• Amanda (9/5): Perfect apartment, perfect location, perfect holiday. - Perfect location for exploring Rome. Spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped for self catering and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in self catering accommodation. Major plus also was the presence of a dishwasher, very rare in self catering apartments in our experience - it was so lovely not to have to wash up on holiday! Very minor - safety control on iron prevented it from being hot enough for use.

The host was great as well and gave us so much information on what was close in the area - so appreciated! Thank you for a great trip :) The ONLY niggle was the shower was super small lol my boyfriend is 6ft 8 so it was a bit of a challenge for him.
• Patricia (10/5): Very good, well-located accommodation! - The location was great. Massimo facilitated our early arrival and was there to greet us when we got there. He was very friendly and made us welcome. He showed us around the flat, provided a city map and general information with recommendations and suggestions for restaurants etc. He kindly left us some snacks and a bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture. The flat is very clean and tastefully decorated and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. The shower cubicle is on the small side, so not very roomy.

• Dee-ann (9/5): A wonderful stay in a great location. - The property was modern, spacious and very clean. The snack bowl was a lovely touch, so to the bottle of wine. Had run out of washing machine liquid. We bought our own so not a big issue.

An accessible property have to be prepared to received a disabled person and this one is beautiful but did not meet my needs That is not accessible Is not on alt the entrance is all the property.

• Jeetendra (5/5): Room is nice but train your cleaning staff to behave in a civilized manner. - The room is on the ground floor, very pretty, at a very nice and safe location. Massimo is a great host. He let us check in early and checked up personally for minor issues that we had in the bathroom. The room was stocked with snacks and wine. Good quality utensils and appliances. The cleaning guy is a disaster. We were supposed to checkout at 10:15 am which we did. However before we could checkout, there was a strange guy snooping at us through the windows. We didn’t know who he was but within seconds we checked out, he was inside, god knows how. We didn’t see him come through the main door and my wife thought he probably jumped the window and is trying to break in. I immediately called Massimo and told that there is a strange guy who might have jumped the window. Massimo told me he is the cleaner. Well as I was on the phone with Massimo, the guy rushed out of the building and started cussing at me, calling me crazy and screaming at us to get out of here. How are we supposed to know the guy snooping through the window, who we didn’t see enter through the main door, is a cleaner?? Massimo heard all this but supported the cleaner only saying he spoke to cleaner and the embassy guards outside, they said he entered through the main door. That may be so, but we didn’t see him coming through the main door and were just making sure. What about the cleaner snooping through the window, cussing at me, calling me crazy and screaming to get out of here??? No apologies for his behavior. We felt grossly insulted for trying to protect the property.

• Nuri (10/5): Exceptional - 1. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is the most important part of my assessment of accommodation. This accommodation is really clean. The floor and bedding are all clean. 2. Location: I didn't know the location was good on the first day. But after learning the geography, I found that the proximity to the tourist spot was very good. 3. Safety: I was worried because it was on the first floor, but it's very safe because a soldier is guarding it 24 hours a day right in front of the door. It was safer than any other place, so I was able to live in peace with three women. 4. Owner: The warm-hearted owner welcomed me to the front of the house on the day of check-in. . He introduced me to the house and helped me to adapt well. nothing
