• Eric (8/5): Appartement à conseiller évidemment car il remplit tous les critères d'un super séjour à Rome. - Logement idéalement placé à 10 minutes du Vatican. Très bien aménagé, très cosy, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour faire un séjour en famille (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, etc.). Literie parfaite. Environnement très calme avec un hall extérieur d'immeuble très soigné (style espagnol / marocain). Accueil par l'hôte impeccable et assistance pour divers renseignements par la propriétaire LAURA toujours très réactive. Si nous retournons à Rome, nous réserverons à nouveau cet appartement. Toutes sortes de commerce à proximité : moins de 5 minutes à pieds. Une note de 9/10 qui frôle le 10/10 et pourtant nous sommes exigeants... Un réseau WIFI qui sature vite mais nous étions 4 avec 2 adolescents donc normal. Appartement un peu sombre mais lorsque vous venez à Rome, vous ne passez pas beaucoup de temps à l'intérieur : vous visitez ou vous profitez des très bon restaurants italiens.

• Paula (10/5): - Pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie wspaniały! Lokalizacja idealna – do Watykanu mieliśmy zaledwie około 500 metrów, dzięki czemu mogliśmy wszędzie spacerować i w pełni poczuć klimat Rome. Właścicielka była niezwykle miła i pomocna – wszystko dokładnie nam wyjaśniła, a nawet zaproponowała możliwość zostawienia bagaży w dniu wymeldowania, co było bardzo uprzejme. Apartament był perfekcyjnie czysty, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona – garnki, zmywarka i wszystko, czego można potrzebować podczas pobytu. Ogromnym plusem były również łóżka – jeszcze nigdy nie spałam tak wygodnie jak tam! Po całym dniu zwiedzania można było naprawdę odpocząć. To był wyjątkowy pobyt w wyjątkowym miejscu. Rzym ma w sobie coś magicznego, a ten apartament sprawił, że nasz wyjazd był jeszcze bardziej niezapomniany. Z całego serca polecam i na pewno chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie!

Shower needs a bit of attention low pressure, and the wifi was very intermittent, and it was essential as mobile access in the building is limited.

• Pascal_1988 (9/5): Gute Lage, Erreichbarkeit und angenehme Aufenthalt | Sehr empfehlenswert! - - Persönlicher Service / Persönlicher Empfang - Lage (alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar) | Nähe Petersdom / Nähe zu Metrostation Ottaviano und direkte Verbindung zu Roma Termini) - Nähe zu Supermarkt und Restaurants - Allgemeine Sauberkeit der Wohnung - sehr angenehmes Quartier (Prati) - Apartment hatte keinen Strassenlärm, da Hofseitig orientiert (daher weniger gute Aussicht) - kleine Küche mit sämtlichen Utensilien vorhanden - 2 TVs (1x im Schlafzimmer / 1x im Wohnzimmer) - Angenehmes kleines Bad - Ausziehbares Sofa (wenn nötig) - Zimmer mit Tür von Wohn- und Essraum abtrennbar (Ideal für Reisende mit Kleinkind) - Waschmaschine vorhanden - Apartment liegt nur 7 Treppenstufen vom Strassenniveau erhöht (Kinderwagen somit einfach zu heben) - Sehr gute, einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit Laura - Waschmaschine war etwas verschmutzt und musste zuerst noch geputzt werden durch uns. - Es hatten noch einige Waschlappen gefehlt - ansonsten alles tiptop! Gerne wieder! - Im Hof gibt es einen Mechaniker für Motorräder / Roller mit einem Aussenlift. Aber der Mechaniker arbeitet zu normalen Arbeitszeiten und ist wirklich nicht sehr störend (zudem man tagsüber ja die Stadt erkundet).

• Julie (9/5): Pratique ! - Bien localisé, hôte très efficace et serviable. La cuisine est équipé avec la base. Mais certaine chose manquent ex: le seul couteau était un gros couteau à pain. Il y avait une machine à laver mais pas de sécheuse et pas de sèche linge pour étendre les vêtements mouillés.
• Olga (10/5): Мы прекрасно отдохнули и посмотрели любимый Рим - Квартира чистая, новый ремонт, есть вся необходимая техника (холодильник, фен, микроволновая печь, плита индукционная, посудомоечная машина, стиральная, сушильная машины), посуды много и она хорошего качества, кухня прекрасно оборудована. Были и таблетки для посудомоечной машины, средство для стирки, шампуни в ванной - все что нужно в быту. Кровать удобная, в гостиной большой раскладной диван. Квартира просторная и уютная. Большое спасибо! Очень удобно, что в этом же здании большой супермаркет Pewex. Квартира расположена на первом этаже, вход из внутреннего двора. Двор закрывается на ключ, вход в тамбур с квартирами тоже закрывается. Насколько я поняла, Лаура сдает две соседние квартиры, они примерно одинаковые. Мы жили в той, которая на фото с угловым диваном. Удобная доступность пешком до основных достопримечательностей 10-15 минут. Во дворе под окнами какая-то ремонтная мастерская, если днем захотите отдохнуть, то там рабочие громко разговаривают и их очень слышно :)) Но это небольшая проблема. Все было прекрасно!

