- Silvia (9/5): Amazing location, great space for families! - Out of the 5 to 6 properties we rented, this was the best. The location is by far the best thing about this property. It is literally steps away from the Spanish steps and accessing food and shopping is right at your doorstep. We are a family of five including three kids and the space to spread out was amazing. The rooms are big and we loved the communal living spaces. Beds were also super comfortable. The half bathroom was flooding from the flat above. Not major but we couldn’t use that bathroom. One of the other bathrooms also flooded in shower when used so I am guessing they might have a plumbing issue, but in homes that are that old I am not surprised.

- Amy (8/5): Good Location to Experience Rome - Good location - easy to walk to most places in Rome. It was a perfect fit for three couples. We only stayed two nights before we flew home. It’s an older building but the place was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops. Would be nice if the kitchen could be stocked with coffee/creamers etc.

Quiet apartment with comfortable beds and very spacious. Very responsive host. Would highly recommend. Shower in the main bathroom awkward to use due to the angle of the bath and length of the shower head. No toaster in the kitchen.

Very close to the Spanish Steps, all major sights within walking distance. The apartment was air conditioned beautifully! In the middle of the summer, it was a welcome relief to come back to the apartment to rest and relax in the cool. It was more spacious than I expected! Having three bedrooms was fantastic and the living and dining room were chic and stylish. We absolutely loved our apartment! The beds were a bit hard. I would have preferred a more comfortable sleep but not a reason to look elsewhere! Everything else was absolutely perfect!

It was huge!! 3 good size double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a very large living room. There was so much space for us (4 adults using all 3 bedrooms), and the ceilings are about 10ft high which made the rooms even more spacious. The location is fab: 2 minutes walk to Spanish Steps, and 8 minutes to Trevi fountain. Set on a popular, mostly, pedestrianised shopping street, yet so quiet inside the apartment. The apartment was clean, and had a sophisticated Italian feel. The modern decor was appreciated. The host was great, he arranged our airport transfers for us and he was quick to respond to any queries. We would highly recommend this amazing apartment!! We loved our stay here, and there was nothing we disliked. The only minor criticism is that it would be good if 2 sets of keys could be provided. Other than that it is, as I've already said, FANTASTIC!!

The apartment is spatious, and with the true touch of art and design. The place was quiet, no noises at night. Grocery around the corner. nothing to complain, really; only some minor issues like a lack of corcscrew in the kitchen, but it is not a real downside

Ceilings are thin and upstairs neighbors are heavy-footed and walk around late at night and early morning. Master bath has mold and peeling paint. For the price we paid, the extra charge for late check-in was ridiculous.
