• Боби (9/5): - Perfect location 2 minutes from the metro with lots of shops around and close to the Vatican. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like at home.It had everything you needed, such as a hairdryer, hair straightener, iron, the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, the only thing missing was a coffee machine, but it did have a microwave. What I didn't like was that there was no holder for shampoo and shower gel in the shower stall.

• Souhila (8/5): Très bon séjour à Rome, hôte très réactif. Appartement propre et bien équipé. - Appartement proche du métro dans un quartier calme, avec plusieurs commerces. Logement spacieux avec 2 salles de bain. Voisins un peu bruyant le soir et resto sous une des chambres.

• Anita (7/5): Super Ausgangslage mit super Gastgeber. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Gleich in der Nähe gabs Supermärkte und Imbissstuben als auch ein gutes Cafe. Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein paar kleine Probleme mit dem Wasser, er hat sofort gut Tipps gegeben und ist auch persönlich vorbeigekommen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und unkompliziert. Nachts haben die Mieter ober uns ordentlich viel Lärm/Musik gemacht. Mit Kindern und älteren Menschen ist das leider nicht so lustig. Ansonsten war alles gut. Die Touristentaxen hatten wir leider übersehen- ist aber kein Manko am Gastgeber.
• Nicolas (10/5): Rapport qualité/prix idéal pour un séjour entre amis - Appartement parfaitement situé à 2 minutes à pieds de la station Cipro. À proximité se trouve également plein de facilités et le Vatican n’est qu’à 15 minutes à pieds. L’appartement est conforme aux photos proposées. Aussi, gros point positif sur l’accueil, la disponibilité et les conseils de notre hôte Andrea ! Petit souci d’eau chaude dans la 2eme salle de bain. Andrea nous a réglé le problème et il ne faut pas hésiter à le contacter si ça se reproduit.

• Carmen Ramona (6/5): Decente - E posizionata abbastanza vicino alla metro. Il ragazzo è abbastanza disponibile Non era pulita per niente ! La doccia perdeva acqua! Abbiamo avuto problemi con l acqua calda che non usciva di continuo! Rumore pazzesco lì con le serrande la notte e la mattina I vicini sopra hanno sempre fatto feste tutto il nostro soggiorno di una settimana

• Javier (7/5): Good and enough for few nights - Nice location, specially to go to vatican city and Close to metro. Seems an old department, the owner enter the apartment to take the city tax while I was not there and I did not like that.

• István (1/5): - Moldy bathroom, dirty cutlery. Malfunctioning water system, hot and cold water changing every 5 seconds even at full pressure. The gas alarm is constantly on at night. There is a bar somewhere near the accommodation, loud music is played every night until about midnight. Many people have described these problems before us, but nothing has been done to fix them. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but when we suggested a minimal fee reduction citing the errors and our disappointment, the owner blamed us for errors that I find outrageous. First, he started with small things: he found trash in the trash can (I didn't know I was supposed to take it out, I picked up the recyclables separately), the towel was bloody (it was Nutella, my 5-year-old daughter wiped her hands in it), I left all the gas on, that's why the gas detector signaled (1. we turned off the gas burners, so the owner reset it after we left, 2. the gas detector only signaled at night). Later, the wilder thoughts came: the child broke the window with a ball (my son had a small rubber ball for the beach, if he can break anything with it at the age of 9, I'll send him to FC Barcelona). And the most disgusting thing: he accused me of breaking the lock on the terrace grill. The lower lock on the grill that works with two locks wasn't even locked, I think it's been broken for years. The owner also only used the upper one. Then he sent a video saying that he had the locksmith and that we caused 200 Euros in damage. He said that if I don't report the errors to Booking, he won't show up either. This is blackmail, and it's based on baseless lies. So I'm not only going to report it here, but also to the Italian authorities so that they can take away his license.
• Francine (10/5): Tastefully furnished and very clean Appartment neat to the Metro and Vatican‘s Garden - Tastefully furnished and very clean apartment, 1 min/1.50 minutes from Metro Cipro, all shops nearby. Very practical with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped in a well-kept building. Ideal for saving time in Rome, just behind the Vatican.
• Libor (8/5): Very good - Amazing place, close to Subway and close to Vatican. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, OK kitchen. The owner was willing but check-in by code 24/7 would be much better.

• Pattanawut (9/5): Superb - The host is very responsive. We could contact him anytime during our stay The big bathroom was quite a problem. After taking a shower, the water would flood out from the entire bathroom even with a shower curtain.
• Nahhas (8/5): Very good - The home is big and can accomodate 5 people easily, near the metro which makes the travel easier. And had several supermarket at less than 2min walking distance The central heating is off most of the time in the appartment so made the kids feel cold. We were not able to shower properly as most of the time NO hot water just freezing water. Also the hot water comes for 1 min and then turns very cold suddenly for the remaining tim. so not reliable to take a full shower.
• Ale (8/5): Very good - It is in a strategic place into the city. There is a metro station 2 blocks from the apartment and 6 blocks to the museum Vaticano. It was clean and tidy. You have to fight a little bit with the boiler to get hot water for a shower. Anyway everything was excellent.
