• BEATA KITLINSKA (10/5): Mieszkanie i obsluga bylo swietnym dodatkiem do naszego spontanicznego wyjazd z przyjaciolmi. - Świetna lokalizacja oraz uprzejmy I bardzo pomocny gospodarz, z ktorym bardzo łatwo było nawiazac kontakt. Przyjemna kawiarnia na dole z dobra kawa i wloskim śniadaniem dawala nam dobry start dnia. Wszystko nam się podobalo. Mieszkanie spelnialo nasze oczekiwania.

• Seunghoy (4/5): The facts that I experienced. - I would say it was a very bad experience. I paid for 7nights, but I have to move out to another hotel after just one night stay. I would like to write the facts that I have experienced, for other tourists who want to find a right way. Followings are the facts. - the location is very good. - reasonable price - no elevator. difficult to move up with luggage. - worn out furniture. just picture frames are not bad. - messy interior space, including bathroom - no heating during my stay, so I could not sleep. (It was February) - no hot water, so I could not have a shower. - I asked the owner to provide me other accommodation, until heating system was repaired, but he refused. The facts that I mentioned above, made me move out to another accommodation. This is my first experience that the score of the accommodation is not correct at all, after I have used booking.com since 2003.

• Mayud (9/5): Recommended rooms！ - Close to Plaza de España, you can feel like you're living in a tourist area. Close to the subway station, and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The host is very kind and caring. The owner also accommodated my late check-out request. There is no elevator so carrying heavy luggage is a struggle. There are pickpockets on the subway, so be careful.
• Hannah (4/5): Not a great finish to our holiday. - It was very close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Marco, the owner, is lovely and very nice. You had time walk up 75 stairs (6 floors) to get to the apartment with suitcases and I don’t believe this was clearly advertised in booking blurb. The apartment was also quite run down, which is understandable in Rome; however, there was mould all through the shower, the kettle was disintegrating so sediment from the kettle went into your tea, this was the same for the pots and pans when I tried to cook and the microwave smelled like it would blow up at any point, which made it unusable. So I understand the place was run down, but these things could have been newly purchased to make the place nicer to use. The kitchen table and chairs were also quite aged and stained from years of use, which just made the overall feel unclean and uncomfortable.
• Orla (5/5): Great location clean but needs updating interior - The location was fantastic ,great resteraunts and close to all attractions however lots of building work with banging and sawing from 9am,but very quiet at night time.Its on the top floor so lots of steps and not suitable for anyone with bad hips The bed in master bedroom. Slats kept collapsing in when you sat on the right side of the bed ,this meant for a very bad night's sleep. The furniture overall is shabby and needs updating It's described as luxury however bedroom and furniture do not represent that.

• Diana (10/5): Nice apartment perfect location - Very nice apartment with a balcony and back little patio. Perfectly located close to many landmarks like Spanish steps , Trevi fountain, close to lots of restaurants and shops. No elevator and lots of stairs

We left the car in garage Borrghese. it was easy tu go to bring something under spanish stears Not to charge cleaning appartmant. Everything else is fine.

The description of luxury is so far off its ridiculous its a very basic apartment with very basic furnishings The shower is tiny and the screen keeps coming off the runners Grouting is mouldy there is no lift and its 3 stories up with 7 flights of stairs.

• Cristian (10/5): Exceptional - Marco was very kind, communication was perfect since the beginning of our stay and he helped us with every need. The apartment is excellent located and also renovated. Centrall heat works perfectly. There is no elevator because it is a typical old building downtown, but stairs are fine, not uncomfortable. We'll be back for sure.
• Ani (10/5): Exceptional - Marco is an amazing host, he helped us a lot !!! He was very responsive during our stay in Rome. Location is superb, only few steps to Spanish steps. There are many restaurants and shops near to the appartement. Very happy we found this option to spend a weekend in Rome ❤️

