen en handvatten bij deuren smoezelig. Wasbak en gootsteen keuken ook niet helemaal schoon en er lag een vaatdoekje dat niet schoon was. Een theedoek in keuken, die tevens handdoek was? Maar er is een wasmachine waarin we tussendoor de handdoeken hebben gewassen, erg fijn!

• Alexa (4/5): Great location and staff, but problematic layout and cleanliness. - The location was exceptional, especially for a family with a one year old, it was important that we were in a quiet area but still in walking distance of good restaurants and attractions. The hosts were very helpful when we had questions or needed something. The apartment wasn’t very clean (mold in the bathroom shower, the remains of dead mosquitos on the walls). The shower in the upstairs bathroom didn’t work properly - there was muck stuck in the spout so the water was uncomfortably hard when it came out of the hose. The loft was built poorly - you had to duck to get into the bathroom on the top floor in order to not hit your head, and my husband, 6 ft., ended up hitting his head hard. Theres these mats at the end of the bed that move around if you step on them, which was annoying and I wondered what the purpose was. Also no safety measures on the stairs or loft, you could easily fall through, no barriers, or railings, but maybe that’s just important for families with small children. There was construction happening across the street and a sign read to keep your windows closed because of asbestos exposure which we weren’t ever informed about. The sign was written in Italian and we don’t speak or read Italian. It would have been nice if the hosts communicated about this, especially because we have a young child.

• Tracey (10/5): Gorgeous loft in a great part of Rome - Easy to find, great area - especially in the evenings - we could walk everywhere. The loft was spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer. Headroom upstairs was a little low but didn't detract from the overall experience.

• Julia (6/5): Beautiful location, disappointing comfort. - This was a large, spacious apartment in a wonderful location with a kitchen if you wanted to cook. Unfortunately we were disappointed by our stay. Our host was very friendly and helpful so no critiscm of them however there are some things we believe need to be actioned and for potential guests to be aware of. 1. Our bed sheets were not adequately clean, the worst being one of the pillow cases. I'm not sure what has happened but either the bed linen was not washed properly or it was put on the bed damp. This actually became our biggest issue as it meant sleeping was quite uncomfortable. We ended up trying to wash the pillow case and using a t shirt to cover the pillow. 2. The bathrooms had inadequate ventilation. One bathroom had a fan but the other did not and we had wooden ceilings, make it make sense. There are windows but no fly screens and at this time there were lots of mosquitos and flies nearby which meant we couldn't open them. I would advise that this be looked at if possible. 3. Attention to detail had clearly been missed, with things feeling stale and unlooked after. The air fresheners had been clearly dried out for some time, so I'm unsure why they were left out. There was also a very odd congealed soap container in one of the bathrooms. 4. No floor towels were provided for the bathrooms, and no spare towels and linens either. I hate writing something that feels negative but we just don't want other people expecting 4 star accommodation when it's really not, at least not in our personal experience. I hope the owner fixes these recommendations or takes them on board.

Extremely spacious with great location and excellent hosts We would definitely return, Rome was excellent from start to finish with something amazing around every corner or thats how it felt September is a good time for weather too as its around 25 or 26C as opposed to high 30s and even 40s in peak summer months

• Matthias (8/5): Nice flat, but renters need plumber qualities - Quiet spot in a trendy neighbourhood. Flat space comfortable. The gas heating system for warming the radiators and hot water did not function as needed in late winter. I suspect a lack of maintenance.

The location is superb and the value was great. We walked everywhere with an average of 20k steps per day. So, you can go to Rome, eat your heart out and don't gain any weight. The bus system is great and takes you to further distances. Trastavere has a lot to offer on its own and you can literally just stay in the area. It met our expectations.

• Kelle (10/5): Great loft and stay before a Cruise - Walked to all famous spots. Good places to eat close by and across the river. Walked to the Vatican and had a walking tour there. Taxi took us to the front door of the building where the unit is. Bathroom up stairs and down. Nice refrigerator and kitchen area. Air conditioner worked great. Washing machine for laundry. Need a dryer for laundry would be nice and handy for travelers. No hand rail for stairs to upstairs bedroom. Stairs to unit from the street. Not bad but would be tuff for older travelers with mobility problems. Lock at the street door needed some attention the key was hard to open the lock but after some twists and turns you could finally get it to work. Would love to stay there again.

We liked everything about this accommodation. It was also well located in Trastevere. We could not fault this accommodation.

• Keith (9/5): Very enjoyable overall! - Beautifully designed and furnished The air-conditioning was poor. It had one small split-system unit which simply wasn’t powerful enough to cool an open-plan apartment of that size. It needs either a larger, more powerful unit, or another unit of the same size located in the sleeping area above. It was unbearably hot in our bedroom at night, so we had to sleep on the couches on the floor below in order to benefit from the cool air sinking. This is a beautiful apartment and we really enjoyed staying there, but it lets itself down with the poor air-conditioning. Daytime temperatures didn’t drop below 35° during our stay, so a good a/c is important.

The upstairs bathroom was leaking water into the kitchen. the kitchen table was unusable for sitting. it was a bit far to walk to roman historical areas. There is no market nearby.

• J_debellis (8/5): This Loft in Trastevere will be hard to leave behind <3 - The apartment includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay. If not, the host will probably be able to accommodate your request. The location is highly convenient from different viewpoints: first, the apartment is placed within a short distance (walking distance) from the main attractions the city has to offer to tourists; secondly, Trastevere is an extremely charming neighborhood to experience on a sunny day and at night. Although beautifully designed, the apartment has a black spot. The water pressure in the pipes appears to be too high. As a result, you will have to deal with a lot of splashing in the kitchen and bathrooms (two available). Besides, showers might feel unpleasant at first use. I am sure that the host will intervene promptly with some due maintenance to solve this issue.

• Katy (9/5): excellent place - would recommend. - Brilliant location and really easy to get to all the lovely places in Trastevere. Plus, my husband and I are very happy to walk and walked to all the big sights easily eg Colosseum, Vatican, Pantheon etc… no public transport needed! No noise heard from outside. Great kitchen and good to have 2 bathrooms. lovely decor. very thoughtful touches such as plug adaptors, a decent hairdryer (very rare!) and lots of towels plus spare pillows. We did find we kept banging our head on some of the low ceilings but we are quite tall! we loved the loft / mezzanine style but be aware that you’re basically staying in one very large, open space. there are no doors to close within different spaces except the bathrooms.

• Alexander (9/5): Awesome apartment in the heart of Rome! - Beautiful property! fantastic facilities, everything you could need. Beautifully decorated, had a really cool and chic vibe. the host provided us with coffee capsules on request which was so kind. Location is also fantastic!! 20/30 minute walk to center. this place is a real gem!!!!! The bedroom area can get hot at night, and the air conditioner was too far away from bed for us to feel it, so possibly an additional air con unit in the bedroom would be a good addition. Low beams in bedroom and bathroom area also a little dangerous for tall people (hit our head a few times) so maybe some rubber strips would be a good idea to add to solid low beams. Other than these small things it’s a great great apartment!!!
