• Alexander (9/5): - Die Lage ist Top. Der service ist excellent. Der Wasserdruck in der Spüle in der Küche war sehr schwach.
• Bachir (9/5): Très bien situé et très bien équipé. - Appartement idéalement situé, proche du panthéon, la fontaine de Trevi et la place Navona. Spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Service client très réactif et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu quelques soucis de fuite dans la salle de bain que nous avons signalé. Nous n'avons pas apprécié que l'équipe de ménage passe dans l'appartement à deux reprises sans prévenir.

• massimo (9/5): Posizione centrale e appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. - Forse per una dimenticanza del momento non c’è stato detto che per aprire il portone era necessario un codice di cui noi non eravamo in possesso e la chiave non apriva , comunque chiamando il numero dell’emergenze, siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema .
• Silva Sanchez (10/5): Excelente - El departamento esta muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, la ubicación es genial, tienes supermercado, restaurantes y cafeterias cerca, la fontana y el panteon estan a 10 minutos caminando. Es mi segunda vez en Roma y quedarnos acá, fue una excelente elección. Los anfitriones me ayudaron con todo lo que necesite, incluso recomendaciones de lugares donde ir.

Der Rest der Schlafmöglichkeiten waren eine Zumutung - man hat versucht die Höhe des Wohn- und Zusatzzimmers auszunützen und hat höhenverstellt Schlafmöglichkeiten geschaffen. Höhe Schlafbereich ca 1.4m und 1m. Zusätzliches Bettsofa war beschädigt. Sanitäranlagen: kein Wasserdruck.
• Estelle (9/5): Un superbe appartement en plein centre pour visiter et faire tout à pieds ! - L'appartement est très bien situé, au milieu de tout, à 2 rues du Panthéon, c'est très pratique. Le Logement est très grand, tout le monde aura son intimité. Nous avons facilement récupéré les clefs, nous avons pu poser nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Pas facile de régler la température des douches et très peu de pression

• ioanna (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική Δυστυχώς το διαμέρισμα ηταν παρατημένο, έχει δυο μόνο υπνοδωμάτια, κ όχι τρία όπως γράφει στην περιγραφή,οι καναπέδες που ήταν στην είσοδο δεν μπορείς σε καμία περίπτωση να κοιμηθείς,δεν έχουν καν στρώματα; Η καθαριότητα ήταν πολύ μέτρια, στο δεύτερο μπάνιο δεν είχε καν ζεστό νερό κ είχε ένα έπιπλο που ήταν σκουριασμένο Η τοποθεσία του ήταν πραγματικά ιδανική

• Marcin (7/5): Opinia o apartamencie - Świetna lokalizacja. Apartment pięknie zaaranżowany. Dobre wyposażenie apartamentu w przydatne sprzęty. Szybka i miła obsługa w języku angielskim. Brak kuchenki mikrofalowej bardzo utrudnia codzienne funkcjonowanie. Zbyt długo trzeba czekać na ciepłą wodę w kranie. Pod prysznicem można poczekać aż poleci, ale w zlewie, umywalce i bidecie - nie. Szybkie zmywanie naczyń i mycie zębów zawsze w zimnej wodzie. Woda z kranu w zlewie ma zbyt słaby strumień. Zlew jest źle wyprofilowany i woda słabo spływa. Ciągle w zlewie zalegają resztki jedzenia a to nieładnie wygląda i źle pachnie.

• Ian (7/5): Amazing location - cheap and cheerful - The property is in a fantastic location to see all the sights in the centre of Rome. It’s a bus ride from the train station but well worth it. The space in the apartment is also good and ideal for families with many separate spaces. The view out onto the bustling street is lovely and the apartment is surrounded by shops and stores. The facilities in some cases were in need of better maintenance. Some areas of the apartment have been maintained better than others. The kitchen sink only produces trickling water as was the main bathroom. The shower in the en-suite room had better pressure but issues with temp control and was dated and a bit rough. There’s also no washing machine which would be helpful.

