• Crisbell (9/5): Very good! - My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely excellent. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the main attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation. The towels were not completely clean; when we arrived, they were still wet and damp. That’s the only negative point I can mention, everything else was perfect.
• Sartini (9/5): Appartamento davvero carino - Ottima posizione, a neanche 2 minuti dalla fontana di Trevi, turisti permettendo. Dal balcone c'è una vista alquanto piacevole, soprattutto nelle ore in cui tramonta il sole. L'appartamento è bello in alto all'interno dalla palazzina quindi è perfetto per stare tranquilli e in silenzio visto che non si sentono troppo i rumori della città. Mi è piaciuto molto l'arredamento e ho adorato le travi in vista. Esperienza tutto sommato positiva, ci tornerei volentieri. Se ci fosse stata anche una cucinetta o comunque una sorta di colazione la mattina sarebbe stato l'appartamento perfetto, devo dire che è una cosa di cui ho sentito la mancanza, anche perché ci sono prezzi allucinanti in giro, parlo in generale ma in particolare per la colazione. Però tranne questo dettaglio siamo state bene.
• Silvia (10/5): - La posizione è impagabile, appena dietro la Fomtana di Trevi, ma in una stradina dove non si sentono rumori. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di essere un po' più curato, non ci vorrebbe molto, e sarebbe il top. I materassi sono scomod e non c'è neanche un armadio per i vestiti, quindi rimane tutto un po' in disordine.

Powietrzem w lokalu nie da się oddychać ze względu na ilość grzybow i pleśni. Poza tym: -brak mebli (stół, krzesła, szafka), które były widoczne na zdjęciach oferty, -pleśń i grzyb obecne w różnych pomieszczeniach, co powodowało, że powietrze było niezdatne do oddychania, -przeciekający prysznic oraz nieszczelna umywalka, -niedziałająca klimatyzacja nr 1, -brak baterii w klimatyzacji nr 2, co uniemożliwiało jej użycie, -brak jakiegokolwiek innego źródła ogrzewania, ogólny wygląd mieszkania znacznie odbiegał od zdjęć w ogłoszeniu, -zaniedbane elementy wyposażenia i dekoracji, m.in. zasłony wybarwione od środków chemicznych, -ogólny nieporządek oraz brud poza świeżą pościelą i ręcznikami.

• Ilaria (4/5): - Posizione ottima, a due passi da tutto Non è assolutamente nel mio stile dare recensioni negative perché mi adatto a tutto, ma, a malincuore, questa volta è inevitabile. La stanza (perché non è un appartamento) era minuscola, buia e poco pulita. Il letto matrimoniale aveva il materasso in pessime condizioni, tanto che sono andata a casa col mal di schiena. Il divano letto è ad una piazza e mezza, quindi non è assolutamente una stanza per 4 adulti...al max 3. Gli split erano 2 ma solo uno funzionante e col suo telecomando, quindi abbiamo patito il freddo. Avvisato l'host al mattino, mi ha risposto dopo mezzanotte dicendo che avrebbe mandato qualcuno a controllare ma al rientro verso sera la situazione era ancora uguale. Assistenza e comunicazione carenti. Cucina in comune con un' altra stanza, ma chiusa a chiave. Due tv, ma solo una funzionante e connessa in streaming. Avvisato anche di questo, ma nessuna risposta. Fortuna che abbiamo dormito solo 2 notti perché non avrei resistito più a lungo!

This is written in previous reviews. The photo of the apartment does not correspond to reality. The apartment has been in need of renovation for a long time. There are mosquitoes in the apartment, probably because of the humidity. We stayed up all night from mosquito bites.

It's always leaking and we have to clean ourselves and make the bathroom floor dry everytime we use the shower. The water can even run through outside the bathroom if you don't put a pile of towels. A day before our check out, we can't use the wi-fi anymore. It says "wi-fi connected but no internet" Wondering why?🥺

• Jasmine (8/5): Great location, cute room - Fantastic location!!! Walk in any direction and you will find an abundance of great food, shopping and sights. Walkable distance to most of the main attractions and close to taxi rank/bus stops. Cute and charming rooms, thoughtfully decorated. The balcony and shutters were great for letting air and light in. Loved that there was a hair straightener, was much better than my tiny travel one. Plenty of communication from the host in the lead up to our stay which was good. Very easy to follow directions for getting into the accommodation. The shower was not great. It could only be hand held which made washing self or hair etc really frustrating, and the shower screen leaked so every time we showered we had to use a pile of towels to soak up the puddles on the floor. There was a bath tub but no plug so we couldn't even use that. The air conditioner only worked for the first half of our stay and after that would not turn on. We turned the fridge on but when we came to get our stuff out it had turned itself off or the plug may not be good, but it was hot again. The bed was very hard and there were no blankets, just a top sheet. Overall we still really enjoyed our stay and would probably still stay there again, but it's for location rather than comfort :-)

• Melanie (8/5): Central apartment perfect for 2. - Quaint apartment with small balcony in a cracking location near to the Trevi fountain. 3rd floor. Great for 2 people - but a little cramped for a family of 4. Sofabed in the second room was quite narrow / cosy for 11& 13 year old siblings to share. Fridge in room handy to store cool drinks & food. Shared kitchen good for coffee and preparing a snack - but not suitable for cooking a meal. Bath with a shower attachment - showering tricky & small water tank didn't do 4 people. But in terms of location - perfect to explore Rome - about 20 to 30 mins walk from everything (vatican - travestere - villa borghaise - colleseum & roman forum).

There are quite some steps to reach the apartment (4th floor) - no problem for us, but could be for some. There is common kitchen for 2 apartments, which did not feel super clean. But for the price we paid, the place is perfect.

• Paramita (9/5): Cute, Cozy, and Breezy Apartment which makes you feel the Roman air. Gigi is a great host and I will highly recommend th - Heart of Rome within walking distance to Trevi, with great restaurants, art galleries, and Spanish steps. Secured entry and safe! It has a shared kitchen with some accessories, which provides a good option. Private and secured entry vs rest of the building! The guests residing within the property forget to close the elevator door which does not help some guests, living on the top floor. Recommend that the Apartment manager put up a sign on the elevator door to fix this issue. Also, my apartment was on the top floor and has a flight of steps to get to the door, which was not mentioned in the description. The recommendation is to update the description. else some guests might find it difficult.

• Cosimo (7/5): Great location but.. - Fantastic location a few steps away from the iconic Fontana di Trevi, which allows you to walk to every main attraction. It is surrounded by great little ice-cream places. It is an apartment divided into two separate apartments, but it does feel like you're sharing it with someone else. The space is more than enough for a very short stay, but I wouldn't choose it if I needed to stay longer. It wasn't super clean ( the beams were dusty, and they are right above your bed).
