• Adrián (5/5): Aceptable pero muy mejorable - La ubicación, la cercanía a la estación Roma Termini. La temperatura del apartamento es buena teniendo en cuenta el calor que hacía en el exterior. Apartamento amplio. Apartamento deteriorado y poco cuidado. Bastante suciedad, especialmente en la cocina (horno) y en el baño. La ducha apenas tenía agua. Las camas podrían ser más cómodas. El piso tiene mucho potencial, pero necesita una limpieza y un par de arreglos importantes.

• Ludovica (6/5): OK - Buona posizione, la zona ed i collegamenti. Zona fornita di ristoranti e molto centrale. Casa carina e comoda per quattro persone. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, conveniente. Comodo il self check-in a qualsiasi ora. Ho prenotato per alcune mie colleghe. Loro mi hanno descritto l'appartamento come sporco, polveroso e poco curato, con mobili deteriorati per l'usura. Alcuni cuscini erano scomodi e non ce n'erano degli altri per sostituirli. Il check-in ed il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno è stato possibile effettuarlo esclusivamente online e via bonifico. Continuavano ad arrivarmi messaggi e notifiche preimpostate via booking. L'host non si è reso particolarmente disponibile nelle risposte che dava loro. Le mie colleghe non sapevano come impostare i termosifoni, perciò soffrivano il caldo o il freddo alternativamente. La temperatura e la scomodità dei cuscini non hanno conciliato il loro sonno, insieme ai rumori della strada. C'erano due soli rotoli di carta igienica per quattro notti per quattro persone, di cui uno già iniziato. L'host si è giustificato dicendo che è solito lasciare due soli rotoli e basta.

El microondas no funciona, la cama hundida completamente, el sofá era blanco y estaba negro. En fin, un asco.
• Braghin (7/5): una notte a san lorenzo - sicuramente la posizione per i luoghi dove dovevo recarmi la casa in se è perfetta, per quello che serviva a me. la cucina molto grande ma non la ho utilizzata quindi non saprei come effettivamente è, a guardarla sembrava un pò vecchia, come vecchi erano i mobili del bagno e le ante del box doccia, un pò ammuffite. come ho detto subito però era perfetta per me dovendo stare 1 sola notte, ottima posizione e ottimo prezzo.

• timus (9/5): - Super una zona tranquilla il posto, nessun incidente in generale Al ingresso un cancello con un piccolo antrio dove si può fumare,nel appartamento e vietato Mobili anche se sono datati sono in ottimo stato Siccome mi serviva un appoggio notturno per essere freschi al appuntamento della ambasada,non sono stata a badare alla pulizia eccessiva o altro Il proprietario molto gentile,e venuto in incontro quando non sono riuscita a registrarmi sul vikey per motivi della linea Cucina dotato di forno,forno microonde, piano cottura a gas, bollitore elettrico,e caffettiera con tre cialde di cortesia tazza con zucchero di canna Il rubinetto del bidè stava quasi per staccarsi Le scale per arrivare sul soppalco,per scendere al buio diventano pericolose,la bimba è volata dalle scale sul divano menomale,era li Mi piacerebbe avere un incontro fisico per il check-in,e non virtuale in quanto le persone con l'età non sono tanto abili ad effettuare online la registrazione Il frizer dovrebbe essere pulito, era pieno di ghiaccio,(anche se non l'ho utilizzato)

• Marco (5/5): - Es un apartamento que en principio está bien resuelto y hasta posiblemente sería coqueto en su día. Sufre de bastante deterioro, la cama principal estaba rota literalmente y el resto de elementos pecan casi del mismo mal. Entiendo que pueda haber clientes poco respetuosos con lo ajeno, pero cierto es que al apartamento le hace falta una actualización y mantenimiento del mismo.