• Olena (7/5): Когда ты приезжаешь в Рим, ты едешь за эмоциями и впечатлениями. Город сгладил все недостатки. - Отличное расположение : ко всем достопримечательностям можно дойти пешком. 1.За день до заезда мне написал хозяин квартиры быть ровно в 15-00 и не задерживаться, потому что у него есть и другие объекты и он не будет нас ждать. Мы - пунктуальные люди и стояли возле дома в 14-45, о чем я сообщила хозяину . В результате он пришел в 15-45, что было для нас очень неприятным моментом. Когда ты с ребенком после дороги, стоять на улице тяжело и утомительно. Нам ничего не предложили в качестве компенсации за ожидание длиною в 1 час. Мы попросили ,чтобы нам перенесли check- out на 1 час позже , но получили отказ. 2. В описании объекта написано, что есть три спальни. Это не так. Фактически есть одна полноценная спальня. Вторая кровать размера king size - стоит наверху, на стеклянном полу, под которым находится кухня. Поэтому ,когда кто-то ночью , к примеру, открывает холодильник, ты видишь свет и слышишь звук. К тому там, наверху , низкий потолок и передвигаться надо осторожно, чтобы не удариться головой о деревянную балку. Еще есть одна дополнительная раскладная кровать прямо рядом с кухней. И есть раскладной диванчик для ребенка сразу при входе в квартиру. 3. Уборка была поверхностной. У меня аллергия на пыль и каждое утро я просыпалась, еле дыша. 4. На кухне очень слабый напор воды.Пока набирается вода в чайник, можно прочитать все утренние новости в мире.
• Maria Dolores (3/5): Cómodo por ubicación y DESASTROSO en el conservación y mantenimiento - La ubicacion La limpieza no existía, Ventanas negras de suciedad,los baños con costra en el inodoro , rincones sucios Ropa de anteriores clientes( calcetines) en la casa. Las 2 camas individuales eran camas muebles y se clavaba el somier en la espalda. Así mismo publicitan 3 habitaciones y una de ellas es la entrada de la casa. La WiFi no funcionaba al llegar ,lo observo tambien la persona que recepción y después de reclamaciones diarias ,nunca hubo WiFi. En el fregadero no salía apenas agua ,se reclamo, nunca se soluciono. El material para la limpieza estaba desordenado en un cuarto y roto. Así mismo carecía de sumarios en ls planta baja. De todo lo reclamado tengo fotografías que me gustaría aportar.

Mauvaise direction pour déposer nos poubelles au check-out?? Pas trouvé. Équipements rouillés. Salle de bain du fond à rénover. Ce n'était pas sale mais ça en avait l'air.
• Piotr (6/5): Ok - The location and the apartment itself, especially its design and size, were what I liked the most. What I didn’t like was that in one of the rooms neither the TV nor the internet was working. Throughout the entire stay I tried to contact the staff to have it fixed, since I found a Wi-Fi repeater but wasn’t able to configure it myself. Unfortunately, I never received any response from the staff despite asking about it every day. We also only used one bathroom because the other one had an unpleasant smell and was not in good condition. Before our arrival the staff had been very attentive, writing to us and ‘worrying’ about our trip from the airport, even giving us useful directions. But after handing over the keys, all communication stopped completely. Overall, the apartment itself was fine, with a fantastic location and spaciousness, but the service was disappointing.

• Zuzanna (10/5): - Wszystko super, mieszkanie schludne, dobry kontakt z personalem, klimatyzacja spisywała się na medal. W mieszkaniu znajdowało się niezbędne wyposażenie kuchni oraz łazienki. Największy plus to lokalizacja. Jedyny minus to łóżka pojedyczne, wymagają wymiany, są popsute, nie da się ich poprawnie rozłożyć, przez co nie śpi się wygodnie :)

• Cuneo (2/5): Very poor - It's not what you see on social The bathrooms are not appropriate, along with the broken wood flooring that is hazardous. The wifi doesn't work throughout the apartment. You'll need magical hands to open the front door of the apartment as it's very challenging!
• Danielle (3/5): Great Location, But Everything Else Was Terrible - The location of this apartment is fantastic, but unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I can say. The check-in process was unsettling—they couldn’t provide a receipt for the money paid and insisted on cash, which felt sketchy. Once inside, we were shocked by the condition of the apartment. The bathroom floor was in such bad shape that we were afraid to use the shower, fearing we might fall through. The walls were scratched up everywhere, the single beds were broken, and the furniture was falling apart—one table even collapsed when we placed something on it. The entire apartment was in a terrible state. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
• Juha (6/5): Not bad. - Location, quiet and clean. Well after air con was fixed, the dust and some cut cables were left behind. Air con was fixed on the third day of our stay. Fair enough they offered a discount for it, didn’t take the offer up.