• Stamatia (7/5): I am quite disappointed. - The location is excellent to explore Rome. The apartment is on the 4th and there is no elevator. The furniture is quite old, uncomfortable and they creak. The bed mattress is very uncomfortable and it definitely does not offer a nice relaxing sleep. There are mold stains in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The bathroom is a bit strange and one of the towels was smelling like gas or oil. In general I didn’t have a sensation of being in a nice, clean place. The was intense noise on Friday and Saturday starting from 09:00am. Seems there was construction going in the building or somewhere very close.
• Maria (10/5): Beautiful apartment, great location. - Wonderful location. The apartment is comfortable and very nice. I wish I could stay again on my next trip, we Loved it! but this apartment building has no elevators. It does not warn you in the hotel booking description. It was a very painful process to climb seven flights of stairs, with luggage and a injured ankle. Very doable for younger, healthier individuals. The apartment has a washing machine which helped us a great deal, we struggled to use it, there were no English instructions. The machine ran for almost two hours, had to manually stop machine.
• Bobbie (9/5): Comfortable and great location. - Our stay started by being greeted by Marco, who gentlemanly offered to carry up our suitcases. The apartment is a perfect size, with a nice lounge, dining and kitchenette area, with a large TV, a very good sized bedroom with great wardrobe space, and a bathroom. There are two balconies, one at the front with two access doors and one off the bedroom, at the rear. There were two airconditioning units, one in the lounge area and another in the bedroom, which were very welcomed. The location was perfect, and just metres away from the Spanish Steps. Having travelled to Rome before we love the area for its great atmosphere and dining options. It is also easy to walk to all the other major sites, with great shopping all around. The communication with Marco during our stay was welcomed, when he organised transport for us, for when we checked out. Very safe apartment with a lower security door and double locks, and at no time did we feel unsafe in the area. Not a complaint, but guest must note it’s on the 4th floor with no lift. We managed it easily twice a day.

• Bec (10/5): Charming stay in Rome - would return gladly - We loved everything about our stay in Rome! Marco was in communication with me well in advance as I was quite anxious about travelling with our baby - he helped us book a taxi with a baby seat and ensured we had a nice crib set up for our arrival. The apartment itself is charming and in the best location! The perfect spot to sight see and then escape the heat for the warmest part of the day before heading out again - everything is at your fingertips. It’s also a very safe area. Marco recommended a local restaurant for us and when we told the restaurant owner who had sent us we were treated like royalty and enjoyed a Roman feast. It felt like we were family to Marco, the taxi driver and owner and we felt so welcomed. We would love to come back and stay. Many thanks Marco, you are a wonderful person and we loved our stay.
• Andrii (6/5): Apartment with a great location but with some major issues. I definitely won't stay there again. - Top location for tourism in the heart of Rome. All the city's attractions by walking distance. A lot of shops and restaurants in the district. The host was really kind and benevolent. We found this apartment with a really high rate on the Booking, but the photos of it were pretty bad quality. To decide whether to book it or not we found this apartment on the other popular marketplace platform where the photos were really great and the apartment looks very nice, clean, and attractive. But when we moved there we found some concerns: 1. The main issue is that this apartment definitely needs renovation. It received a high rate on Booking in 2014 and we had a feeling that it wasn't renovated after, at least with minor repairs. 2. Some of the walls were dirty and looks not attractive. 3. The bathroom was large, but the shower cabin was not very large and useful. 3. The bed linen was not really clear with some dirty spots and the pillowcase was with a hole. 4. Be aware that there don't provide any house slippers and the tile floor was pretty cold.

• Nick (10/5): Perfect location just seconds from Spanish Steps! - Amazing apartment with three balconies (two facing the main walking street) and one off the main bedroom at the back. Full kitchen just off the main den, bathroom was equipped with a shower and good water pressure. Marco was extremely communicative and helpful. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, be prepared to carry your luggage up 4 flights of stairs. It was a reminder for us to pack more efficiently next time we visit Europe!