Dans un quartier calme Difficile de communiquer avec le propriétaire, ouverture des portes par clé virtuelle...sans 5G .... impossible et avec un retard d'avion...contact téléphonique ne répond pas pour nous ouvrir. À 2h30 du matin,en pleine rue avec 2 enfants...
• Silva (8/5): Roma dentro de um quarto - Casa simpática com mezanino para os pequenos. O interior faz lembrar um porão, mas muito bem transformado. Máquina de lavar roupa é muito útil para a roupa dos miúdos. Localização muito degradada, grafite e lixo por todo o lado. Mas isso nada tem haver com o proprietário. Faltavam alguns utensílios de cozinha mas foram trazidos logo no dia seguinte.
• Slavs (10/5): - Расположение достаточно хорошее: 10..12 минут от метро Термини и вокзала, рядом трамвайная развязка, до Колизея идти минут 25. Сама квартира очень просторная, с большой кухней и спальней. В целом, всё для проживания имеется в квартире. Многие жалуются на маленькую ванную комнату, но она вполне нормальная, не гигантская, но одному принять душ и вытереться полотенцем вполне места хватит. Нужна генеральная уборка в квартире, т.к. местами есть грязь, в том числе на кухне. Крутая лестница на 2 ярус, где расположена ещё одна кровать. Стоит подумать над средством для мыться посуды на кухне и полотенцем для рук так же на кухне и добавить пару больших кружек и пакетированный чай.
• Augusta (9/5): Good place to stay (but check if the location is good for you) - Good place to stay. It was quite spacious, with several environments to be. The kitchen very comfortable and good beds. We stayed for 2 nights and it was everything amazing. The location. Far from Roma Central and not so safe. Is right next to termini, so we had a very good connection with the arrival and departure. But, it took us more time to get to Roma Central and the main touristic places. Although, with the bus or subway, you can get there in around 45 minutes.

• Katherine (6/5): - Es un apto fresco para ir en verano No funciona el microondas, las tazas para el café o Desyuno de los niños son minúsculas, en otras palabras no se puede cocinar. La ducha está muy deteriorada sale algún bicho de las tuberías. Comunícamos lo del micro para poder hacernos un café pero no obtuvimos respuesta. Por lo tanto si quieres un apartamento solo para dormir está bien. El barrio un poco de gente extraña rozando el peligro.

• Elitsa (9/5): Very good choice for a short vacation :) - Nice and spacious. Easy to locate it and it is close to the central station. There are many places to eat close to the apartment. The neighborhood is also good for walking. No remarks about the place itself. The accommodation is very convenient by using web service, but there was a small problem with the messaging application of booking.com -it was removing the link ( i guess some kind of security). So instead of getting the link to open the room the stupid application was replacing the actual URL with "link removed" comment. So additional communication with the host via Whatsapp was needed to receive the link , and he was very helpful.

• Jessica (10/5): Charming Apartment in historic neighborhood - We loved the apartment, it is very cute. There are many food places all over the area that are at walking distance. The neighborhood has history! The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions about the place. Having a washer machine was a life saver! The only negative about staying at the place is that there are no taxi ranks close by, so we had to walk a lot to get to one when we had to, the closest one was the Roma Termini. If you are able to figure out the public transportation, I would suggest that.

• Vipul (9/5): A great cosy apartment and the host was quite responsive and helpful. He also allowed us to check-in early. The check-in - The property is at a great location, close to both Colosseum and Vatican museums. It is a cosy apartment suitable for a family. Everything was fine.

It is a nice, clean apartment with a great location, good Wi-Fi, and actually with everything that you may need. During our entire stay, we never used public transport! There is a good food store Carrefour just 5 minutes from Apartman. It was the first experience of check-in with a virtual key. And it was much easier than we expected! Thank you!!!

• Pavel (10/5): Lovely place in Rome. - It’s a good place. We enjoyed staying here. Everything was good. There are no many people around. You can find many osterias near. I was running during my travel and can say that there is 2,5 km to the Coliseum. Thank you very much.

Location was a little out of the way - about a 20 minute walk from central station. Not far, but no metro and children after a long day walking....
