• Marianna (8/5): - La vicinanza dalla stazione Termini dove puoi trovare i bus per girare la città,servizio vicino a casa dove abbiamo trovato due locali con ottimo cibo..bellissimo soggiorno .
• EVA (4/5): Appartamento rumoroso - Appartamento rinnovato e pulito Non mi è piaciuto per niente perché era molto molto rumoroso. Siamo andati venerdì e sabato (non so come sia durante la settimana). C'era gente che gridava fino a altissime ore del mattino e ho dormito pochissimo. Poi c'era molta luce che entrava dalla finestra con queste persiane che lasciano entrare tanta luce

• Borzenko (10/5): - Удобное расположение: примерно в 10 минутах ходьбы находится станция метро, откуда легко добраться до всех достопримечательностей Рима. Также недалеко расположен главный железнодорожный вокзал Termini, откуда удобно доехать до аэропорта, а от вокзала апартаменты тоже находятся в пешей доступности. Рядом есть кафе и супермаркеты. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: средства личной гигиены, кофемашина, кофе, чай, сахар и базовые хозяйственные принадлежности. Удобные кровати, чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. Отдельное спасибо Елене, которая нас заселяла: всё подробно объяснила, ответила на все вопросы. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

• Pierreem (6/5): Appartement correct pour le prix - Proche supermarché pour les courses. Equipement correct mais sans plus. Rapport qualité-prix correct car les logements plus centraux sont beaucoup plus chers. L'emplacement assez loin de la gare et des stations de Metro (Vitor Emmanuele et Termini) qu mènent en centre ville- 20 à 25 minutes à pied. Assez bruyant sur la rue en raison des bars situés en dessous ouverts jusqu'à tard dans la nuit - quartier étudiant. Quartier sale avec beaucoup de clochards qui errent dans la rue. Absence de lave-vaisselle.
• Alejandra (9/5): - El barrio nos dio una primera impresión no muy alentadora, sin embargo al día siguiente y luego de recorrerlo nos gustó. El edificio es bastante viejo pero el departamento es otra cosa. Muy cómodo, práctico y con todos los elementos necesarios. Pastelería enfrente, supermercado a un par de cuadras. Si gustan de caminar se puede decir que está bien ubicado sin transporte público, aunque también hay cerca. Le estación de trenes Roma Termini está a pocas cuadras. Nada en particular, sólo lamento que estuviera en obra (un arreglo exterior) aunque no fue una incomodidad.

• LoSZoS (9/5): - Olena, the host, is extremely flexible and helps solve any problems The area is full of small restaurants and bars, the atmosphere is lively until late at night. If you arrive from the Tremini train station, the area may be intimidating at first, but the accommodation is a few streets away and there are no problems in the area.
• mawojewo (5/5): Pobyt udany mimo ogromnego hałasu młotów pneumatycznych itp. wieczory na mieście :) - Korzystna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, blisko na dworzec co ułatwia komunikacje z innymi regionami, np. do Anzio nad morzem. Wszędzie można dojść na nogach bez korzystania z komunikacji miejskiej. Pod domem, bar, piekarnia, sklep. Bardzo ale to bardzo nie podobało mi się to, ze nikt nie poinformował że trwa remont kamienicy. Byliśmy budzeni młotami pneumatycznymi i innymi urządzeniami które wywołują hałas. Po prostu koszmar!!!
• Rianel (7/5): - Apartment was clean inside. Well furnished rooms with laundry included. Good staff support. Clean beds with convertible bed sofas. Location is somewhat far from Roma termini in terms of walking (15mins walk). Apartment outside seems to be still under construction still. Outside were some scaffolds and elevator was very small. Lights in the building ground floor was out so it was somewhat dark when going in but apartment inside was very nice.

• Michał (10/5): Best apartment - Everything in this apartment is just perfect . Around 10min from buses , trains and trams. This apartment has everything you need for short or long stays. In friendly and safe area . Host and Elena are super friendly and are always there for you if you need them . There was plenty of room for 5 people everything worked and apartment was super clean and fresh .

• Оля (1/5): Bad - I will put my honest feedback about the apartment. But put a lowest rating. Apartment is close to Termini station. There is a lift inside the building. Comfortable bad in one room The main issue that we paid city tax to Olena in the first day - 72 eur by cash. She didn' t give us any confirmation and told that she will send it later. I didn't know that here have to be some confirmation, as previously I didn't have such issues. It was my mistake. On the last day I got a claim that I didn' t pay city tax. Olena stolen our money. Please take it into consideration and take a receipt about payment. The bathroom has mildew. There is no place for drying cloth. It's too loud at night due to the nearest bar.

• Santa (9/5): Superb - Great apartments. Everything is neat and clean. Everything you need is in the apartment, which makes it easier to live there for a longer period of time. The owner of the apartment is nice and helpful. The apartments are in a good location, close to Termini station, but a bit of a walk to public transport. Both metro and tram are within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby, as well as various cafes if you don't want to cook. Many attractions are within walking distance. We will be happy to come back! Maybe the fact that public transport is not right there could be considered a minus, but the 15-20 minute walk didn't bother us.