• Palfrey (1/5): Poor experience. - Location was very central. No air conditioning despite being advertised. Appalling bathrooms. Rotten floor boards, damp on walls, leaking shower and nasty damp smell in back bedroom/ bathroom from rotting shower floor. Plus ensuite sink unit rusty and nasty things in the drawers. Kitchen poorly equipped. Only 5 mugs for 6 people, no washing up liquid, tea towels etc. I could go on and on. We booked 5 nights but only stayed 1 and am still waiting for the agreed refund to come through. Despite confirming our arrival time we waited on the street for an hour to be let in. Slow communication responses from the company. In summary a poor experience. The company need to invest in this property or remove it from the rental market. Think carefully before renting this. I read the previous reviews regarding the bathrooms. Emailed the company to ask for an update and was assured that the bathroom issues had been resolved. THEY WERE NOT RESOLVED!
• Claire (2/5): The only good thing was the location. - The location was excellent Had to wait hour and half for someone to turn up with the keys. There were 4 of us staying at the apartment. Only one shower worked, but that leaked everywhere so constantly cleaning up water after every use. Only 1 mug and 1 glass, not good for 4 people. We asked for more several times but they never turned 2 beds were camp beds not comfortable at all. One bed is on a mezzanine floor in the lounge no privacy at all.

• Tania (5/5): We enjoyed the location, but not the property. We wouldn’t stay here again. - Location was great. The property was not as clean as expected. The when showering in the main bathroom, the floor would flood because the water would go everywhere. The shower in the second bathroom didn’t work.
• Alison (7/5): Good - Great location. Spacious. A few niggly maintenance issues that would be easy to fix and improve the stay eg change some light bulbs, fix the loose shower tap , keys were difficult to use

The flat is on the 3rd floor with no elevator which is not stated in the description. It has been extremely difficult for elderly people like us. There are 3 doors in total that need to unlocked, including the flat door, and it was very difficult to open the 2 outer doors with the given keys. The apartment was not clean, especially the bathrooms. There was a tiny amount of toilet paper for a 7-day trip of 3 people. Water leaked out of the bathtub during shower even though we did not fill the bathtub.

• Anca (3/5): Disappointment - Location in the city. Renting the apartment was a bad experience all together. Firstly, the description on booking site is not accurate: the ad presented the flat as having 3 bedrooms, but the apartment has only one bedroom and 2 improvise beds (one upstairs in a small kitchen and one above the living room). Secondly, the staff is unprofessional and lied to us in a couple of occasions: the representative that came to the apartment stated that he does not know the flat and that he was not aware that the ad stated the existing of 3 rooms, given the situation he stated that we will have a discount as the agency was at fault (a night free - 200 euro). However, after 3 weeks we did not receive any money, even though we discussed with the representatives at their office in persons, we had several calls, and we wrote them several messages. Thirdly, they requested from us 40 euro a “tourist fee”, and they didn’t give us a receipt, even though the Booking description states clearly that all taxes are paid. Fourthly, the flat was not clean, a lot of dust, mold smell and the bathroom drains are very bad (the bathtub drain got blocked several times) Unfortunately, we are obliged to address this bad experience to CONSOB (Consumer Protection Office) in order for other clients to be protected from such disappointments.
• Eleni (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great. The staff was helpful with transport (booked us a taxi etc) but they lied to us about the cleaning situation. The apartment was big but not functional. It has only one room with a double bed. Two attics (one with a double bed in the living room and one with a sofa bed) At the hall there were two single armchair+beds. The biggest problem was the dirt! So awful !! The one bathroom had ants and a huge problem with drainage, the main bathroom was so dirty that you had to stop breathing! the smell of the urine was TERRIBLE. When we told them that it was awful 1. they said they didnt know about the problems 2. They said that the sent house keeping to clean.. Both lies.. The one pair of the keys didn't work and the amenities and toilet paper were like they made fun of us. Of course bought from the shop. I wouldn't suggest anyone to book this place. The owner should renovate the bathrooms asap. It's a terrible impression for tourism.

• Christian (9/5): Superb - Great location and beautiful apartment. We can walk in a few minutes most key touristic locations in Rome. The internet at the flat was nonexistent: we managed to connect to the network but they had a cellphone router which obviously has an extremely low bandwidth. We could not even read emails. Fortunately we had our own phones with roaming. But this is something they could easily resolve. Apart from this everything was great. One important point: this flat is not for the elderly or mobility impair people as it has 4 flights of stairs.
