The floor in the room and the cupboards were sticky.

• Denise (7/5): Quinto piano senza ascensore: un dettaglio da non omettere - Zona residenziale molto tranquilla, ma a piedi si può raggiungere qualsiasi cosa (supermercati,ristoranti, pub, bar, è tutto a meno di 20 minuti). Stazione del treno a 30 minuti a piedi o meno se si prende l’autobus. Palazzo silenzioso e tranquillo, l’appartamento nel complesso accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa. Un po’ “vecchiotto”, sembra un po’ casa della nonna, ma era pulito. L’host gentilissimo, risponde ai messaggi velocemente e si è dimostrato disponibile. Per il prezzo pagato, vista la zona, decisamente ottimo, ci ha permesso di fare una bella vacanza nel complesso. Non è ben specificato nell’annuncio, ma è al QUINTO PIANTO (10 rampe di scale in totale) SENZA ASCENSORE. Ci è andata bene che siamo persone giovani e senza problemi, ma sicuramente è un appartamento NON ADATTO a bambini, anziani o chi ha problemi fisici di qualche tipo. Andrebbe specificato, è un particolare decisamente importante! Non ci sono zanzariere, ed è un peccato perché tenendo le finestre aperte si stava da dio, e mancava sapone per le mani in bagno.

• Carzoli (8/5): - La struttura è molto pulita, vicino a tutti i mezzi per potersi muove liberamente. Purtroppo non ha l'ascensore ed essendo all'ultimo piano è una sfacchinata soprattutto con la valigia.

• sylvie (9/5): Vacances en immersion italienne - J ai aimé l emplacement dans un quartier populaire et tres bien desservi en transport en commun. Francesa est tres réactive. La minuscule cafetière italienne ne permet de boire qu un petit café, il y en a pas pour 2, ni même pour un bol!

• Nadezhda (9/5): Очень хорошо! - Отличная квартира в тихом зеленом районе Рима. Совсем рядом автобусные остановки, которые позволяли спокойно и быстро перемещаться по Риму. Рядом достаточное количество кафе и мини маркетов. Чисто, аккуратно, есть все самое необходимое. С балкончика открывается красивый вид на город. Благодаря тому, что квартира находится в глубине квартала, было очень тихо и прекрасно спать после долгих прогулок по Риму. Франческа заранее прислала инструкцию по заселению и мы прекрасно самостоятельно заселились, что очень удобно. 6 этаж без лифта. Может не подойти пожилым людям
• Romina (10/5): Increible. - Tuvimos una grandiosa estadia, el departamento estaba muy bien ubicado, con metro y bus a pocas calles. Muy lindo barrio con cafeterías y restaurantes muy buenos ( recomiendo "La gatta mangiona" y trecaffe). Los dueños fueron muy amables, recoger las llaves era facil y el departamento estaba muy bien equipado. We had a great stay! The apartment was very well located, with the metro and bus just a few blocks away. It’s a lovely neighborhood with excellent cafés and restaurants (I recommend "La Gatta Mangiona" and Trecaffè). The hosts were very kind, picking up the keys was easy, and the apartment was very well equipped.

It is well connected to the city center, you have multiple options to go with.The owner is also very kind, we had some trouble and she helped us immediately. We had everything we needed in the apartment It's on the fifth floor without an elevator. The air conditioner is really old so it was harder to cool the apartment
• Catherine (9/5): Comfortable apartment with birds eye view - Great to be able to use the terrace with views over the rooftops to St Peter's dome ( worth climbing the 96 stairs). Close to bus and tram so easy to get into the historic areas. Excellent daily market nearby. Good communication with host for checking in and tourist tax instructions. Though checkout is stated at 10am, the cleaner arrived at 9 am. Some of the crockery is a bit tired, and proper wine glasses would be nice.

• Yuliia (7/5): A good flat for 1 person - The flat has a kitchen and the bathroom + balcony. The bed is too small for 2 people, it was very uncomfortable to sleep there. Moreover, there isn’t any elevator in the building, so you have to go to the 5th floor, which can be uneasy, especially in the heat. The air conditioner did not work properly, so it was very warm inside.

• Fülöp (9/5): Superb - The flat is perfect for 2 people, would be a bit of a squeeze for 3. We had ample space, shops are close and the flat is well equipped for everyday activities. Public transport stops 3 minutes of walk away and it takes you straight to the centre.
• Konstantinos (2/5): I would not recommend it, even for a value for money choice - Quiet and nice neighborhood The bed sheets were dirty, as well as the entire room. Dust everywhere, and mainly stains in the bathroom. The shower handle was rusted and broken, causing leaks, and you had to hold it tightly to prevent the handle from detaching from the water pipe while taking a bath. Additionally, there was a half (used) toilet paper roll, so we had to buy our own. It was on the 5th floor without an elevator, a piece of information we weren't aware of, making it difficult for us to go up and down every day.
