• Hernandez (7/5): - Su ubicación. Es perfecta. El anfitrión muy bien. Agradecida de que nos permitiese dejar las maletas después del check- out hasta que nos recogiera el taxi privado. El apartamento en general no estaba mal, pero necesita cambios. El colchón no era muy cómodo y el sofá cama muy blando. La ducha no nos gustó . Demasiado pequeña y solo con opción de salida de agua desde un dispensador superior fijo. No me gustó que no hubiese jabón de manos ni papel higiénico

• Peter (4/5): Die Stadt Rom gibt's keine öffentliche Toiletten 😂 - Zwei separate Betten. Der WC Deckel war kaputt, die Dusche ist sehr, sehr klein, und hat Schimmel. Das Bettlaken hatte Flecken.😂

• Sophie (8/5): Très bon logement - Le logement est idéalement situé dans Rome, très propre et bien équipé. La récupération des clés était très simple : quelqu'un s'est déplacé. C'est vraiment dommage que l’hôte ne réponde pas aux messages envoyés sur booking pendant le séjour ni au téléphone indiqué sur l'annonce. Nous avions besoin de laisser les valises 2h de plus que l'heure prévue. J'ai contacté l’hôte par message deux fois la veille du départ, je lui ai téléphoné le jour même et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Nous avons dû chercher une consigne.

• Kenda (9/5): Very pleasant place and staff ! Highly recommend! - Amazing location, very central within walking distance of all amenities and major attractions in Rome. The apartment itself was very clean and both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. It was a very pleasant place to stay. There is not lift, however there is no need for one. We were welcomed by a very lovely lady who gave us our keys. There was a problem with the heating which the landlord fixed straight away, and made sure everything was okay throughout our stay. Unfortunately we had some very noisy neighbours at the time of our stay, otherwise everything was perfect.
• Nursultan (8/5): Very good - The apartment in Rome left only positive impressions. It was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that created a sense of home comfort. The furniture and appliances were in good condition, and everything necessary for living was available. The hosts of the apartment were very friendly and kind people, always ready to help and share useful information about the city. The location of the apartment was also excellent — just a five-minute walk from Piazza Venezia, which makes it easy to reach many historical landmarks and attractions of Rome. The only small downside was that it was a bit chilly in the apartment, but this didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for staying in Rome! • Yunes (7/5): Hidden gem but dont go in summer you will literally melt. Lol - Location was the best part of this booking. It's a little hidden, the location gets you to a pizza parlor you have to go in the little alley to get there but you are in the very center of rome! Ac didn't work i was melting The ac filter was a little dirty so was the bathroom roof but overall the floors were clean. Mattresses could be better too.

• Shadiah (7/5): Stay in Rome - The location is in the center and the staff is nice.It can accommodate up to 4 people. No elevator was disappointed. No reception.You meet the agent or the manager and get the keys which were alot.You have to pay 6 Euro per night taxes and 60 Euro final cleaning. It is an apartment in a building. There was no washing liquid for the washing machine, only a small amount left from the previous customer and no washing liquid to wash the utensils in the kitchen.The TV remote control in the bedroom was broken and covered by plastic tabe.No cleaning during 5 night stay.

No dishwashing liquid, washing sponge or tea towel provided, which is necessary for a self catering unit. Foul odours were emanating from the drains in the shower and kitchen sink. The location meant that it was very noisy all the time.
• Alex (8/5): Very good - + Location is close to all point o interest + Very quiet + Easy check in /check out - Extremely few sanitary items. - The same goes for the kitchen, unfortunately no napkin or dishwashing detergent. - Small details could be greatly improved * I understand that the owner has a contracted company to prepare the apartment, with small details that do not cost much(a shower gel in the bathroom, more hygienic harassment, napkins in the kitchen, etc.) could make the apartment experience much more enjoyable. I went to the store to buy the above mentioned and left there everything we had left. I understand that it is an apartment, but these things make the difference especially if you pay a not so small amount per night. - The sofa is very uncomfortable, esre ruoa in places, our boy somehow managed to find a position for an ok sleep. - The pillows for me were very inconode.
