• Rosa (6/5): Mediocre - Posizione ottima per le mie esigenze. Il resto mediocre. L’ambiente dovrebbe essere abbellito. I letti sono scomodi. Abbiamo trovato la casa fredda e di notte abbiamo sentito un continuo rumore di acqua gocciolante. Pulizia sotto la media. Bagno vecchio e non confortevole. Casa tenuta mediocremente. Letti scomodi. Rumori notturni. Casa fredda. Nessuna accoglienza all’arrivo. Tutto è stato gestito freddamente

• Olga Liliana (8/5): Un lugar cómodo pero alejado - El apto está muy bien dotado y tiene todo lo necesario como para sentirse en casa. El anfitrión o con quien tuvimos contacto para la entrega de las llaves es muy amable y servicial. En nuestro caso, llegar al apartamento el primer día fue difícil, porque la ubicación que nos daba maps era diferente a la ubicación real del sitio, por lo que nos costó trabajo encontrarlo, sin embargo, luego ya nos enviaron la ubicación exacta y pudimos desplazarnos con facilidad hasta al apartamento. Algo que no es crítico pero si hay que tenerlo en cuenta es que cerca al apartamento solo hay un mini market con cosas básicas y cerraba temprano, entonces o llegas temprano o compras en otro sector lo que necesites, en nuestro caso siempre comprábamos por el sector de la estación de Cornelia (la más cercana del metro) y ahí si íbamos al apto.
• Renaud (9/5): Excellent séjour - Bon emplacement à 15mns à pied du métro, et bien desservi par les bus. Quartier animé avec plusieurs restaurants, commerces et supermarché. Logement agréable, clair, avec balcons et très propre. Lit confortable. Jolie résidence agréable, propre et bien entretenue.

• Kenny (3/5): Disappointing - Location with Wi-fi There were moldy plates and cutlery in the wash machine and a fully frozen freezer. We had to wash everything before we able to start cooking.

• Bryan (1/5): Very Very Very BAD 😞 - Only the location The keys were defective it's really hard to access on the property! They control the electricity that caused block out and it was horrible at night we can't see our way going to the bathroom! The Manager Georgia was ordering us to fix and check the electrical panels on the ground which is not supposed to be because we are customers and paid in full! This is really my first time experience this very bad accommodation, it's a nightmare! Besides she almost doubled out tax per night instead of 3.5 Euros each we paid like 7 Euros each but I didn't complained because I thought everything will be alright! I am answering the survey not for improvement of that property but to dispute and refund back my money. It's not really worth it and too expensive. Please, thanks

• Armand (8/5): A good experience for me and my family. - The residential area where the apartment was situated was very nice. The kitchen had all the utensils needed and you could cook by gas. The host, Fabio, was very friendly and helpful. The furniture was old and the mattresses on the hard side. The location of the apartment was a bit far from the city center. I had to get a buss and then the metro.
• Michael (10/5): A well appointed apartment close to public transport - The apartment was well equipped spacious and clean. Very close to tram station. We enjoyed using the well maintained bicycles available The complicated system of getting keys and access to apartment, information was also incorrect-30 m passage is actually 3 m. The keypad access did not work.
• Ina (9/5): Nice place in Rome - It was clean, beds comfortable. There is everything you need for comfortable stay. Shop and restaurants nearby. The internet were a bit weak. Streaming videos is difficult. There were often interruptions.
