• África (1/5): Nefasta experiencia - Nos hemos llevado la peor experiencia en un alojamiento de booking sin duda. Aparentemente estaba bien, pero no era así. Estaba todo lleno de polvo y había pelos por los sanitarios. Sin embargo, la gota que colmó el vaso fue que tenía una plaga de cucarachas. La primera noche vimos dos y no le tomamos importancia puesto que son cosas que pueden pasar. Lo que no fue normal es que a la noche siguiente volvimos a ver varias y contactamos con el anfitrión para que nos diese una solución. La única solución que nos daba era que a la mañana siguiente vendría una persona a echar desinfectante por los desagües y nos dijo que esa noche pusiéramos vasos en los desagües de la cocina para que no saliesen más. Le dijimos que si venía alguien a fumigar, lo más probable sería que salieran más pero nos aseguro que no. Vino el chico a fumigar y cuando llegamos por la noche al apartamento, efectivamente pasó lo que nos temíamo, había muchas más cucarachas. El anfitrión no nos quería dar ninguna solución, hasta que tuvimos que ponernos más serias y le pedimos que nos reubicase. A las 1 am nos reubicó a otro apartamento que tenía en la misma calle ( la casa di Andrea 3). Éramos 5 y este segundo alojamiento tenía 2 habitaciones con camas para 2 personas y 1 sofá cama, donde tendría que dormir una de nosotras. El sofá es lo más sucio que he visto (adjunto foto) y tuvimos que dormir 3 personas en una cama de 2 personas porque era inaceptable dormir en ese sofá. Además, no quiero dejarme que la ventana de la habitación no cerraba y tuvimos que pasar la noche con la persiana bajada y la ventana abierta. Para terminar, el anfitrión se ha negado a darnos un reembolso de lo que pagamos, a pesar de habernos ofrecido algo que en absoluto cumplía con condiciones aptas de sanidad.

Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia, bardzo brudny parapet w łazience , fatalnie zniszczone garnki, brak ręczników papierowych w kuchni , 1 kieliszek do wina na 4 dorosłe osoby, suszarka do włosów prawie bez ciepłego nawiewu.

• Constanza (8/5): Grande y lindo, pero falta mejorar la limpieza - La ubicación es buenisima, cercano al metro 5 cuadras a pie app, a 10 minutos del Vaticano, regia ubicación, llegamos antes y nos dejaron guardar las maletas en el alojamiento y nos dejaron usar el baño mientras limpiaban Había un mal olor al entrar, compramos ambiental y llenamos absolutamente todo para que pasara piola, no sé si nos adaptamos al olor que no era malo pero era fuerte pero después no lo sentíamos tanto faltaron artículos de aseo y el secador baja potencia y el aire acondicionado no funciona, tvs antiguas

Watykan 12 min spacerem, muzea Watykańskie tuz obok. Blisko do metra, sklepu i dobrej restauracjiz Milo że można zostawić bagaże wcześniej niż zameldowanie. Wygodne łóżka, duże pokoje, klimatyzacja działa. -Zaduch po wejściu do mieszkania. -Niedziałające baterie w pilotach. (Działał tylko jeden trzeba było wymieniać baterie między nimi) -Brak płynu do mycia naczyń -Brak zestawu do parzenia kawy i herbaty choć jest wskazany w udogodnieniach (oraz cukru) -Łazienka mocno wyeksploatowana (popsuta słuchawka, brak uchwytu na słuchawkę, wątpliwa czystość kabiny) przydałby się remont, -w kuchni przybory też do wymiany, deska i szpatułka -Brak kołdry, do przykrycia tylko przescieradla -suszarka do włosów też już zepsuta, działa tylko chłodne dmuchanie -jedna okiennica ma klamkę do wymiany

• Dawid (6/5): Pobyt w Rzymie na + o ile posprzątacie sobie mieszkanie :) - Mieszkanie bardzo duże, dzialajaca klimatyzacja oraz dobra lokalizacja. W mieszkaniu było brudno. W powietrzu unosił się brzydki zapach. Właścicielki nie poznałem ponieważ nie było jej na miejscu.

Qualche carenza nelle stoviglie, soprattutto cucchiai, cucchiaini e tazze, ma niente di insormontabile.

• Doani (9/5): Beautiful apartment. Close to the Vatican. - Big and beautiful apartment. Just 5-10 minutes walk to Ottaviano subway station and 10-20 minutes walk to the the Vatican City. Good communication with the owner

• Tomas (2/5): Very poor - Dostance to Vatican city First of all, the appartment itself wasnt in same condition as in the pictures. It was very used, hot water with very very low pressure, absolutelly unable to take shower comfortably, we were 5 and we had only one toothbrush ready upon arrival. We recommend to the owner to spend some money to get it in shape.

I suggest the owner shoukd renovate the bathroom immediately. - - Location is near Vatican City. - The owner guide is clear and supportive. -bathroom is too small and not clean. Water tab shower in the bathroom are very bad, need to renovate immediately. There’s no hot water on the first day of my stay. The owner had to come and turn on the hot water. - Neighbours are noisy. Sometimes they press the doorbell to say something un-politely. I stayed in 7 days and 2 times neighbors pressed the door. 😟😟😟

• Sandra (10/5): Absolutely perfect place breathtaking. - The apartment was spotless. Pina and her kids are so hospitable, helpful and even organised a hire car for us. The apartment is high up in the mountains so a car is needed to get around but the property does have parking. This property has amazing views and Pina and her family are lovely hosts. They all came up to meet us and left some lovely goodie’s for us. This place has everything you need we are a family of 5 and it was such a wonderful stay. It also has an information folder of the town with places to eat things to do everything you need. Once again thank you so much for making our stay such a memorable one. 😊 Nothing. That’s saying something because I am very fussy.

• Anna (8/5): our stay was nice! - lication was super good, near to everything, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, owner was helpful when we arrived late he was still reachable, we felt safe there bedsheets had some stains, also walls should be cleaned as it spoils the nice impact of apartment very much, everything is a little bit dated for this price, no mirror in the bedrooms

Small but useful elevator in an old building but functional. Wished there was more stuff like paper towels or extra toilet paper. Water boiler has a trick to keep it warm one shower after the other
