• Dorte (9/5): Beautiful clean apartment with small balcony - Gorgeous apartment with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. New and good linens also the towels. Small and functional kitchen with a little balcony to sit and enjoy the sunset Quiet area and safe The flat is convenient for the Vatican and the nearby neighborhood. It is a good long (but beautiful ) walk into the old town over the river. We have seen electric scooters standing nearby, but you can’t count on them The host is amazing, very friendly and gave very good advice on dinner and places to see The long walk to old town - but that is just because we didn’t use the bus or the electric scooters It was very handy the day we visited the Vatican

The host let us stay until 4 pm since he didn't have guest this day - free of charge! My grandparent who are 85 years old were very grateful for that! I will come back one day for sure! Very comfortable beds too! nothing

The apartment is warm, clean, bright, with the balcony. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. The bed is very comfort . You can reach Vatican museums by foot - it takes 15 minutes, or take a bus. The metro station Cipro is 15 minutes walking distance. Nothing

• Jamie (10/5): Really happy with our stay here and would stay here again without question. - The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay in Rome. The beds were comfortable and we slept really well. Close to The Vatican and good transport links to get to other sights to see in Rome. The host was very friendly, as well as happy to help and provide recommendations within the local area. Of the 4 places we stayed within Italy, Apartment Matilde was our favourite - like a home away from home. There was nothing we didn't like, although it would have been helpful to have a tea towel for drying up. There was an over head drying rack in the cupboard above the sink though so not the biggest problem.

Would stay here again. - Close to Vatican, spacious, clean, has washer and drier, tv, wifi, full kitchen with utensils, pans and mugs, trasbags and cleanning supplies. Pretty neat! Coffee pot was rusted. Capouccino machine’s water container had deep, unremovable stains. AC in kitchen/living room did not work. Main Door lock, from inside, came loose. Minor observation is that shower is extremely small. Would be nice if they have a bottle of water for arrival in case is a late check in and guests need to take medication.
