• Virginia (8/5): Agradable estadia en Roma - El departamento esta equipado con todo lo que necesitas para tu estadia, desde cafe hasta microondas y lavarropas. La ubicacion es excelente para visitar Roma, esta muy bien comunicado con el medio de transporte público. El anfitrión deja todas las indicaciones que necesitas para tu estadia. A dos cuadras hay un supermecado. Sin duda volveriamos. Es importante siempre mantener las ventanas abiertas para la ventilacion de aire. Nosotras fuimos en primavera asique no fue un problema. Por la noche se puede escuchar mucho a los vecinos hablando y pasando por los pasillos hasta las 12 de la noche. Si quieres descansar es un problema irte a dormir temprano. En la ducha habia un poco de moho.

• Hemulisko (10/5): Pleasant stay in Testaccio - A cozy and comfortable ground floor apartment with everything you need for a short stay. We are regular visitors to Rome and for us Testaccio is one of the best neighborhoods to live in Rome. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby and the lively and authentic atmosphere is delightful. Smooth communication with the host. There is very little natural light as the apartment is located on the ground floor. There is no bidet.

• TheBigYin1984 (10/5): Great Little place. Well placed for most things. - Apartment was well appointed, and exactly as described. Great shower. Has some basics in cupboards. Bed very comfortable. Convienantly located near shops, restaurants and bars also. And to public transport which is cheap and frequent! Host very responsive and helpful.

• Juliette (7/5): Appartement agréable dans un quartier non touristique - quartier très agréable "non touristique", résidence calme Lave linge placé devant l'évier de la cuisine ?!! vaisselle un peu juste (nombre de couverts, de verres...) Le système du paiement de la taxe de séjour via l'application booking (véritable harcèlement de mails avant notre arrivée) avec frais supplémentaires, on aurait apprécié voir les propriétaires (comme mentionné) pour leur remettre directement cette taxe.

• Tracey (8/5): The apartment was in a great area with some good restaurants close by. - The area was quiet and property was secure, with a locked gate at the front of the apartment block and also a solid secure door to the apartment. The host contacted us on the day of arrival to say that the property wasn't going to be ready for an early check-in, as previously arranged, but they let us leave our luggage at the property so that we could go for a wander and have some lunch before checking in at 2pm. A few more utensils in the kitchen and a couple of spare towels would have been nice

• Kaelah (9/5): Great Location! - We enjoyed staying at the Little House Roma! It is super close to the market and pharmacy. There are also a ton of restaurants around that you can walk to! We really enjoyed our time there. Nothing! It was all good!

• Inès (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is perfect : near Trastevere and the Tevere, the neighborhood is really nice (with two amazing gelato places nearby !). The apartment is confortable and the air conditioning in the room was really well appreciated ! Stefano is very nice and arranging The shower could be renovated

• Robert (10/5): An oasis to relax in at the end of each day - The hosts met us at the flat at the appointed time and were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome We spent 17 nights in the flat in May 2024. We found the flat to be a really good location and also well equipped with everything needed for a 17 night stay The bed was comfortable and there were both a blanket and a duvet supplied. WIFI was fast and reliable and there were TV's in lounge and bedroom with HDMI ports for streaming. The washing machine was great and with the drying rack had no problems getting clothes dried. The location is superb walking distance to anywhere if you enjoy a pleasant walk or 9 minutes to Piramide metro / Ostia main line stop or 2 minutes to mainline tram and buses. We did walk back from Trevi Fountain which was about 45 minutes but the Forum could be done in 20 minutes direct but liked walking over the Aventine and taking in the keyhole view of the basilica early morning while there wasn't a queue. Within a matter of minutes were 3 supermarkets and Testaccio Market which hosts some the highest rated food in Rome. Staying here makes you feel a part of Roman community. We really cant think of anything
• Daniela (8/5): Very Nice - The apartment is nice and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped with everything to make breakfast and free coffee and tea. The location was very nice with 5 min walk to main bus lines or 30-40 min walk to main landmarks. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the area is quiet with nice restaurants and shops nearby. The mattress and couch were very worn in, they could use an upgrade (super soft mattress and very old couch) and the sheets in the room smelled dusty. Blankets are old and heavily used. If this is upgraded everything else is very nice.
• Danai (7/5): Value for money - It's near the city, next to metro, tram,and bus stations. Also, there are many restaurants near by. Very good location. Nice communication with the hosts, offered all the facilities. Offers many infos and suggestions. Okay, the apartment is inside a complex with a courtyard like most in Italy but on the ground floor. Little old, not that clean, the bathroom was not that good, the cabine drop some water. Not very comfortable bet and not very clean.

• Besner (8/5): Cool little place - It was well equipped and had coffee,sugar,salt and pepper,olive oil etc. It had a washer which was a nice surprise . It felt safe in a locked courtyard. The owner was helpful and sent great arrival instructions. It felt like a neighborhood community and was not packed with tourists. Good food all around and within walking distance. The AC did not cool the entire space very well. We ended up closing the bedroom door so we could sleep cool enough. It was a great little place but it was hard for me because there was no view and not a lot of natural light so it felt dark to me. It was a ways to go to get into the city center if that was something you wanted to do. We would have had a better time if we had researched the area ahead of time so that's on us!

• Sai (10/5): Exceptional - It was a really good experience. Close to bus stop and can get buses to all the attractions easily. The host was so kind and helpful. Perfect for a couple or 2-3 friends. Nothing !

• Tomasz (10/5): Well-equipped and comfortable connection to all Rome attractions - Apartment is located in a really well connected area with a lot of amazing restaurants. It's also not in the strict center of Rome so you can rest from all the noise. Whole place is well-equipped so you can make coffee or cook anything you want.

• Alix (9/5): Superb - The owners were really great and speedy at communicating with us. Access to the place was really easy and they were flexible on arrival times. Basic condiments provided which is a little plus! The sofa is extremely uncomfortable! We could have done with a bit of pre-warning about the tourist tax as it was a little last minute.

• Wwtam (10/5): Nice Apartment, Friendly Host, Great Location. - Clean, comfortable, spacious and safe apartment. Easily accessible to public transport especially Metro and buses. Ample food outlets nearby. Courteous, friendly and responsive host. Value for money. None

• Victoria (10/5): Perfect apartment if you don't mind noisy neighbours - The appartement is small but has all what man needs. Stefano is really nice and was always available and helpful. It has a super location: about 20 min to Coliseum, 5 min to the metro station and bus stop, there are backeries and supermarkets nearby. It can be quite loud. The first night from Saturday to Sunday we couldn't sleep till 2 a.m. because the neighbours cried loudly. The other variants were moving furniture at 12 a.m.,rehearing of the rock band and choir somewhere in the house (all at night) and people talking loudly in the yard. The bathroom is very small, big people can have problems with taking the shower. But the apartment itself and the owner are charming!
