- Inna (3/5): Could benefit from a complete makeover, cleaning, and renovation. - The location is great, away from the crowds and close enough to walk to historic sites. Property appears neglected. Dirty bathroom, visible mold on toilet bowls, cosmetic damage in the bathtub, floors, stains on walls, paint chipping on windows, and a strange smell. While the location and the size of the apartment is great, the stay in the apartment is not cozy. It needs a complete makeover with a fresh coat of paint, new light fixtures, comfortable furniture in the living room to unwind and make it an enjoyable Rome experience. We have stayed and lived in Rome multiple times, and this was below the bar. Avoid it until the property owners/managers do a cosmetic makeover an make it a homey place.

- Marcello (9/5): Extremely nice place in a very convenient location - Continuous connection with Gianmarco and his team. We had the transport waiting for us at the airport, someone was at the property when we arrived and they explained us all that we needed to know.. we were ready to go and enjoy Rome very quickly! There is a bar just outside the building, perfect for doing breakfast in the morning. Also you are 2minutes away from a bridge that takes you straight into the old city center.. you are super close to the city center, but also far away enough not to be bother by traffic and night life.. PERFECT LOCATION! Not much, maybe one only point is that the water pressure for the showers could be improved. I know the house is in a very old building but a bit more pressure would have been nicer.. but that's a small detail, we still could shower.. :-)

- Colin (8/5): would highly reccommend this place - Fantastic,clean, spacious, well equiped apartment,with a modern look, in a great location close to major attractions, nice local restaurants.we loved it. the heating was on a timer at a fixed temperature, but the apartment never got warm enough before the heating cut off, it said 20 degrees on the thermostat but the rooms never got above 18 which wasnt enough for the time of year & there were no remote controls for the aircon units so we couldnt boost the temperature.

Beautiful spacious apartment with high ceilings. Adrian- the manager - was awesome. He was full of useful information and advice. Some of the amenities especially in the kitchen could be improved including the cleanliness of the dishes. Also, could improve the bathroom products.
