• Anita (10/5): - Destination was great,some minutes from metro station (half an hour from the center by underground)and supermarket.Nice restaurants,pizzeria and bakery near to the apartment.It was comfortable and perfect to family with 2 kids.The owner is very helpful and kind.We could check in late evening and check out early morning due to our flights without extra fee.Apartment is like in the pictures. Recommended.
• Attila (10/5): Ár értékben torony magasan megérte. - Rosszabb környékre számítottam a negye alapján, de kellemes csalódásom volt. Május 1 ünnep volt, de így is volt nyitva reggelizőhely a szállás 100 méteres körzetében. Metro tényleg 300 méter (át kell menni a főút tuloldalára ha a belvárosba szerettünk volna menni). Szállásról rosszat nem tudok írni. Kicsit félve foglaltam, mert pont előtte lettem átverés áldozata, de vendéglátóval korrekten le tudtam vele mindent levelezni. Chiara A vendéglátónk, Chiara csupa kedvesség volt és roppant segítőkész.

• Natasa (10/5): Amazing Stay – Would Totally Come Back! - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. It was very clean, comfortable, and modern, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The balcony was lovely and a great spot to unwind. The area felt very safe, and the location was excellent — right next to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The host was amazing and always there for us whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended!

Super kontakt z właścicielką, która była bardzo pomocna, udzieliła nam potrzebnych informacji dotyczących organizacji transportu w Rzymie i była dyspozycyjna jeśli chodzi o check-in. Dzięki temu wszystko było jasne i pobyt był naprawdę udany.

• Mandy (9/5): Would use again. - Modern, well presented and very comfortable beds. Host Chiara was lovely and very helpful. Would have been good to have a kettle as we had to use a saucepan to boil water for tea.
• Tugce (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed a lot. The apartment was clean . The owner was helpfull. It is really close to the metro station. And you are in the center only with one metro(30-35 minutes). No transfer needed. And there are many restaurants and shops close to the apartment

• Valeriy (9/5): Superb - The host, Chiara, is nice, she gave us a lot of useful information, including a list of restaurants she recommended. The apartment is located very close to a subway station. There are a few restraurants and cafes between the apartment and the subway station. The prices in these restaurants are very reasonable and the food is high quality and delicious. There are also two grocery stores and an ice cream parlour where a four-scoop cup is only $2.50! There is no shampoo, shower gel or napkins in the apartment. Well, pretty much hardly any consumables apart from dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Also, for some reason, there are also no cutting boards.
• Dušan (10/5): A very pleasant stay - Everything was really excellent! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, with two bedrooms and three air conditioners… It had all the necessary amenities. The city center can be reached very quickly by subway. The host, Chiara, was very kind and even allowed us a late check-out, so when we return to Rome, we will definitely stay in the same place again!

• Feroz (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice, cosy, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice, helpful and pleasant There are many garbage bins on the street. They are owned by the city and they smell very strong. We in Canada are not used to having these bins on the street like this, therefore it was not a good impression
• Alexandra (10/5): Comfortable and totally recommend for a city break in Rome. Good price for good quality! - The apartment was very very well equipped, two comfortable bedrooms, all very clean. It is about 20-30 mins away from the city centre but is very close to the metro station. The host was amazing and super friendly, totally recommend for a city break in Rome. The neighbourhood was a bit far from the city centre and was slighty dirtier than the rest of Rome from what we have seen, but this has nothing to do with the apartment, which was very clean.
• Rebecca (10/5): Modern apartment in a real Roman area - Really modern, clean and well equipped apartment. 5 min walk to the Metro, 15 min to Termini and in a non-touristy neighbourhood. There are still restaurants within walking distance and lots of pharmacies and grocery stores downstairs. AC in every room. Chiara have us excellent tips for our stay too. Not much really! It was a great stay if you don't mind being further from the more popular tourist areas. It could also use a washing machine but there are plenty laundromats nearby.

• Katarzyna (5/5): Rome - - cozy flat with a pleasing design - nice balcony - excellent location near metro, shops, and restaurants - host spoke great English and was very communicative and responsive - host allowed us to check in earlier - welcoming touch with a bottle of water and Italian sweets - every room equipped with AC, perfect for heatwaves - fast and reliable internet - extra paper towels and rubbish bags would be helpful - replacement needed for toilet brush - cleaning of the floor and furniture needs improvement - broken chairs and loose tap issues - one more cleanliness concern, however, promptly addressed by the host

• Mammadjafar (7/5): Good - Ciara is a really good host. She speaks good enhlish and very helpfull throughout the stay. She advised about getting in there from airport, how to buy a simcard, etc. Theres are few nice restaurants to eat downstairs. Also, theres a supermarket and a pharmacy. Metro station is in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Cleanliness of the apartment was not good. There was visible dust. Some repairment works need to be done in bathroom. Tap and shower for example should be fixed. Theres piles of stinking garbage on street on walking way to metro.

• Leni (8/5): Good value for money - The apartment was clean and spacious. It was also very close the metro. The host was very nice and friendly, and we appreciate that she waited for us although we had a late check in (past 12 mindnight). The neighborhood was quite dark.

Good quality-price ratio, the location is close to the metro and is quite easy to reach the points of interest, the staff is extremely kind, helpful to help when needed. The structure is modern, bright and clean. It is so pleasant and soothing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. -

• Irina (10/5): Will book again this apartment!!! - Nice modern apartment,Metro station nearby. Great location-many supermarkets in the neighborhood. A very cheap and die for pizza beside ! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen,everything was comfortable and easy for use. The host waited for us at a very late check in hour,explained us how everything in the apartment works,Was on connection with us during all our stay with recommendations,or any other staff we needed. Even gave us her personal iron and ironing board for use during the stay. The host is a very kind person who cares about her guests few days before arrival and till the end of the stay. In the apartment we got for free coffee capsules ,water,sugar,salt,oil for the first needs. Sufficient toilet paper and clean towels. All that we pretended to be fixed or changed-was done immediately for us. Nothing else to report - a Huge THANK YOU KIARA from our family!!! Will book again definitely!!!!!