A 5' de la boca del metro per anar al centre de Roma (Plaza Spagna, Fontana de Trevi, Panteó). La veritat és que tot és perfecte. Un apartament rehabilitat a la perfecció, no hi ha sorolls externs, restaurants i cafeteries només sortir del mateix.

El día del check out nos guardaron las mochilas para que pudiéramos ir cómodos por la mañana hasta que saliera el vuelo y luego se acercaron a abrirnos para entregárnoslas. Fue todo un detallazo porque nos permitió disfrutar un poco más de la ciudad sin cargas. Se portaron excelente .

The apartment was cleaned,luminous,quiet and nice for four people.It was warm which was appreciated as it was raining outside. Zero noise to sleep during the night.Plenty of facilities Many facilities around the area such as good restaurants, supermarkets, 24h Pharmacy, bus stop, tube, a pedestrian street full of stores and 10 min or less walking to The Vatican.I strongly recommend it If you need a taxi to the airport, book it yourself through APP FreeNow.

• Alexey (10/5): - Apartment has a good location, 5 minutes by foot to Vatican. And actually we walked all the city center from that location. It's very quite place, located near street full of tourists. There is a bus station where you can take a bus to far locations and subway also can be reached in 10 minutes. Apartment is perfect for family, it's clean and have almost everything you need (maybe to set up a washing machine would be advantage). It's very quite during the night time so we slept peacefully. Laura is fantastic - she personally met us on check in and provided a short, but useful guidance where the main historical places are, how to reach them and also recommend some places where to eat. She was so supportive and helped us during our stay a lot with different information - I appreciate that. I would definitely stay in this apartment on my next trip to Rome.

• Gabriela (9/5): Absolutely outstanding - The location of this apartment is absolutely outstanding. The bed was comfortable, the sofa bed wasn't bad, the kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped. It was very clean! And also very quiet considering how centrally located it was. The walk to the metro station is quick and easy, access to the Vatican is also quick and easy. I would totally recommend to any friend or family member traveling to rome. The only thing I did not love was having to pay the city tax in cash when we arrived. This is a hefty 6 Euros per person per day, which can add up pretty quickly. I realize that this is not set by the accommodation, but I don't believe I knew this was going to be a thing until after I had made the booking. So, just be aware that you will have to pay this in cash upon arrival.

Easy to check in and check out, host is responsive, and easy to talk to. Flexibility with leaving luggages on check out. Quiet apartment, no noise at all from outside. These maybe a little nit-picky While the beds are decent, the pillows are very thin. The apartment is relatively clean, but not super clean, since walking around the house with socks on, our socks are noticeably dirtier. The bathroom is a little small, so might be too cramped for bigger person, or if you have to help your children shower.

Their helper, Heymar, was super friendly and helpful! Wifi was quite slow and did mention to them that sometimes there’s an unpleasant smell coming from the outside even though all doors and windows are closed.

Very clean and greeted at the gorgeous big front wooden door to be shown how the facilities worked. Love that there was milk, washing powder and even a bottle of wine provided.

We were able to walk to many of the sights or take the metro but beware fellow travellers of pick pocketers on the trains. We had two attempts to steal from us. Otherwise Rome was amazing and we will definitely return.

It has lots of toys that our kids really enjoyed while we were relaxing. The staff are all helpful and ready to help out with whatever you ask for. They also checked us in early (extra) and really appreciated it as we did not have to carry all the luggage until the check in. Nothing to complain about and already recommended it. Not to miss . • Cshobe (8/5): Great spot in Rome - Location and size The mattress could use a 3 inch foam topper. Although some may prefer a hard mattress, those with arthritis who sleep on their sides could use some more cushion.

Welcome from Haymar was perfect, one little issue during our stay was taken care of immediately. Great area, not too touristy… L’Archetto was a great restaurant, there was gelatio on the corner and a bakery on the other corner. N/a

The property is in great location: walking distance to Vatican, there is also market just across the road to buy local food, fruits and veggies. Apartment is super clean and in amazing condition. Host left bottle of wine, drinking water and stuff for breakfast:). All was superb! (Once again Laura thank you for your kind gift for my daughters). NA
• Yadira (10/5): Absolutely wonderful flat for family in an excellent location - Super clean and excellent service. It was less than 10 min walk to the Vatican Museum. Located where locals live, eat and drink so the prices were better than other parts of Rome. Across the street a gelateria with cones starting at €2.50! A grocery store is a block away with everything you could need. The apartment had everything, kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. It even had a washer. The bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. It is about 30 min walk from the colosseum or 9 min by taxi or public transportation. They will arrange for transportation from airport upon request. All was excellent, no complaints. If you decide to pay upon check-in bring the exact amount in Euros.

• Karen (9/5): super modern apartment in great area with great host - Fantastic ground floor apartment with large double bedroom and sofa bed in kitchen/living room area. Great modern bathroom with double sink and plenty of counter space. Nice touch with complementary wine, milk, coffee and some french toast and Jam. Owner Laura was great at communicating with us and although she was out of Rome she had arranged for her helper Haymar to meet us at the property. We used whats app and text message to communicate and Haymar was super friendly and went through everything we needed to know. They even arranged transportation to the Airport for us. Great location around 12 mins walk to the Vatican City. Loads of local restaurants, cafes and shops locally - cheaper than near the main tourist areas around other attractions in Rome. Would be good to have somewhere to place your bottles when showering.
